Cleanliness
4/10Multiple reviews explicitly report poor/insufficient cleaning, clutter, and the sense that the property had not been well cleaned in a long time.
Service

Location
10/10Repeatedly described as ideal: good location, calm surroundings and private parking cited as strong positives.
Room Quality
5/10Apartment shows wear and needs maintenance: inconvenient kitchen layout, lack of utensils, old/worn bedding and pillows, poor decoration and clutter noted.
Amenities
8.5/10Pool is frequently praised (spectacular, open late) and there is private parking and pleasant garden areas; one comment flagged pool/amenities as a downside, so overall positive but not perfect.
