The kindness of our host, the breakfast delivered in the balcony every morning, the location of the appartement which was like 5 to 20 minutes max from beaches, snorkeling points, supermarkets, etc. We could rent a bike with our host and they also found us an amazing driver for our departure. It was an amazing stay and we’ll wish to come back !!

Great view on top floor. Near the very near the good and quiet Smiling Buddha restaurant https://maps.app.goo.gl/sF4feR4TpKEKvg8y8?g_st=ic which has a free pool and next door to Turkey Bay a nice snorkling place. WiFi is very good.

I had a taxi organised to take me to my next accomodation which was a 30 minute drive door to door and was charged 300k which seemed quite expensive. Very nice driver though.

Really nice accommodation with beautiful sea view. Staff is super reactive. Location is 20 minutes away from central Amed and close to nice restaurants. I recommend, real good value for money.

The view, the sparkling cleanness, the smartness of the design, we even didn’t turn on AC as it was super cool. Wayan is a very welcoming and helpful host! Wake up for the sunrise!

Waking up here feels unreal… ocean right in front, mountains behind, and the most peaceful sunrise views from the balcony. The space is simple but perfect - everything you need, with a calm and cozy vibe that makes it hard to leave. You can literally hear the waves and just slow down completely. Here has a quiet magic, and staying here lets you fully feel it. Soft light, no chaos… just pure peace. Would 100% come back

We had such a wonderful stay at Raweg Studio in Amed. Waking up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony was easily one of the highlights of our trip—it’s absolutely stunning and made our mornings feel so peaceful and special. This was a couples’ stay for us, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for slowing down and enjoying the surroundings. Mr. and Mrs. Lempod were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience feel even more personal and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amed, especially if you’re looking for a serene and authentic Bali experience.

The apartment is exactly like in the photos, everything is fresh and clean. The biggest asset of the apartment is, of course, the view. You can comfortably sit on the bed, have a coffee, and watch the passing boats.

Private balcony with single mattress overlooking the sea. I love the mini kitchen with a large refrigerator.

Jo & Luh are excellent hosts. Good communication, friendly and helpful. They helped us getting a scooter and we’ve seen most of Amed with it. Place it’s very close to the Japanese shipwreck. Great spot to snorkel. I love that it was so quiet, far from the more touristic parts, and with the scooter it was easy to get everywhere in Amed. It was also the best price we had so far for renting!

Обалденно место! Планирую возвращаться сюда снова, так как это супер уединенная маленькая деревушка без кучи байков и туристов. Всего три номера, поэтому можно уединиться и отдохнуть телом и душой ❤️ воздух - 10/10, океан - 10/10, панкейки на завтрак - отдельный вид искусства! Хозяин отеля научил меня водить байк, хотя никто на Бали не смог этого сделать🤪 В общем это невероятное место! Очень советую к проживанию

Setting is great, loved the view, the location, sunriaes, the kitchen, the outdoor matress.

It's a studio like accommodation, so don't expect daily cleanups or bed being tidy up for you. Family is super chilled, more balinese style than hotel vibes. Expensive but fairly good laundry service.

Die Umgebung ist durch die Straße etwas laut. Für uns war das nicht schlimm. Wer aber geräuschempfindlich ist, braucht Ohrstöpsel in der Nacht.

Raweg Studio is a hidden Gem. Away from all the noise but so close to the Japanese Shipwreck and good eateries like Baliku/Aquaterrace/Trattoria.The Studio is very well presented and clean. The bathroom is beautiful and the bed is very comfy. I had the best sleep there during my 3 weeks trip in bali. A big 19l Aqua bottle supplied by the lovely hosts will keep you hydrated. If you are an early riser, watch the sunrise over the water from your balcony. Jo will help you out with all your transport needs, ie Scooter or Taxi or any questions you might have. Highly recommended.

Kinda far from amed main road, but if you driving bike-it’s not a big problem

Initial Unsanitary Conditions:** Upon arrival, the toilet was unflushed with "pie" left inside. I cleaned it myself & told the owner. Maintenance Problems:** The studio experienced leaks due to heavy rain. Owner required a move to a new location, causing significant inconvenience (packing/unpacking). Poor Cleanliness:** Kitchen utensils were very dirty and not properly washed. I need all utensils before using it. Remote Location & Transport Challenges:** The property was far from amenities. The owner charged excessively for pick-up/drop-off. Ride-hailing services (Gojek/online taxi) were not permitted in the area, forcing reliance on more expensive Blue Bird taxis. On the last day, the owner displayed an unfriendly attitude towards the online car driver picking up for the airport transfer. I was supposed to stay 13-21 May but only stayed there for 13-16 May. Super disappointed!

Internet was slow sometimes.

A wonderful place to stay! We arrived in Amed late at night, and the staff was already asleep. But as soon as we walked in, they immediately got up and warmly showed us to our room. We booked a suite—spacious, cozy, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and sunrise right from the bedroom. There’s actually a bed in the kitchen, and in the evenings, we would lie there, watch movies, and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything is new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Joe and your wife, for your hospitality—we hope to visit again!

