El entorno y la arquitectura cabañas.

El ruido mañanero de empleados de las obras que están haciendo y algunos huéspedes vecinos irrespetuosos con el sitio y molestando con la música. La distancia al pueblo era considerable y el paisaje del horizonte está lleno por la noche de luces de pueblos y ciudades.

The room and the view were amazing. Dinner also in our room. The meat was excellent.

WiFi. There's barely a WiFi signal. Also for the breakfast I would expect something better.

las comidas son deliciosas y quedas satisfecho de más, muy bueno el servicio. la atención de Andrés fue excelente, todo lo que preguntábamos nos lo solucionó, gracias!

We only stayed one night. The room is visually beautiful, and the view is too. We used the jacuzzi outside which worked perfectly and was really nice to use. The room service good was surprisingly tasty. We also did a horseriding activity organised by the hotel which was amazing and the highlight of the stay.

The staff don't help you carrying the luggage to the rooms, so they made us pay 15k for a taxi to bring us to the room on check in. I don't think this is acceptable for the price paid. The room is not fully insulated so we had insects in the room, and no mosquito net is provided. Overall a bit disappointing for the price.

La vista stupenda

Nonostante ci sia stata una grave calamità nella zona (terremoto), hanno chiuso aeroporto e ci hanno cancellato tutti i voli, non ci hanno concesso la cancellazione gratuita. Abbiamo dovuto noleggiare un auto (7 ore di viaggio) per non perdere i soldi. Per carità, non è colpa di nessuno, però date le circostanze sarebbe stato gradito, ci ha messo molto in difficoltà. Non è sicuramente un alloggio di lusso, nonostante possa sembrare, anzi lo definirei abbastanza wild, però molto confortevole lo stesso, anche se forse in relazione a questo il prezzo è un pò altino; cibo non è il massimo.

Le petit déjeuner était vraiment pas au niveau du prix payé Même pas de jus ni même d’eau La distance entre le logement et la salle de réception. Le premier jour l’hôte nous a aidé pour les valises car on a un peu insisté mais le dernier jour nous nous sommes débrouillés … et le fait de devoir payer pour avoir le petit déjeuner à domicile

Está rodeado de plena naturaleza, impresionantes vistas, las instalaciones fenomenales y el personal muy servicial.

Para llegar hay que conducir varios kilómetros por una carretera sin asfaltar.

La ubicación es muy bonita. Cuando estas alli ya no debes moverte porque estas en la mitad del valle. La hamburguesa de la cena esta deliciosa.

Al final estabas en medio de la naturaleza y había insectos como es normal. El mantenimiento de las cabañas esta bien pero es un punto que tiene que tener en cuenta para que no pase de estar bien a estar un poco dejado.

Sembra di stare in una favola, la struttura è bellissima sì all’interno che l’esterno. Lo staff gentile e la cena e colazione molto buona.

Se avete valige con ruote è possibile arrivare a piedi dalla reception al lodge dovete prenotare il trasferimento con la struttura (che è molto caro)

La cabaña es una experiencia brutal, ya que amaneces en plena naturaleza y hay mucha calma. El personal es muy atento, teníamos que irnos muy pronto y se preocuparon porque desayunásemos y nos lo llevaron a la hora a la cabaña.

Hacia un poco de frío en la habitación, y las primeras toallas que teníamos no estaban muy limpias. También hay que tener en cuenta el tema de la ubicación. No está cerca de salento, implica coger taxi para subir y bajar, y con esto un sobre coste en la estancia.

Sitio ideal para desconectar, la cabaña y las vistas son preciosas. Destacar la amabilidad de Andres, estando atento en cada momento.

Struttura fantastica nel mezzo della natura. Servizi opzionali che ti aiutano a raggiungere le stanze più facilmente. Ottima colazione e ottima cucina. Servizio in camera.

Le finestre potrebbero essere un po più ermetiche.

Tout était incroyable! Magnifique emplacement et les oiseaux sur la terrasse. Le petit déjeuner et les plats cuisinés sont super bons! Merci beaucoup à Jonathan pour nous avoir fait descendre au village à cheval.

Rien à dire hormis que l'emplacement est un peu loin de Salento et la route pour y accéder n'est pas en très bonne condition.

El entorno

La accesibilidad es muy mala. El personal tardo más de una hora en hacernos el check in y la persona que nos atendió era bastante grosera. Al llegar a la cabaña no había agua porque estaba rota la tubería, nos cambiaron a otra en la que no iba el agua caliente. No hay caminos entre cabañas.

la posizione delle abitazioni è fantastica come ambientazione, panorama e tranquillità. lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. le camere veramente belle!

purtroppo per arrivare bisogna percorrere circa 6km( 20 minuti in auto) in una strada veramente dissestata, quindi un po' scomodo per raggiungere il centro di Salento. anche il tragitto dalla reception alle camere è abbastanza impegnativo.

