Soggiorno oltre le aspettative. Il personale è sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Hanno reso tutto il nostro soggiorno speciale e indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente di mangiare presso il Riad perchè la cuoche sono bravissime e la cucina è veramente SPETTACOLARE. Senza esagerare abbiamo mangiato molto meglio al Riad rispetto ai ristoranti in giro per la città.

This is a lovely riad in the heart of the medina, but you are completely shielded from all the hustle and bustle the minute you walk inside. It’s beautifully decorated and has a real sense of calm. The staff are excellent - friendly, and went above and beyond as we were celebrating a birthday. They were super helpful with recommendations of trips, etc. Would definitely go back!

I think if you were a lone (female) traveller, you might feel a little uneasy at night actually getting to the riad as it’s deep in the medina. We were a group, and felt completely safe, but I commented that I wouldn’t want to do it alone. However, I am certain that the staff would accompany you if you asked. Other than that, the place was amazing!

Posizione ottima, vicina alle vie del centro ma fuori dalla confusione. Colazione servita direttamente dallo staff, prodotti buoni e diversi ogni giorno. Camera accogliente e pulita.

Our room was large, lovely and comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings and lovely traditional details. We had everything we need. The Riad is in such a great part of Marrakech, in the old medina but down a little side alley that is nicely tucked away. The dipping pool was a nice touch after a long, hot day exploring the souks. The breakfast is subpar, but fine. Ayoub and Youssef, the managers, were friendly and very sweet. One morning when we went for a day rip to Ourika Valley, they gave us a packed breakfast, which was so kind.

The breakfast isn't great, store bought OJ and mostly sugar and carbs. The showerhead in our room was broken, and it would spray everywhere and vacillate from hot to cold, but it was manageable.

Mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza, la pulizia, la colazione, le camere spaziose (nonostante le poche finestre ma il Riad per struttura e composizione ha poche finestre) e l’estrema disponibilità e attenzione dello staff e a tal proposito un riferimento ad Ayoub va fatto perché è stato così premuroso e disponibile che non va dato per scontato ma nel complesso tutto il personale va elogiato perché super efficiente e disponibile.

La posizione ha i suoi pro e i suoi contro perché ha il vantaggio di essere nel cuore della Medina ed è un grande valore aggiunto, di contro la Medina è molto labirintica e non accessibile ai taxi quindi hai bisogno di due giorni solo per orientarti ma anche in questo lo staff è stato molto disponibile a venirci a prendere dal punto in cui ci ha lasciato il taxi (visto che siamo arrivati di notte) e anche in una escursione in cui dovevamo uscire alle 5 di mattina è stato tanto disponibile nell’accompagnarci alla fermata del taxi. Un altro appunto è sugli odori della stanza, che non dipendono dalla pulizia ma dal fatto che i tappeti e il pellame dei divani ha i suoi odori a cui noi italiani siamo poco abituati.

O riad é muito bonito e tranquilo e o staff é bastante simpático! Sentimo-nos como em casa. Os quartos são espaçosos e os lençóis de cama muito confortáveis. O pequeno-almoço é excelente, e somos muito bem servidos. O riad fica mesmo no centro e, sendo a primeira vez, o desconhecido pode parecer um pouco assustador chegar até lá mas não há qualquer perigo, sendo que o caminho até lá está muito bem iluminado.

Riad Khalifa was beautiful. It was incredibly clean and well kept. Every single one of the staff members was so friendly and helpful. The Riad is perfectly located, lots of things to do and great places to eat near by and easy to get transport to and from. The breakfasts were outstanding and you could taste how fresh everything was. The facilities were gorgeous and I could not recommend staying here enough. Staying in such a beautiful Riad truly made our trip to Marrakech one to remember!

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the Riad. Great hospitality from Ali and his team, super friendly and excellent service. The room had everything you needed. The Riad is central and we did find it easy to locate. We booked the airport transfers with the hotel and was met by a member of the Riad staff, which was very convenient. They have a lovely rooftop for relaxing and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better to stay for our first visit. Thank you.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Riad Khalifa. L’emplacement est exceptionnel, vous êtes près de tout au centre de la Medina. Nous avons particulièrement été frappé par le calme, peu importe où vous vous trouvez dans le Riad vous entendez les oiseaux chanter et aucun bruit de la rue. La terrasse offre une vue panoramique et nous y avons vu de très beaux couches de soleil. Nous avons aussi profité d’un massage et un soin traditionnel car le Riad a un petit coin spa et sauna qui fonctionne très bien. Nous aimerions adresser un merci particulier à Ali, le Managing Director du Riad qui est une vraie perle de ce lieu. Ali a toujours été présent pour nous, montrant un dévouement remarquable au bon fonctionnement du Riad et au bien être de ses clients. Nous espérons le revoir quand nous reviendrons!

The property was clean and very beautiful. the staff were very nice and helpful.

The only negative thing I can say was the location it’s down a few alleyways but I think that’s the same for most raids . However , I’d prefer somewhere I can get a cab from right outside.

Det var rent og pænt overalt. Boede på værelse nr. 4 der var stor. En fin tagterrasse. God beliggenhed. Vi blev hentet i lufthavnen og Hassan fra Riad Khalifa stod klar til at følge os de sidste 500, som man skal gå. Ellers havde vi nok ikke fundet det. Hassan var utrolig venlig og hjælpsom.