The owners have been very friendly and helpful. The room has a nice view towards the ocean. It’s quite far from the center in Amed but because of this also much calmer. Joe also organized a scooter for us so we could move around and we could use the amazing infinity pool of the hotel Wawa Wewe near by. Thanks for hosting us. We felt part of your family 💚

It was super comfy and the seaview is amazing! We also loved the calmness cause it’s not directly located in Amed and for us it was no problem to drive this view minutes for drinking a coffee or go to restaurants. WiFi was also good to ok, had a Videocall and it just stocked twice but I was able to work there.

The photos don't do justice to the views of this place. Every morning, I woke up to a breathtaking sunrise, with stunning views from my window and fishermen working in the sea-a truly magical sight. I spent two weeks here, and it was an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The atmosphere is perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of Amed. Plus, the hotel owner is a wonderful person-always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything you need. Definitely a place I'd love to return to. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartments on third floor, 100 metres to the beach with magic coral gardens, hospitable host Joe helping with all your needs.

Sometimes noisy a bit due to nearby road location as majority of Amed hotels. In evenings please close all windows/curtains to avoid coming-to-the-light insects.

The scenery is incredible and the views are better in the top deluxe apartment. It was clean, white and quite new and the large windows in the bedroom offered spectacular views of the ocean; people fishing and snorkelling - near the Japanese shipwreck area. The staff are really accommodating and friendly and happy to help with renting a bike etc. Joe and his lovely wife are really nice. Joe was a bit busy at the time with personal matters but always tried to attend to our needs. It's a great place if you don't mind a little local noise, once you are on the balcony you will love it.

The location was a bit far from Amed central. It's actually in Bunutan, which is a little far. The hot water was quite temperamental at times, but the open bathroom is quite stylish. Unfortunately, the apartment is directly located next to a village with families, crying children and lovely, but very active local people. If you enjoy roosters you are in for a treat! There is a family of them that like to get excited in the very early hours, and if you enjoy the farm life, then this would be perfect as there are also pigs squealing. These are not negatives; this is just a village area and you need to expect this kind of natural ambience.

This is the worst guesthouse accommodation in 2 months of Bali travel. The owner is extremely ungracious. We were not provided with breakfasts for 2 out of 4 days. Upon arrival, it was more important for the hosts to fill out a lot of documents than to tell about the services and breakfasts. We sat without water for twenty-four hours and had to endure the fact that strangers were constantly walking around our room, unsuccessfully repairing the plumbing. The guesthouse is located far from the center of Amed, in the village, pigs are bred all around. And be prepared that the strong smell of the pig farm will be in the room all the time. For the transfer to the center of Amed, the owner of the guesthouse charged a price 2 times more expensive than we agreed with the local taxi drivers. Disappointed, we do not recommend a guesthouse for accommodation.

the property was amazing, beautiful, very clean and really well furnished. The hosts are way too kind, it was a pleasure to talk with this very cute family :) For the price we paid it was way more than worth it, they provided us motorbike and snorkeling stuff and gave us the best places to go around :) I completely fell in love with this city and around and it's, in part, thanks to the place we were staying in ! Very nice studio with a wonderful balcony and amazing view. The AC works wonderful. The whole apartment is clean and nice. There is a small kitchen, where you can cook. The whole family is very friendly and helps you with everything. Joe (the owner) helped us to find surfing school and organised transfer.

Keep in mind that the location is 20 min with a car from Amed centre. But Joe offers a lot of moving options

I've stayed in Amed many times over the last 20 years & this would have to be one of my most favourite stays. Accommodation is very new & clean with a very comfortable bed, loads of cupboard space, good a/c & h/c water shower. There is also a small kitchen area with utensils, gas burner, good size fridge/freezer which is great for an extended stay. I spent a lot of time enjoying the daybed on the verandah looking out at the ocean vista. I highly recommend this property. Special dinning tip; if you want to try quality local food I recommend Warung Osin in main Amed. Fresh & tasty dishes at very affordable prices. (The last pic is Warung Osin)

It's about 15-20 minutes drive into the main Amed town area but the spectacular views on the ride helps overcome the negativity

We spent 4 nights in Raweg studio ( 1st to 5th august 2024) and we had a great time there! The room is big and very clean, there is a large terrace with a beautiful sea view ( we saw beautiful sun rises ), a nice bathroom and a little kitchen that can be very usefull. It's s very quiet and close to the local people, easy to join Amed with a scooter. There are good restaurants near the studio. Joe and his wife are very kind and helpfull.We did 2 excursions with Joe and it was great especially the fish trip with his friend Bono.A great experience!! Thank you ! I have been travelling Bali since January and this is the best place I have stayed since being here! I felt very at home since the moment I arrived and Joe and his family make you feel safe and are always there to help if you need anything. Everything is very clean and new. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, even with blender for juices. You have the most amazing view of the sunrise from your bed or large balcony with another bed on it! The place is lovely and quiet but you can take a lovely scenic drive to town for more cafes and shops! Would definitely stay again. Thank you

A lot of building works taking place around the property at the moment, so noisy during the day. You need transport to access the main tourist areas (20 mins away by scooter); not many restaurant options within walking distance. Beach is not private, and consists of large rocks with no sand.

The place is new and very clean. The sheets were fresh. The staff is nice. The sea view is great

Reallly nice room with amazing bathroom and even a little kitchen with fridge and gascooker. You will have a beautiful ocean view and can see the sunrise in the morning lying on a bed at the balcony if you want. The host family is really nice aswell and Joe will help you out if you need anything. Definetely will come back here.