Es un poco lejos del pueblo pero el transporte es fácil. Luego del lugar donde se hace el ingreso toca caminar una montaña también

No fue algo que me disgustara, solo para los futuros clientes, recomiendo alquilar el willy para subir desde salento porque la carretera es destapada durante un tiempo largo

La vista del lugar es única. La comodidad de la cama, cobijas y almohadas también es muy buena. Las personas del lugar son maravillosas y muy serviciales

La ubicación es realmente lejos de salento. La "cabaña" que nos dieron (palma de cera, cabaña 3) no tenía nada que ver con las fotos, y la llegada a ella era realmente complicada. No la recomiendo para viaje de paseo, quizá sirva para personas que vivan muy cerca y sólo quieran una noche diferente. No lleven maletas por que el tramo caminando es largo y complejo. Por el precio esperaba algo mucho más cómodo y espectacular

WOW this stay is freaking beautiful and incredible. I really really really wish we could've stayed longer!! It took us about an hour to walk into town, and it was surprisingly easy to grab an uber from town back up. The peaceful and tranquil stay exceeded expectations, the staff was incredible across the board, and the FOOD really blew us out of the water. Sooo beautiful to get it delivered to your room and enjoy the quiet night and have wine in the tub! Buy your own bevvies and snacks in town before you head up

Unfortunately, to no fault of their own, the power was partially out our second night and we had some flooding issues from the heavy rains. The staff really went above and beyond to make it work for us, even letting us into another room that had hot water to have a shower! The tubs were bath tubs rather than hot tubs and took a bit to fill, but were plenty hot. Also, it is definitely a bit of a trek with your luggage from the reception up to the cabins, be prepared, take a head lamp.

For this price they should do something about hot water and good internet. I got the cabin with jacuzzi which was useless because I never had hot water. Food is just ok

The view and quietness is amazing. The food was ok for the price and compared to what you can find in the city, roomservice also good and inexpensive.

unfortunately, many more than we expected. We stayed in cabin 7 (not sure about the others) and is not properly closed off from the outside and is very poorly insulated. The room is extremely cold (10°C), and the small heater provided is absolutely not sufficient. After the first night, the shower towels were changed but not the hand towel and the bed was made, but from the second day onward no one came anymore. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Glasses are provided in the room, but they were never replaced, so once used, you will not have clean ones. In the shower there is hot water, but from the sink the water temperature is freezing; considering also the room temperature, waking up and washing your face with that water is anything but pleasant. At breakfast they also forgot stuff (the fork, the maple syrup, … and you always had to ask). It should also be taken into account that getting from the hotel to the city center takes about 25 minutes by car on a very bad road (as clearly stated in the description) or 1 hour and 20 minutes on foot. The price for one car trip is 60,000 pesos (15 dollars). Unfortunately, the cabin is not worth the price paid.

The property is gorgeous. A little difficult to get up and down to the cabins, but absolutely gorgeous views.

La vue, le personnel était très gentil, un grand merci à Andres pour son accueil et ses conseils. Un grand merci également à Camilo le chef cuisinier, c'était délicieux. Le jacuzzi, la déco, le calme, un magnifique coucher de soleil.

Un peu trop loin du centre avec une route peu praticable. Il faut rajouter un coût de 60000 cop (environ 15 euros) par trajet qui dure 30 min.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kavas! The accommodation was great with an amazing view. But the thing that really stood out is the staff, especially Kevin. He was very welcoming, helpful and kind. He and the chef made our stay. Thank you for everything!

The only thing is the challenging road to get to the accommodation, but we think it was worth it.

Everything. Its a remote location with stunning views across the Andes and valley. The food was good and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Pack trainers you're happy to get muddy or walking boots/trainers there's beautiful walks all across this region and it's a short walk from the reception to the cabin. The cabins have jacuzzi baths facing the view in a sheltered outdoor spot in the cabin; very relaxing.

This is an amazing place and truly enjoyed our to stay. This is going to be one of the most peaceful evenings of your life. Great vistas and beautiful birds! Room service up the hill to our cabin delivered hot meals that were very delicious.. It is a bit of a trek up the hill so our only regret is that we only did one night - do at least two. Another tip is the dirt road is bumpy. Our little car made it but go ahead and book a car service from Salento.

An unforgettable stay in Salento – highly recommended! Our stay at Kavas Natural was simply amazing. The accommodation is beautifully located in the hills around Salento, with a truly breathtaking view — green mountains, morning mist, and sunsets that look like a work of art every evening. Everything is designed with great care and respect for nature. It is peaceful, stylish, and incredibly relaxing. You don’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, but rather in a private retreat in the middle of Colombia’s coffee region. A very special thank you to Andrés. He was always there for us — extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Whether it was recommendations for tours, restaurants, or any kind of assistance, Andrés made sure we felt completely taken care of and that our stay was perfect. If you want to experience Salento at its most beautiful, Kavas Natural is the place to stay. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! 💚

Great staff, beautiful place and lovely huts. More or less at the top of the hill, therefore great view and no disturbances at all. Food was also very good, so no need to find other restaurants (unless desired)

Be aware that the accommodation is 30 mins by car from Salento, so you will require / daily regular transportation which costs around 50k COP per trip.

