Reviewed Jun 10, 2026we liked the location, the sense of security and cleanliness of the place.
We were billeted on the 3rd floor without an elevator made moving our belongings difficult, and with my lumbar and knee pain, the stairs were a terrible experience.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The location is walking distance from the jeepneys. I like the kitchen very much. It's complete with rice cooker, infrared stove , microwave oven, pots and pans, plates and bowls, coffee cups and utensils. I was able to cook healthy breakfast and dinner for my son. The shower strong. Drainage is ok. There's a sofa set with center table. There are trees outside the window.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025The property was fine except no where was it mentioned this unit I received was in the 3 rd floor with bo elevator. I’m almost 78 and not in the best of shape. The staff was quick to realize I had left behind my glucose monitor kit and contacted us immediately upon discovering it. We returned and was able to get it back. They also helped to contact a taxi to pick us up as it would have been hard to find without walking a good distance to find one.
3rd floor, no elevator. Never mentioned anywhere in your listing or in owners property description.
