Struttura mediamente poco pulita ( strato di polvere nei bagni, piscina piena di foglie e insetti) cioè la struttura di per sé avrebbe grandissime potenzialità e si presenta bene, però sembra che delle cose sono proprio lasciate andare

Très agréable séjour,la chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien aménagé. La piscine, située à proximité, est également un véritable atout.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait toutefois être amélioré, notamment en termes de choix et de qualité des produits proposés.

Worst hotel we ever been to. Very very noisy, the room was not prepared when we came with no toiletries, the ac was hot af so we could not even sleep a blink. The girl in the reception had the worst behaviour to customer and insulted nobody makes coffee this time in the morning, among other things, even though they promised we will get one when we ordered the day before we left for our flight.

la stanza ampia , comoda, pulita. abbiamo avuto un problema al fon che si era guastato e lo staff in poco tempo ha risolto. doccia spaziosa e terrazzino a disposizione. purtroppo per tempo non abbiamo potutuo usufruire di piscina e colazione. abbastanza vicino a Chania e a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto, infatti l'abbiamo scelto proprio per questo.

Boys enjoyed the pool. AC good and wifi strong. We just wanted a room to chill in before our midnight flight and so this was great. There was a party at the pool but the guests were very friendly and kind offering us food and ice-cream.

The pool had quite a few wasps in it when we arrived but not a major after I fished them out.

We stayed there just one night due to late flight arrival. The hotel is oki, I don't think I would spend a longer time there though. The staff are all very nice. The location close to the airport was perfect for us. Breakfast was oki.

We had a family room with two floors, bed was oki, but second floor bathroom was cramped, couldn't open the door fully. Toilet seat was broken. Refrigerator seemed to need service.

La colazione anche se varia, consiglio di andare molto presto, altrimenti alcuni pasti non vengono riassorbiti. I materassi andrebbero sostituiti. Il Cappuccino si paga a parte.

L’accoglienza del personale e la vicinanza all’aeroporto.

C’erano alcuni punti come sotto il letto che non erano puliti il resto pulitissimo. Non c’è nessun ristorante nelle vicinanze e purtroppo i taxi non sono super economici. In ogni caso, aiutano a chiamare un Taxi e danno suggerimenti. Sempre gentilissimi.

Ottima struttura attaccata all’aereoporto per stop overnight prima o dopo voli con orari particolari (partenza molto presto, arrivo molto tardi). Offre camere spaziose e una piscina per passare qualche ora in pace. Colazione normalmente inclusa, non è stato possibile provarla per orario di partenza praticamente all’alba, ma sono stati carini a farci caffè e preparare un box a testa da portare in viaggio.

Telecomando aria condizionata solo per accendi/spegni e velocità ventola, per non congelare è stato necessario alzarsi un paio di volte nel cuore della notte per spegnere il condizionatore. Il resto ok

Prima hotel, dat rustig gelegen is niet ver van de luchthaven, zodat je snel daarheen kunt met een taxi. Ontbijt was ruim; veel goed producten, die keurig waren uitgestald. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De douche werkte niet. De knop om de regendouche of handdouche te gebruiken zat zo vast, dat alleen de kraan kon worden gebruikt. Verder is het hotel behoorlijk gehorig, maar daar kun je niets aan doen.

Ottima soluzione appena arrivati a Creta ad orario notturno, ore 1:00…reception sempre attiva, colazione abbondante e gustosa, bella la piscina (seppur non usufruito per mancanza di tempo). Ottima struttura e personale gentile.

Stayed overnight while waiting for my family to arrive in Chania. The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant in facilitating transfers, allowing for a late check out and making sure I had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. I had several questions as our plans developed and Katerina was an absolute gem at getting everything organised. Room was large, as was the comfy bed, clean and supplied with fridge and kettle. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Katerina and her partner were also able to get us a delicious chocolate cake from a local village for a travelling 4 year olds birthday! Huge thank you to both of you for going above and beyond for this traveller.

We stayed here for one night as our flight arrived late, it's super close and does what it says on the tin. Comfy, big rooms and a pool. Everything was clean and there's wifi.

