Normaalisti en jaksa valittaa mutta nyt on pakko. Varauksen jälkeen tuli info että poreallas onkin sen 350e ja lemmikeistä 150e lisämaksu. Ja kun menin ottamaan edullisemman varausmaksun niin maksutonta peruutusta ei ollut koska muuten olisin perunut tämän. Yrittäjä itsekin olen ja ymmärrän lisäpalveluiden laskutuksen mutta joku järki porealtaan hinnoitteluun kun kukaan suomalainen ei laskuta erikseen sen käytöstä tai ainakaan noin korkeaa hintaa. Kylpyhuoneen matot oli likaiset. Tosi upea ja ihana paikka muuten, kannattaa vaikka 30-50e nostaa yön hintaa ja sisällyttää porealtaan käyttö kuten kaikki muut tekee. Silloin olisi tämäkin marmatus jäänyt väliin 😁

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Понравилось все 🙌Шикарный домик со всеми удобствами ,все очень мило как внутри так и снаружи ,есть сауна и джакузи ,камин 2,все очень чисто ,комфортно,есть так же кухня .Хороший ,в вежливый хозяин который всегда готов помочь 🙏Было уютно,тепло и очень красивая локация с видом на другие домики и лес .Рекомендую !!!очень подходит как для большой семьи так и для пар .Все продумано до мелочей для шикарного запоминающего отдыха 🫶
Обратите внимание что есть доп.услуги за которые нужно будет доплачивать ,а именно постельное белье ,полотенца ,джакузи ,ранее заселение и если хотите чтоб вам растопили камин до заселения ..плюс уборка (хоть на сайте написано что вы сами можете все убрать ,но хозяин вежливо настоял на оплате в размере 160€…нам доп.услуги за 2 ночи обошлись в 545€ помимо оплаты жилья .

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Erittäin siisti ja kauniisti sisustettu, tilava huvila. Rauhalliset sävyt ja luonnonmateriaalit luovat harmonisen tunnelman. Loistava majoitus perheelle tai pienelle ryhmälle. Sopii lomanviettoon Rukan monipuolisista aktiviteeteista ja Kuusamon upeasta luonnosta nauttivalle. Suosittelen myös työmatkan majoitukseen, tai vaikkapa muutaman päivän etätyöskentelyyn. Hyvä varustelutaso ja keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat välineet ruoanvalmistukseen.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025It was a nice modern little cottage in a pretty area. However I would not say this property was ski-to-door. It is a bit of a walk to the resort but there are convenient ski bus stops nearby.
Hidden fees!!! After we booked this property we were sent a list of fees after booking. An extra €200 use the hot tub for duration of our stay, €150 for cleaning fees and €25 each for bed sheets and towels, so for our group this resulted in an extra €450 for an already expensive stay. These fees are hidden in the small print and after learning of these fees we tried to cancel our booking within 24 hours as this was over our budget and we were refused. On top of this after sending an invoice for these extra costs they only gave a week to pay and beyond that were threatening to charge 7% interest. Upon arrival after paying these fees we were also missing the bedsheets and towels for one of our group. The villa was also very cold when we arrived with the temperature being -15 outside, when I messaged about this we were told to light the fire but we had been left with a dead lighter and one match. The hosts were responsive however and did increase the heat remotely but this property is in desperate need of a guest manual for things like locking the door and finding the thermostats so you don’t have to contact the hosts. Also the hot tub (that we had to pay extra to use!) did not seem particularly clean, it had a bit off a pond smell and given the extra cost I expected this to be upkept and cleaned regularly.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Mökki kaunis ja viihtyisä. Majoituttiin 4 aikuista, sylivauva ja koira, meidän tarpeeseen kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Sijainti kätevä. Meille iso yllätys, kun terassilta löytyi vasta asennettu poreallas, todella mukava lisä mökkiin ja ruskamaisemat avautui upeasti poreista!
Erillinen ohjevihko mökin käytöstä voisi olla hyvä lisä.

The dishwasher tap was broken which prevented us from using it. The hosts compensated with an apology and by not charging for cleaning check fee. So all good!

Reviewed Feb 2, 2024Villa Tundra is a very nice property, decorated with excellent taste and very conveniently located in an area of villas, close to the ski and cross-country ski trails. The hosts were very nice and readily available when needed anything and advice on the area - communication was smooth and friendly. The villa is very nice, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the heating was working very well even if operating during the coldest time in decades in Ruka. A very nice, comfy and warm place for winter holidays.
