Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Avevamo prenotato con larghissimo anticipo con booking questa struttura, tutto confermato e piu volte sentito il proprietario per info, quindi tutto a posto. Il giorno prima nel nostro arrivo, mentre eravamo a bogota con tanto di volo prenotato per pereira, al pomeriggio dopo un nostro messaggio per chiedere se avessero acqua calda e asciugacapelli, il proprietario ci chiede di cancellare la prenotazione perche non c era acqua calda per un problema alla caldaia. Dopo la nostra insistenza nel voler alloggiare allo stesso, avendo gia un volo prenotato, prende la scusa di una fuga di gas e cancella la prenotazione. Soltanto grazie al intervento dell ragazzo che lavorava nel hotel dove alloggevamo a bogota, dove lui ha dovuto insistere parecchio sul fatto di non lasciarci senza alloggio, il proprietario ci ha dato la possibilità di alloggiare in una finca, a suo dire di una sua amica, allo stesso prezzo. Questa finca o ecohotel é finca Los Naranjos. Quindi la recensione sarà su questa struttura: Struttura fuori dal centro ( a circa 10 minuti con le willy). Noi volevamo un alloggio nel centro del paese e questo cambio di programma ci è costato 30 euro in piu di transfert e i trasporti per arrivare in paese. Al di là di ciò, la struttura era bellissima, in mezzo alla natura. Personale gentile e disponibile soprattutto Freddy. Colazione compresa nel prezzo del alloggio abbastanza abbondante, con uova, pane, frutta fresca, caffe/latte/te. Servita e fatta al momento. La possibilità di usare la cucina comune per cena o pranzo. A noi è stata data la possibilità di mangiare le uova, che servivano per la colazione, a cena. Acqua calda sempre disponibile. Camera piccola, in due con le valigie quasi non ci si riusciva a muovere. Zero punti di appoggio per appoggiare gli effetti personali, e bagno molto piccolo. Nel bagno al nostro arrivo abbiamo notato che lo spazzolino del water era sporco, e cera della muffa intorno al wc.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We loved the quiet location! The apartment is very small for two people but we traveled light (one small backpack each). We stayed in Salento three days primarily to hike. We found the apartment to be the perfect base camp for our adventures. It is small but had everything we needed to prepare a light breakfast and coffee before heading out. There is no closet or storage space but there are ample hooks on the walls and doors- we utilized all of them to hang our clothes and gear. Communication with host was excellent as was check in. Also, there are skylights which make the apartment feel very bright! For a short stay it has *almost everything you could need!
*A tea kettle would be nice to have- the pots provided become too hot to touch when heated (hot pads would solve this problem too)

Al abrir el apto sale un olor muy fuerte a humedad y toca abrir la puerta y ventana para q salga, pero no es una buena bienvenida y en la noche quisimos ver TV y no tiene, valdría la pena así fuera uno pequeño.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Un bonito lugar que cuida los detalles. Sencillo y a muy buen precio. El check-in super sencillo sin recepción, simplemente entras y ya estás. Con un estudio con una vista muy linda en la mañana, limpio y con lo básico que necesitas. Alejado de la plaza por tanto no hay molestias de ruido para dormir, solo en la mañana el canto de los pájaros y de los gallos a lo lejos que es lo normal en Salento. Me gustó mucho la configuración.
Algunas personas dicen que el lugar puede ser ruidoso porque se escuchan los huéspedes vecinos. En mi caso no los escuché y eso que soy muy sensible pero puede depender de quién está esa noche en el mismo alojamiento.

No pude descansar bien, ninguna de las dos noches. No se que tienen al lado , pero a las 5 de la mañana y a las 10 de la noche , como si estuvieran raspando la pared. Aparte que se oye todo, todo...las paredes tienen 0 aislante y oyes a todos los vecinos, tuberías, etc...si quieres descansar, no es tu alojamiento

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026This place was like a little home for us. We had all the equipped kitchen, where we even cooked dinner, a dinning table, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a hot shower. It was very quiet, a bit further from the busy center, but it was what we wanted. The town is small, so it takes 5 min to walk to the center. Also it is located on the way to the coffee farms. The hostess was fast with responses via messages. All our needs were fulfilled.

Reviewed Jan 21, 2026Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Nicht direkt im Stadtzentrum aber trotzdem nur einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Küche und die Ausstattung waren super. Wir konnten auch unser Gepäck noch am Abreisetag sicher lagern.

Excelente ubicación: cerca a la plaza, pero en un sector tranquilo. El lugar es fiel a las fotos que se muestran. Sin duda volveríamos.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025Nos fuimos contentos de Salento, el apartaestudio de verdad que muy cómodo y recomiendo 100% este lugar. La cocina estaba bien dotada e incluso había café con una cafetera para prepararnos. Todos los días nos pudimos bañar con agua caliente y subir un poco la temperatura teniendo en cuenta que en Salento hace mucho frío 🥶. Me pareció, incluso, un gesto muy humano que no la sra Luz no me dejara pagar por un vaso que accidentalmente quebré. Excelente ambiente, ubicación y gestión a cada una de nuestras dudas. Espero volver en una próxima ocasión, y claramente me quedaría nuevamente en este lugar 🙌🏼

The roosters are pretty loud in the morning, but that's probably the case for the whole town. So would not fault the accommodation as it's not their roosters.

Los gallos cantan desde las 4 am y a veces se escuchan los ronquidos y conversaciones de las personas de las habitaciones contiguas. Si tienes el sueño ligero te recomiendo que lleves tapones para los oídos.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025I loved the hosts & staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your having a good stay and have everything you need. I ended up extending my stay and stayed for 12 days. Its a great location, close enough to the main square without having to be right by the busy area. The studio apartment I had was perfect for me. The WiFi works great, in fact, better than anywhere else I've stayed at in Colombia which was ideal as I had to work during the week. They supply you with coffee and some basics for cooking like oil, salt and herbs and you have everything you need for cooking. Highly recommend

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Es muy tranquilo, comodo y tiene lo básico para una buena estancia. El apartamento estaba limpio y olía bien, los implementos básicos y suficientes en el baño y habitación. Cerca del parque y es fácil llegar al apartamento.
Falta un poco más de aseo en los utensilios de cocina. Quise usar la cafetera pero estaba sucia como algunos otros utensilios.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025I absolutely loved this little apartment. So cute and nicely decorated. Had everything I needed. Cute shared courtyard space to sit in as well. The staff were all great and really responsive. It's a few minutes walk away from the busy area so generally very quiet. You are on the route to lots of the coffee farms so instead of getting the jeep from the main square I walked the 5km - which i enjoyed.

Reviewed Oct 3, 2025El apartamento entero es perfecto y súper cómodo. El anfitrión muy atento a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, incluso café!! Recomendamos 100% este lugar, si volvemos a Salento sin duda repetiríamos!!
Lo único que cambiaría serían las almohadas, pero todo lo demás estupendo, un lugar acogedor y bonito con muy buena ubicación.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Un lugar muy lindo, cómodo y tranquilo. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, desde shampoo y jabón hasta café y aceite en la cocina. Nos sentimos como en casa, súper recomendado.

El día que llegamos no contamos con agua caliente en la ducha, al igual que el día de salida. No se qué pudo haber pasado, el primer día comenté con la anfitriona y lo arreglaron pero a la salida ni modo, fue muy temprano y nos tocó ducha de agua fría

Algo que mejorar sería añadir Alfonsa estantería para dejar la ropa y pertenencias y una cuerda en el baño para secar la ropa ya que en la zona es muy fácil mojarse