Albergo comodo a 5 minuti di taxi (15/20 euro) dall’aeroporto,e’ in un quartiere dove non ci sono ristoranti né taverne,in hotel hanno dei tramezzini oppure bisogna arrangiarsi se non si ha la macchina con il take away…avendo il volo la mattina presto non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione ma l’hotel molto carino ci ha preparato una buona colazione da asporto 🙏👍

Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού, η διακόσμηση του δωματίου και η ησυχία της τοποθεσίας. Και βέβαια το βολικό δωρεάν πάρκινγκ.

Το πρωινό θα έπρεπε να είναι με φρέσκα προϊόντα εποχής και όχι με τόσα επεξεργασμενα. Είχε αρκετά έντομα (μέλισσες) στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Ο ασταμάτητος ενοχλητικός ήχος της αντλίας νερού.

Vriendelijk personeel, ruim balkon, handige ligging ten opzichte van vliegveld. Fijn dat we wat eerder mochten inchecken.

We boekten een 'Vierpersoons Premiumkamer'. Dan verwacht je niet dat er naast een gewoon tweepersoonsbed een (kinder) veldbed uit de jaren 70 staat met daarop een nog ouder, zeer dun, versleten en vies matrasje voor een derde volwassene. Deze persoon heeft geen oog dicht gedaan omdat alle veren van het campingbed door het matras heen staken. Gemeld aan de receptie maar ze konden geen alternatief of oplossing bieden. Verder behoorlijk vergane glorie deze plek, douchecabine staat op instorten en hygiëne laat te wensen over.

The velodrome next door was very noisy. Nothing around for miles to eat or drink at so a car was required Upstairs room so it was quite difficult to get 4 large cases up and down.

Låg nära flygfältet. Jätte bra luftkonditionering, rummen kyldes ner helt. Fungerande och snabb wifi. Toalettprodukter fanns o vatten i kylen. Direkt tillgång till poolen från egna terrassen.

En del saker lite sönder, kunde behöva en uppdatering. Frukosten var inte överflödig men man fick en frukost.

It was a lovely overnight stop nice little pool, great shower and air conditioning complimentary water in the fridge.

Very limited food options a few more food options would be good as no places to eat nearby. We had an issue as the taxi we had prebooked through the hotel to pick us up at the airport did not arrive, so we waited for 1 hour before we were picked up after a number of calls to Areti reception.

Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Das Doppelbett ist gemütlich, das Zustellbett jedoch überhaupt nicht. Unser Sohn schlief dann lieber bei uns im Bett. Das Personal war alles andere als freundlich. Wir wurden garnicht herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet haben sie sich auch nicht von uns. Die Frau an der Rezeption nahm die Karte und drehte sich um. Das gesamte Personal wirkte überfordert und genervt, obwohl kaum Gäste da waren.

Na plus można zaliczyć lokalizację, która sprawdza się jako baza wypadowa, oraz fajny, spory basen. Niestety na tym kończą się największe zalety obiektu.

Czystość pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Na pierwszy rzut oka pokój wydawał się zadbany, jednak po chwili można było zauważyć liczne niedociągnięcia – śmieci w szufladach, smugi na lustrach, kurz przy szafkach oraz podłogę, która wyglądała na jedynie pobieżnie przetartą. Łazienki są mocno wyeksploatowane, a w górnej łazience brakowało zasłony prysznicowej, dodatkowo uszkodzona była deska sedesowa. Mimo rezerwacji apartamentu dwupoziomowego przestrzeń była bardzo ciasna. Śniadania codziennie wyglądały praktycznie identycznie, a po kilku dniach brakowało jakiejkolwiek różnorodności. Ciepłe dania nie zachęcały swoim wyglądem. Przez cały pobyt ręczniki nie zostały wymienione ani razu. Informacja o całodobowym zameldowaniu okazała się myląca – owszem, można przyjechać o dowolnej porze, ale pokój dostępny jest dopiero od godziny 15:00. Największym minusem był jednak brak dbałości o ciszę nocną. Jednego wieczoru nowo przybyli goście hałasowali na korytarzu do około godziny 1:00 w nocy, trzaskając drzwiami i głośno rozmawiając, a personel nie zareagował. Niestety, stosunek jakości do ceny nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań i na pewno zdecydowalibyśmy się na ponowny pobyt.

