Stayed here for a long weekend in Helsinki. Location is great! It is very close to metro, tram, restaurants, bars and supermarket. The space itself is functional, comfortable, with a cute balcony and very spacious for 2 people. Nice place to hang out, fast WiFi, and complete kitchen with utensils, pans, toaster and coffee maker. There is an elevator so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs. There is also a lot of cool art in the space. As for the owner, they were very easy to talk to and gave clear instructions.

If I had to say something, I guess the bathroom could be a bit brighter lit. There were some interesting characters by the metro and were a bit scary at night, but overall quite harmless.

Tolles Künstlerapartment, cooler Style.

The location was perfect for us! Very easy to get to and central to most of our activities. The building was surprisingly quiet and getting the keys from a lockbox was simple. When a small issue came up, the host fixed it within the hour. Once we were in the apartment, communication was very smooth. My friends also wanted to mention that the cleaning process was a quick plus as it was super simple and not too involved compared to the cleaning fee that was applied to the booking originally.

Even though there were fans in the apartment, there was no other air conditioning and each one of the four people staying at the apartment were too hot to sleep comfortably. One of the rooms (the smallest one) was almost unbearably warm at night. I would recommend older guests or guests with health issues consider this fact before booking in the summer months unless the host installs proper AC. Additionally, the biggest downsides were the fact that there is only one key even though the listing says it fits 5 guests. Very tough to organize activities if a crew splits up at any point. Lastly, there towels provided were very small and light - which proved to be difficult for a hot apartment and guests who had to shower at least twice a day in order to cool off. However, we got a fantastic price on the place and if the weather had been cooler, the spot would have been great value overall! Thanks again!

Nelihenkinen perhe viihtyi erittäin hyvin. Mukava asunto eikä naapurit häirinneet. Helppo kulkea esim. Metrolla keskustaan tai muualle. Asunnossa omaleimainen ja taiteellinen sisustus, ja joka päivä huomasi jotain uutta katseltavaa. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet. Arvosana 5/5!

Talouspaperin puute ja kylpyhuoneen lattiankuivauslastan puuttuminen.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, łatwość odbioru kluczy mimo późnego przyjazdu (23:30). Zgoda na dłuższy pobyt w dniu wyjazdu. Niezła lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji i sklepu Lidl. Fajna antyczna winda. Dobra nowoczesna kuchenka elektryczna i toster. Bez problemu z wi-fi świetnie działało. Inteligentny telewizor z YouTube umożliwiał odbiór naszych programów.

Miały być trzy sypialnie, była jedna i dwa pokoje z łóżkami po drabince. I to bardzo małe pokoiki. Jeden bez okna. Dość duszne. Wyposażenie kuchni zerowe - mocno zużyte garnki, brak sztućców.

Maybe more light and heating needed

We entered the apartment and left approx 10 minutes later. The apartment was dark, oppressive and filled with skull decorations everywhere, creating the atmosphere that felt uncomfortable and distressing. The property is presented online as artistic, but we encountered was more like macabre space, gothic themed space... When I left and requested a refund, the owner said that i should have called and they would have come and removed the skull objects!!! It was not just that...overall athmosphere was nothing like in the pictures and i can't imagine anybody sleeping in those two small cupboards (you cant call them bedrooms) where the two beds are built - one did not have any window, really a cupboard. Maybe in the summertime it is better, but i honestly doubt. Good thing that hotel was close by and available.

Хозяин квартиры отвечал на все интересующие вопросы. В доме был лифт. От центра города 1.8 км. На кухне было все необходимое. В квартире своеобразный интерьер. Квартира с ремонтом конца 90-х, но очень интересная. Ключи взяли без хозяина, можно забрать из сейфа в любое время. Мы приехали очень поздно, но проблем с заселением не было. За дистанционный контакт с хозяином ставлю 10 баллов.

В квартире не было утюга, ехали на мероприятие, был обязательным. В место него нам предоставили фен, возможно был языковой барьер. Тв находится не у дивана, а в темной комнате. Не хватало занавесок, со старыми окнами в квартир было 19 С. В остальных комнатах внизу стол, сверху кровать, это заселение для молодых.

Functioneel appartement met 3 slaapkamers. Kunstzinnig ingericht. Genoeg voorzieningen in de keuken aanwezig en een grote handige ijskast Badkamer: klein maar alles wat je nodig has, was er. Heel snel warm water in de douche, föhn en handdoeken aanwezig. De bedden waren opgemaakt bij aankomst, heel fijn om zo de vakantie te kunnen beginnen.Duidelijke instructies van de eigenaar op al jouw vragen, om in te checken. Het leukste onderdeel was de lift zoals in een jaren 70 film, de max! Appartement lag ook heel centraal, dicht bij de metro en bus. Supermarkt in de buurt en ook restaurants. Kortom een aanrader om Helsinki te ontdekken.

Niets, alles was zoals je het kon verwachten, de uitleg op de site kwam overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Mieszkanie jest blisko metra, tramwaju, autobusu. Bardzo łatwo można się do niego dostać z centrum. Wszystko co w opisie było zapewnione, a my mogliśmy zostawić bagaż dużo wcześniej niż godziny zameldowania, od razu dostaliśmy też klucz, potem informację smsem kiedy mieszkanie będzie gotowe. Właściciel mieszkania szybko odpowiadał i był bardzo miły. Mieszkanie jest fajne, jest w nim dużo ciekawej sztuki, którą można też kupić. Generalnie bardzo polecamy :)

Warm, quiet and comfortable flat. Really well positioned in great area. Easy walk into centre of Helsinki. Also lots of other transport possibilities, including on route of airport bus. Host very responsive and helpful.

The location is conveniently located next to a tram station (one block away). The apartment is located on the 4th floor which can be reached via an elevator. The area is quiet at night. The design and decoration is pretty unique an interesting. It has small balcony perfect to relax. My communication with the owner was very efficient and he/she/they replied quickly.