Loved the indoor settings, a nice tree in the centre, cosy public places who were layed out in a way we all had our privacy! The breakfast is just amazing, don’t hesitate to dig into their msemens who were just exquisite. Special thanks to Ahmed and all his team, they were so nice helpful and cheerful, brought us anything we needed. The room was cleaned daily and the whole place was neat too. I’ll finish on my favourite place wich was the rooftop with an amazing view and a great sunset!

We had an amazing stay at this riad in Marrakech. We were three girls traveling together and Hassan truly made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he did everything he could to help us and make sure we had the best experience. He organized our airport transfer and other transfers. Helped us with many things during our stay, always being kind, attentive, and very helpful. Thanks to him, our holiday in Marrakech was smooth, comfortable, and truly perfect. We are very grateful for his hospitality and would absolutely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Although it’s located down small, quiet streets (which is typical for most riads in the medina), the location is actually very central and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The common areas are beautiful, and the overall atmosphere is calm, quiet, and respectful.

Overall we had a good experience, but for the price paid we expected a slightly higher level of quality. The room was fine but fairly basic, the breakfast was average, and the cleaning was acceptable but not exceptional.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, tous les jours différent, et copieux. S il y avait de la margarine, du fromage et de la charcuterie, ce serait encore mieux. Mais peut-être que ce n est pas dans les traditions. L accueil était impeccable. Le personnel est très gentil, aux petits soins et prêt à nous renseigner. Je me souviens en particulier du sourire et de l amabilité d Hassan. Nous nous sentions en sécurité, car il y avait presque toujours un garde dans la rue ou l allée menant à notre hôtel et il nous accompagnait jusqu’à la porte de l hôtel, où nous sonnions pour entrer. Le Riad est magnifiquement beau et très calme; on y entend le chant des oiseaux. Il est très propre aussi. Il est aussi très bien situé, en plein dans le souk. Le seul petit bémol est que de l eau sortait de la douche sur le sol dans notre salle de bains.

De kamers zijn heel gehorig. Het pad naar de Riad toe is heel eng en niet fijn. Je moet door een soort grot tunnel lopen.

É una struttura semplice e nel complesso non ho niente di negativo da dire. Se c’è stato qualche piccolo problema il personale si è subito adoperato per risolverlo.

Piękne i przytulne miejsce . Bardzo blisko wszystkich ważnych miejsc w centrum . Przyjechaliśmy wieczorem i przywitał nas bardzo miło Hassan , tradycyjna herbata. Przez cały pobyt był bardzo uprzejmy , spełnił naszą prośbę o wcześniejszym śniadaniu . Pokoje są czyste , codziennie sprzątane . Czuć miłą i domową atmosferę . Samą drogą do miejsca jest dość mocno skomplikowana , można się zgubić jednak wieczorami w dotarciu towarzyszy bardzo miły Pan i można czuć się bezpiecznie . Pyszne śniadania , naprawdę niczego nie brakuje . Trzeba brać pod uwagę że to są domy w których naprawdę wszystko słychać i to czasami bywa uciążliwe .

The room door did not provide adequate sound insulation, and noise from inside the riad was clearly audible.

Excellent Accueil. Le personnel est au petit soin. Localisation hyper centrale. Difficile de mieux faire. La cour intérieure est top. Le toit terrasse sublime.

Les Riad sont faits pour rafraîchir en cas de chaleur. Mais lorsqu'il fait froid, le Riad ne réchauffe pas. Nous étions donc congelés tout notre séjour. La cheminée dans la chambre ne réchauffe pas et pas de chance la climatisation réversible ne fonctionnait pas. Donc à éviter en hiver. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être largement amélioré en évitant les yaourts occidentaux ou le Nutella, ou en ayant un jus d'orange frais et pas un jus industriel.

Excellent séjour 😊 Hassan nous a très bien accueillis et il nous a même acheté quelques clémentines à notre arrivée parce que nous n’avions pas mangé et nous partions directement en excursion. Il nous a accompagnés jusqu’au point de départ et nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste de sa part. Tout le personnel a été très gentil. Lit confortable. Température correcte. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Uniquement la douche est à améliorer. Le réglage de la température a été compliqué et le débit un peu irrégulier. Tout le reste a été parfait.

Absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and well managed accommodation. Ahmed, the manager, made us very welcome from the start. Stunning, huge suite with great facilities (power shower, king size bed, quiet part of the riad - room 7). Very short walk to the Central souks

The location for the old town was great. Breakfast each morning was lovely. Staff very helpful. We shall be back. The rooms were clean and stylish in the traditional riad style. Great roof top views of the Medinda. Easy to explore the souks and the old part of town.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! The room was beautiful too, felt like honeymoon kinda vibe (I travelled with my bestie 😂🩷). Water, dustbin and tea/coffee in the room. Loved the service of Ahmed and Hassan, thank you to both ✨️. Close to the souks, 50 sec from our hotel. Good security and well communication from the staff.

Unterkunft war sehr schön, Ausstattung ausreichend, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Das einzige unser Zimmer im EG war recht hellhörig. Prinzipiell aber kann ich die Unterkunft aber weiterempfehlen.