Kényelmes volt nagyon az ágy, szép volt a kilátás, nagyon kedves a személyzet. Bőséges, finom reggeli, és nagyon jó volt a pizza is a snack barból. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

A zuhanyzó kissé szűkös volt, illetve a zuhanyrózsa tartója leesett, ha rátettük a zuhanyfejet, így zuhanyzás közben tartani kellett. Remélhetőleg ezt hamarosan megjavítják, egyébként minden szuper volt. :)

Colazione poco assortita, con prodotti appena sufficienti, caffè in caraffa annacquato, alla richiesta di un caffè espresso ci è stato chiesto di pagare €3 (cifra improponibile) considerando che poteva essere incluso nella colazione come avviene solitamente.

La struttura ha un ottimo staff, molto gentile e disponibile a risolvere le cose. E’ vicina all’aeroporto quindi comoda per chi deve partire presto. Nonostante non potevamo usufruire della colazione perché partivamo troppo presto lo staff ci ha preparato delle ottime bag da portar via.

Il costo della struttura è davvero molto molto elevato rispetto a quello che offre. La piscina è piccolissima e alle 11:30 ancora non era stata pulita. La doccia della camera presentava segni di muffa. Inoltre intorno non c’è davvero nulla, quindi il ragazzo molto gentile dello staff ci ha dovuto aiutare a chiedere del cibo da asporto.

Swimming pool was good for kids and peaceful. We had two juniot suites. The rooms were spacious and king side bed was good to sleep. Both rooms had a king side bed, an extra bed and a junior bed. Location is great for late arrival to Chania airport (5 min with taxi).

There were no fresh fuits or vegetables at the breakfast. We would have enjoyed these.

Svært behjelpelig personell. De la til rette for å hjelpe til med de tingene vi spurt om, som tidlig frokost, ekstra pute, bestille taxi og bestilling av middag.

De la saleté, mal balayé. Douche vétuste et qui se déboîte, évier écaillé et vieux et trop bas. Brefff....

Very clean and well maintained

Room was very big, corner room with a big veranda, very spacious inside as well. Beds comfy. 5 minutes drive to airport. Beaches and monasteries in close proximity.

However we had an issue with the ac which was very noisy and was dripping water inside the room and not cooling well. We realised this at night so we only told them in the morning and then we left as we only had 1 night. Also the shower head attachment was broken. Shower was extremely small which doesn't make sense as the bathroom is big.

Si vous recherchez un logement vers Elafonissi, FONCEZ !!! Un logement parfait, calme, très propre, très bonne literie. Une piscine extra, une vue avec un coucher de soleil à couper le souffle !!! Quand à Andréas, c'est une personne adorable, très disponible et à l'écoute. Vous ne serez pas déçu de votre séjour. pour moi c'est un 10/10

It was a lovely place and was very conveniently located close to the airport. It was nice and quiet and was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was very spacious and had a small fridge in it. There was a basic breakfast. The swimming pool area was very nice. There was a good restaurant 10 minutes drive away with free parking if you arrive early evening. It was a nice place to stay for a night or two.

The place was quite dated and could do with a complete update. The shower had a lot of mould in the grout around the edges. Airplanes came frequently overhead but that is to be expected being so close to the airport.

Outer pool was inviting but the weather did not cooperate. The staff is friendly. The outdoor grounds is nicely arranged for spending time in the moment. A good value.

There is no shuttle to the airport. Taxi only. Areti Suites has a very limited menu and unfortunately the planes boom overhead. You are in a small village so get snacks before you arrive.

We had an early flight home, so we selected the hotel closest to the airport (5 mins!) with acceptable reviews. It was good for that purpose: it was clean, a nice shower, a nice swimming pool and even a basic breakfast included.

Although the place was properly maintained, it also reminded me a of budget highway motels I visited in the US. A bit dreary or gloomy like you expect from a place where no one stays for more than 1 or 2 nights. Pillows were clunky and in need of replacement.

Nous avons apprécié sa situation proche de l'aéroport, ainsi que la piscine et la grande terrasse.

La climatisation ancienne et qui fonctionnait mal, la cabine de douche étroite et sans possibilité de régler l'orientation du pommeau de douche, et surtout le petit déjeuner très médiocre avec notamment des jus de fruit industriels et au mauvais goût, alors que partout ailleurs en Crête nous avons bu de très bons jus d'orange frais.

Very nice and comfortable place close to the airport. We only stayed one night so we didn’t have a chance to really check the whole place out. Breakfast was good with all of the basics.
