Location is excellent!

The hotel itself was very nice and cozy. It felt like a little paradise inside of Alaçati, everything was extremely curated and nicely set. My favourite thing of all was the breakfast. Authentic Turkish food in the most idillic terrace. In my opinion, I couldn’t imagine a better way to wake up. I want to give a special thanks to the lovely family who runs the business. They hospitality was beyond welcoming and their recommendations made our whole trip. We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here because the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, it felt like staying with family. Artur speaks great English as well. Other notable things: the location was very convenient, close to the Otogar but also easy walking distance to the center of Alaçatı. And of course, the Turkish breakfast was lovely and had a great variety of dishes to sample. We highly recommend and would definitely return!

Equipe muito atenciosa, o Ertug nos recepcionou muito bem, deu ótimas recomendações e contribuiu bastante para que nossa estadia fosse incrível. A localização é perfeita, a 2 minutos do centro em Alaçati. Recomendo!

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefalllen. Die Hotelbesitzer waren extrem nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns stets sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist absolut top!!!

Big and airy room with windows. Small balcony to lounge in. Good air conditioning. It's a family run B&B so the vibes are homely and intimate. The Turkish breakfast is homemade and all fresh. Olives, cheese, jam, special bread, eggs, tomatoes and hot peppers. It's sourced straight from the farm and you can feel the taste. The location is ideal. It's a quieter spot a few minutes walk away from Alacati's bustling alleys.

The room didn't have a fridge but that was manageable.

Loved staying here, would definitely stay again, thank you for having us. Great location, very convenient for town, but still quiet at night. Lovely host family, friendly and informative. Nice room, nice breakfast. Ample parking nearby. Felt safe and welcome.

Le bruit toute la nuit des rues et des restaurants avec la musique. Les portes des chambres un peu trop proche.

Nagyon kedves szállásadó, a hotel szép tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt, nagyszerű elhelyezkedésű. A reggeli nagyon finom volt.

A parkolás kissé nehézkes, nagyon kevés a hely a környéken.

Bu otelin ən böyük üstünlüyü isə onun möhtəşəm ailə tərəfindən idarə olunmasıdır. Burada insan özünü sadəcə qonaq kimi yox, ailənin bir üzvü kimi hiss edir. Həmişə özümüzü rahat, təhlükəsiz və qayğı ilə əhatə olunmuş hiss etdik. Onlar bizə hər məsələdə kömək etdilər. Hətta çimərliyə getmək istəyəndə rezervasiyanı bizim yerimizə özləri etdilər. Hər dəfə ən yaxşı məsləhətləri verdilər və hər sualımıza böyük səbirlə cavab verdilər. Otelin sahibi çox dürüst və etibarlı insandır. Bizə yalnız həqiqətən yaxşı olan yerləri tövsiyə etdi və heç vaxt şəxsi marağını düşünmədi. Bu, bizim üçün çox dəyərli idi. Səhər yeməyi isə ayrıca tərifə layiqdir – hər səhər çox ləzzətli, təzə və sevgi ilə hazırlanmış səhər yeməyi təqdim olunurdu. Otaqlar hər gün təmizlənirdi. Hər yer çox təmiz, səliqəli və baxımlı idi. Oteldə hər detal qonaqların rahatlığı üçün düşünülüb. Bu oteli ürəkdən hər kəsə tövsiyə edirik. Alacatıya yenidən gəlsək, heç tərəddüd etmədən yenə məhz bu oteldə qalacağıq. Hər şey üçün sonsuz təşəkkür edirik! Sizə bol-bol qonaqlar, uğurlar və işinizdə daim inkişaf arzulayırıq. Ümid edirik ki, yenidən görüşəcəyik!

Beautiful place

Alaçatı’da konaklayabileceğiniz en temiz aile otellerinden biri. Biz çok memnun kaldık; çarşaf ve havlular son derece temizdi. İşletme sahipleri, oğullarıyla birlikte çalışan çok sıcak ve samimi bir aile. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Wir haben vom 11.08. bis 15.08. im Alayaz Hotel in Alaçatı übernachtet und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt wir vergeben die volle Punktzahl! Das Hotel ist absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, die Atmosphäre ist familiär, herzlich und ruhig. Es handelt sich um eine kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft, die von warmen, aufrichtigen Menschen geführt wird, bei denen man sich nicht nur als Gast, sondern fast schon wie als Teil der Familie fühlt. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Ertuğ Bey und seine Familie, sie sind unglaublich liebenswürdige, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber. Es ist selten, dass man im Urlaub nicht nur Unterkunft findet, sondern auch echte Freundschaften schließt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die tolle Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig zum Zentrum von Alaçatı, trotzdem ist es ruhig gelegen. Außerdem gibt es kein Parkplatzproblem, was in dieser Gegend ein großer Vorteil ist. Wer also eine ruhige, saubere und familiäre Unterkunft in Alaçatı sucht, ist im Alayaz Hotel genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

The hosts were the highlight - such lovely and genuine people. But otherwise everything is outstanding - location, comfort of the rooms, lovely breakfast in the mornings. There is a bazaar outside the hotel on Saturdays selling delicious fresh fruits, but it can be quite busy.

Lovely boutique hotel run by a lovely family. Would definitely stay here again! Right next to all restaurants and bars. And the best thing was convenient free parking right next to the hotel. And of course the Turkish breakfast with homemade jams! 👍🧿

Nothing really, everything was perfect for us.

The hotel has a great location, close to the centre of Alacati, the family running it was warm and friendly and the room very clean.

