Location bit far from.town

The lovely house is located in a private garden and consists of a stone building with kitchen and big bedroom and a small woodhouse. With a small and steep staircase you reach a fairytale second bedroom. Under the firstfloor of the wooden house is a perfect outdoor spot to relax with television. The house is located in lovely surroundings with birds, palmtrees and within 100 meters a small river for cooling down. We came here by Grab and the owner was wonderfull in arranging car hire and our further transport. Shamsul is a very nice man and so punctual. He did his utmost best to inform us about the best sights and restaurants in the neighboorhood. By rentalcar we visited the nice waterfalls in Sik, the wonderfull Sireh Cave and the riverside Kampung Lubuk Pedati for drinks and dinner. Unfortunately we could not walk the Gunung Baling as the parkheadquarters were only open between 8.00-10.00. Homestay Bok Bak is a superb place to feel the local Malaysian culture and nature

Cicak banyak tapi biasalah rumah kayu kampung. Acceptable.

It is creative on how the layout of the house is. All the pillows, blankets are enough. Amenities are enough like washing machine.

Wonderful stay with Shamsul and his family, we felt welcome and very comfortable in this beautiful house, it was well equipped and clean. Cozy outside area with television for the children to watch while the parents relaxed reading a book. The river close by was fun for the children to play in - loads of mosquitoes though. Shamsul was great, very helpful and nice to us, offering home made soursop juice and motorbike to make our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

A very clean nice place in a kampung setting with a private river stream just 100m away. The property can accommodate 6 people and have kitchen facilities. The owner also sells freshly made soursop juice (from the trees he planted).

Quite and calm. Kampung style chelet. Serounding with fruits farm. Main room very large on ground floor with bathroom attached. 2nd room on 1st floor very small. Kitchen full equipment with untensil. Fridge and washing machine available. Aircon rooms. Fan also available.

River nearby but not on chelet compound. Walking distance but very steap down the river No water heater.

A lovely homestay with a very friendly host. We spent one night here on business and everything was excellent. The location of the homestay was near to my destination. As for the homestay, it was well maintained, clean and well equipped, from fridge, kitchen and washing machine. Would recommend this for those who looking for ideal rural retreat. Lots of termite 'kelkatu' flying at night during my stay. We have to turn off all the lights and stay in the dark for some time.

Breakfast locations was provided by host. It nearby the homestay. Anyhow we prefer to prepare our owm breakfast.

Have a swimming pool facilities will add the advantages to your homestay.
