Ich habe ein 'Behindertenzimmer' bekommen (Nr 207) Akustisch extrem unangenehm, Boden unwohnlich (kein Teppichboden sondern. Kunststoff) Dusche und WC in einem Raum Modriger Geruch im Bad, Waschtisch eben einem barrierefrei Bad entsprechend (niedriger als normal und ohne Unterbau) Alles in allem extrem ungemütlich und das um diesen Preis!!!! Es waren zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung noch 7 Zimmer frei!!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026It is my favorite hotel in Linz. It has an industrial design that suits perfectly. The rooms are enough big for 2 persons. It has a good breakfast but the highlight is the bouldering hall where you have free access. Plus city is in the area. You have free parking.

Onpersoonlijk, die self check in. Mensen aan het ontbijt werken er precies tegen hun goesting. Geen minibar / frigo op de kamer.

The location was perfect for us, avoiding crowded areas and the free parking is great. Self-check in is easy and convenient, especially when not sure about the exact arrival time. Love the simple, minimalist, look of the rooms. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. 10/10 would stop again.

Mancanza del minibar e di vending machine. Se si torna dopo le 22 il bar è chiuso e non si sono possibilità di prendere da bere. La posizione, lontana da tutto inoltre non permette di fatto di uscire a prendere da bere.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026If you are driving thru Linz, that is the place to stay. Also super authentic with the climbing wall inside even if you don’t do bouldering. If you do, it’s even better. There is quite a bit of parking space for free and few car chargers available with reasonable price. My room was quite roomy, just as it should be. I quite like it.
Checkout can be 1200 pm.

Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und lecker. Grandios war die Nutzung der boulderhalle und des gym sowie des Yogaraumes, welches im Aufenthalt inkludiert war. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Geschäften
Wer Linz besuchen will, muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel außerhalb ist und man mit dem Auto noch einiges an Zeit investieren muss. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden

The place is specially for the Young generation: i mean the style of the hotel (concrete Grey, industrial). It was a bit disturbing to have a room with sensor activated faucets.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bett sowie die gesamte Einrichtung waren sehr bequem. Besonders gut hat uns die offene Dusche gefallen, die dem Zimmer ein modernes und stilvolles Ambiente verliehen hat. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine ausreichende Auswahl. Auch der Self-Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Teppich im Zimmer. Für ein so modernes Hotel wirkt er etwas unpassend. Ein anderer Bodenbelag würde das moderne Design des Zimmers noch besser unterstreichen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und absolut ruhig. Das Einchecken hat reibungslos geklappt und die Tiefgarage war sogar noch gratis. Schön war auch, dass man den Leuten beim bouldern zusehen konnte.
Das Frühstück hätte deutlich besser sein können und es wurde um 9,30 Uhr nichts mehr nachgelegt. Selbst bei sehr geringer Frequenz musste man bei dem Kaffeeautomat anstehen, da diese Maschine eher für den privaten Gebrauch war. Das personal war eher unfreundlich und man musste schon penetrant sein, damit sie sich von den Gesprächen mit den Kollegen losreisen konnten. Sehr unangenehm fand ich, dass ich um punkt 11 Uhr aus dem Zimmer geschmissen wurde. Durch einen Geschäftstelefonat bin ich nicht rechtzeitig fertig geworden. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ich gefragt worden wäre, wie lange ich noch brauche, damit sie den Reinigungsdamen bescheid geben kann, dass Sie ins Zimmer können.