Our room was on the ground floor next to the busy street, so sleep was impossible until around midnight. There is a small breakfast included in the price, but it was exactly the same every day - some variaty would be appreciated. We were harassed by some beggars who entered the breakfast area on multiple occasions, wanted to take from the food and yelled slurs at us. This was a very uncomfortable experience.

There is no drinking water in the rooms. We ask for it but we must pay in expensive cost after breakfast.

It was very cozy, the room were spacious, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and the staff was incredibly sweet and kind! We felt very welcomed, it was more of a home vibe than hotel vibe. We as two female travelers felt very safe and had a great time.

It was a very peaceful, sweet place with a very-friendly staff. The location is perfect, in the city center. It is clean, the breakfast was also very nice, includes fresh tasty vegetables and some marmelade variations. I would recommend to people who’d like to visit Alaçatı

Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti in questa struttura a conduzione familiare. Sono stati 5 bellissimi giorni, Hertug e la sua famiglia sono persone gentili, disponibili, sempre pronte per un consiglio. Tutto super pulito. Colazione abbondante e buona. La struttura e' a 2 minuti dall'inizio della zona pedonale. Alacati e' un paese bello bello bello, dove si vive un'atmosfera di festa, tantissimi servizi, negozi e ristoranti in un elegante centro storico. Ideale per tutti. Bisogna venire ad Alacati per capire quanto e' bella Alacati

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, und die familiäre Atmosphäre macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Sogar in der Nacht war ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, der sich sofort um alles gekümmert hätte, falls etwas benötigt worden wäre. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nothing has to do with hotel, I was not aware that the whole area party everyday (i am a not party man), so found it little annoying but worth it.

Zentrumnähe dennoch so ruhig. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß was man braucht. Es ist ein großer Unterschied zu den großen Hotels, es ist sehr familiär und persönlich. Ertug hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns immer geholfen wenn wir etwas brauchten. Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet und passt zum Flair von alacati.

Alayaz Otel’de konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldık. Odalar tertemiz ve oldukça konforluydu. Çalışanlar çok sıcak, samimi ve yardımseverdi, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Otelin Alaçatı çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük avantaj sağladı. Sabah kahvaltısı ise gerçekten harikaydı, her şey taze ve çok lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer!

Sahipler çok sempatik ve yardımseverler, her zaman resepsiyonda biri var herhangi bir derdinizde hemen yardıma hazırlar. Kendinizi hemen evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Oda gayet büyük ve yeterliydi. Alaçatının içinde oluşundan yürüyerek bir yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı ve arabası olanlar için yakınlarda park edilebilecek yerler var.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tek diyebileceğim sıkıntı ses yalıtımın çok iyi olmaması ama bizi rahatsız etmedi.

Great location to explore the beauty of Alacati. On the edge of the old town and accessible by car which is handy. Staff are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean and provided a nice breakfast.

I've been upgraded to a much nicer and more spacious room. The hotel is gorgeous and close to the town centre. It is a lovely family-owned place. Loved the breakfast. They really took care of me. I had a wonderful time there. Highly recommended!

Perfect location close to restaurants and bars on the main strip. Delicious Turkish breakfast. The owners speak limited English, but their son Ertug is available on WhatsApp and he always responded promptly to any questions and requests we had.

The hotel is very nice and authentic. We stayed for one night and booked cheap, small rooms. I guess the hotel also has bigger rooms. The hosts were very nice. And the location of the hotel is excellent - on a quiet street, but in close proximity to the liveliest part of the city. A superb breakfast!

The shower in our room was broken and it made our stay slightly uncomfortable.

What a charming place and welcoming cozy hotel ! The property is held by a wonderful old couple helped by their son( the one who speak english ). I cherished every minute in their company.

The structure is very nice, welcoming and relaxing, it feels like being at home. It is located in an excellent position, a stone's throw from the town center which is very lively in the evening. The owners are kind, helpful and thoughtful in ensuring that their guests do not lack for anything. excellent experience, I recommend it

Tolle Gastgeber, familiäres klima. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Sehr zentral gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, manchmal hörte man Morgens stimmen von Außen. Sehr gerne wieder.

delightful family owned and run hotel in a fantastic location, close to the main village activities but a lovely peaceful position with little evening noise. Ertug and his parents are excellent hosts.

Pequeño hotel familiar con encanto bien ubicado, a 2 pasos de la parte antigua de Alaçati, sin estar en el bullicio. La cama extremadamente cómoda, y nuestra habitación que era abuhardillada, tenía un coqueto balcón bastante privado. Habitación y baños amplios y muy limpios. Los anfitriones muy amables y acogedores, se preocupan por estar en contacto y atender las necesidades de sus huéspedes. En recepción hay una nevera con refrigerios y cervezas a buen precio para lo que es Alaçati.

Lo único a destacar, aunque nosotros no le dimos mucha importancia, es que tanto la mampara como el soporte de la ducha, necesitaban un pequeño arreglo. Por otra parte, un detalle que nos incomodó un poco fue que unos días antes, no pudieron cargarnos el importe de la habitación, y nos pareció insistente el reclamo del mismo, teniendo en cuenta que somos turistas, de vacaciones y con limitaciones da datos y/o cobertura.

Die betreibende Familie ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt auch sehr gut. Uns hat gefallen, dass es nicht direkt im rummeligen Zentrum liegt, sondern eine ruhige Lage hat. Mit dem Auto kommt man auch gut an die umliegenden Strände. Freitags wird vor der Unterkunft ein Markt aufgebaut, was sehr charmant ist. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und es bietet sich praktischerweise an. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt jedem empfehlen.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante de cet établissement. Le personnel est toujours professionnel et bienveillant, ce qui crée un environnement agréable. De plus, la qualité des services offerts est excellente Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal et l'esthétique de l'établissement est très plaisante.