The location is simply amazing and magical, it is really a reconnection with the nature. Bathing in the terrace watching that incredible view is an incredible experience

In the house there is no air conditioning, only an electric heater that was not enough to dry and make enough warm the room, considering that the weather there is often rainy and very humid, this should have been a must have. The path to access each house is not easy especially with luggages but this was clearly written, anyway something can be done to improve. The payment method is clearly stated but I would prefer that it could have been paid as all the other properties on booking

The view was really nice! Having a hitter was really good, and having extra blankets. The staff was also very kind, especially Santiago who treated very well.

The access to the place was very difficult, it is 30 min in very regular condition off road away from salento, which cause us a lot of stress, also there wasnt wiffi during all the time we where there! The room wasnt cleaned after the first night, so we arrived in a dirty room after our send day which was really bad. We had a fire place but it didnt have liquid to turn on, we ordered and it never arrived. Definitely the place is very over priced, and it was very disappointing experience.

Lovely cabins and very nice staff willing to help out when needed. Nice surroundings. It is a bit of a hike up to the cabins.

Voor aankomst kregen wij een telefoonnummer die wij konden contacteren voor het vervoer vanaf Salento naar het verblijf. De chauffeur was super vriendelijk en kon ons snel ophalen. Bij aankomt werden we ontvangen door een enthousiaste host, waarnaar we naar ons verblijf gingen. Het avondeten en ontbijt waren super, en het verblijf was prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Het is leuk voor 1 of 2 nachten, omdat het ver weg van 'bewoonde wereld' af ligt.

La comida estuvo deliciosa y, pese a que la ubicación de nuestra cabaña era bien arriba, llegó calientica!

Die Lodge ist wunderschön in der Natur gelegen und man hat die absolute Ruhe. Vom eigenen Balkon/Whirlpool aus kann man Vögel beobachten und die Aussicht geniessen. Auf Wunsch werden einem die köstlichen Mahlzeiten, für einen kleinen Aufpreis, direkt zum Zimmer gebracht. Wir durften sogar unsere Wäsche abgeben und dies zu einem total fairen Preis. Diese war bereits am nächsten Tag gewaschen wieder im Zimmer. Das Highlight der Lodge sind aber die Angestellten, wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Unser Kameraobjektiv ging während des Aufenthalts kaputt und der Besitzer hat sich sehr bemüht sogar noch eine Lösung zu finden. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen definitiv übertroffen.

Super hôtel, des très belles vues, équipements et emplacement qui permet d’avoir des vues incroyables. Très calme et les repas sont aussi excellents. Le personnel est super gentil et morita nous a accueilli chaque matin aussi !

La route pour arriver est très dure si vous n’avez pas un 4x4, mais ils proposent également des transports.

The location is great for being detached from the city and going on long hikes. Really enjoyed how close it is to see wildlife, the sunset view is amazing and the chefs meals where great!

Some items need a little maintenance, but the staff was quite responsive and took care of it.

The location, the staff, the fresh air... everything is amazing at Kavas. One of the best getaways I have done in my entire life. If you want to connect with yourself, this is the place to be! Would recommend.

We liked the view from the facility. The breakfast was good.

We payed more for a hot tube but the facility wasn’t the best. Also it had a light switch uncovered and I got shocked by the electrical flow. We lost power into our unit all night and it was a bit cold.

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación espectacular, las vistas son inmejorables, solo hay que tener en cuenta que la carretera no está pavimentada por tanto si tienes un vehículo bajo, es mejor contratar un jeep o algún transporte. Todo estaba muy limpio pero hay que tener en cuenta que según la ubicación donde está, hay humedad y bastantes insectos. Para nosotros esto no fue un problema. El servicio de room service es muy útil si no quieres bajar a hacer las comidas a la caseta principal, además la comida estaba buenísima. La gente de recepción muy amable, nos ayudaron y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. Hay que tener en cuenta que desde la recepción hasta las cabaña hay unos diez minutos de subida aunque el camino no es de difícil acceso.

Por poner un pero, el lavabo no tenía agua caliente.

We asked for room service to have the breakfast and the guy who delivered the service was caught by my boyfriend taking a sip of our orange juice bottle. So nasty. That and the road to get to the cabin, too bumpy.

Es retirado de salento a 25 minutos y hay que subir a pie para llegar a la cabaña como 8 minutos,pero hace parte de la experiencia y también el carro te puede subir si es el que recomiendan en el lugar
