Un endroit agréable, confortable et très propre au cœur du village du Morne, entouré par la vie Mauricienne, la vraie. L'accueil et la gentillesse de la famille sont remarquables. La cuisine proposée est un délice qui allie habilement poissons et épices. ( capitaine sauce rouge, miam miam ). Les sourires sont généreux et les attentions sincères. L' accueil de toute la famille. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec notre réservation initiale et nous avons réservé pour le jour même. La famille s'est organisée pour nous recevoir rapidement et dans les meilleures conditions. Elle était en train d' effectuer des travaux et nous a alors offert une assiette de samoussas et bonbons piment faits maison. De plus, l' appartement et la terrasse sont très grands, avec vue sur l'l océan. Et la cuisine dispose de tous les équipements possible

Tout était très propre, très confortable, nous avons été très bien accueilli avec gentillesse et bienveillance. Personne au petit soin, très réactif à nos demandes. Nous avons demandé un repas pour le lendemain soir de notre arrivée. Le repas très copieux et vraiment très très bon.

Manque de pression d’eau chaude

The location is excellent for visiting the beautiful beaches of Le Morne, and you can also access a small beach directly in front of the house. Beach furniture is available and can be taken to the shore. The surrounding area is very scenic, with the national park and lots of nature nearby. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach. The hosts are extremely friendly, and the grandfather is a fisherman, which means fresh fish is often available. The terrace is very large and pleasant. The small apartment is perfect for two people, and the larger one offers plenty of space, even for working. The internet connection worked well

There was nothing we noticed that we did not like.

Too far from restaurants

Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage im Süden von Mauritius. Die Familie ist super nett. Die Wohnung ist groß. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer.

Etwas altmodisch eingerichtet. Duschwasser konnte nicht gut von der Temperatur eingestellt werden.

Emplacement ideal à côté du Morne avec peu de circulation. Accueil très chaleureux et fort attentionné.

Les hôtes, très aimables et accueillants. Sur demande, ils vous préparent en plus un très bon dîner avec poisson du jour. L'environnement (Le Morne), qui n'est pas encore trop tourisque et a encore gardé tout de son charme autentique. Très spacieux.

Plage à proximité immédiant pas bonne pour nager, mais grace à ça pas touristique et très tranquil. Plage publique un peu plus loin très bonne.

Très gentille famille, serviable et dévouée à notre confort. Le dîner était excellent et copieux: la pêche du jour avec une sauce succulente !

Tout était parfait

Formidable séjour chez la famille Justice. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux, nous avons pu également profiter d'un excellent repas préparé par leur soin, très copieux. Nous les recommandons vivement et espérons y retourner très vite 👍☀️

Хорошее отношение хозяйки, даже не взяли туристический сбор - 3€ с человека за ночь, всего 12 -- пришлось подарить бутылку французского вина. Очень добрые индийцы.

Апартаменты,Вообще, на любителя. Чисто индийский колорит, но все очень чисто. Правда, канализацией, в одном месте попахивает чуть чуть. Но ничего, не критично. Если кому нравится индийский дизайн, то смело приезжайте. Мы ночевали один день всего

The hosts are super nice and offer homecooked dinner for a reasonable price. Grandma is a superb cook! There are 2 apartments that share a veeeery large terrace where you can enjoy your meal and beer :-) The location is calm and it is a great starting point for trips to Le Morne Brabant, Chamarel, Black River Gorges etc.

The location and the family

Shower was not hot and dribbled out meaning a showing was impossible to have I had a car and left valuable items in it. To park securely there is only one spot that you have to juggle the two cars around

Appartement très spacieux avec grande terrasse couverte ( avec billard). La famille était très sympathique. Bref, un régal. Je recommande vivement.

The view from the balcony was very good. Le Morne peak on the right and the sea visible through the trees in front. Peaceful place tucked away within the sleepy little village, Le Morne. Our host was accommodating enough to cook for us. Local vegetarian delicacies on our request. Outside, the beach is lined with trees and a great place to roll around and do nothing the whole day. The locals are very nice and friendly. Perfect spot to sip on a beer while you lie on the grass and read a book, while watching the sun set over the sea and the Le Morne mountain. This beach will definitely make you wonder… of the stories, of the past, of Le Morne.

A television would have been good.

Une famille formidable

Sehr nette Gastgeber, man wurde als Teil der Familie behandelt, konnte aber auch einfach sein eigenes Ding machen. Super schöne, große Wohnung, toller Sonnenuntergang, kurze Fahrt (10 min) mit dem Auto nach La Morne.

In einem Zimmer war das Wifi etwas schwach und es kam ein bisschen wenig Wasser aus der Dusche, aber das waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten.

Très grand appartement à moins de 10mn du morne brabant. Appartement parfait pour un séjour long. Accomodant pour les horaires. Si vous aimez manger indien, la table d'hôte était un véritable délice et qui plus c'etait copieux! Portable oublié dans la chambre et Mademoiselle Justice nous a aidé à le recuperer. Adresse recommandée!

The location close to the sea. Despite many insects clean enough.

Initially we booked two appartments. When things changed we tried to cancel one. However: no reaction whatsoever, booking.com pointing at the owner and vice versa. So in the end when we arrived there, we wanted to use both appartments, since we payed for both of them. Then the owner had all kind of excuses that this was not possible: the key was broken and the other grandmother had to come with the last spare key or something. These false excuses left us with a bitter aftertaste: paying for two appartements, but getting only one. Due to this dishonesty we can not be really positive about this place.

Great hosts, very welcoming and accommodating. Very nice apartment and great terrace.

Location and the friendliness of the family. The space is much bigger than it looks and the terrace is wonderful for dinner outside.

The apartment is very lovely, very spacious and clean, well equipped as well. The hosts are so nice !! Always smiling and willing to talk with me. The location is perfect, less than 10mn drive to Le Morne beach and 5mn from Le Morne trail entrance. Very close from Chamarel as well. I would come back for sure, loved my time there, wish I had stayed longer :)) Btw you can watch really beautiful sunsets from the apartments balcony, with Le Morne in sight!!

Communicating with the owners was very smooth via WhatsApp and they were very helpful

The arrangement of the Appartment is a little awkward not really to my taste. There was no Seaview from the windows which either look over neighbours or up very high. The hosts were kind and friendly and place was spotlessly clean.

The family invited me with open arms into their private home and also shared food with me. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

This is the second time I went to this apartment. Everything was very clean and the family unforgettable

The prices of dinner and breakfast could have been better.

The appartment is clean, very spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace (shared with other appartment), we had everything we needed, even for our cooking. We felt like at home. The owner - the whole family were very helpful. The place is typical mauritian village with nice people, calm surrounding and beautiful view on the sea and Le Morne mountain.

We recommend rent a car, beatifull beaches are little far away for walking and not so many dining or shoping options in village.
