Je n ai pas du tout aimé ‘ emplacement car c est très isolé , avec des grands escaliers et dans une zone très isolée proche d un cimetière. Déplus il n y avait pas de parking ce qui complique les choses pour nous . Ce n était pas propre … d apparence oui mais quand vous regardez de près c est très moyen.

Zij heeft onze was gedaan omdat we op doorreis zijn. Zo lief dat ze dit wilde doen. Alle vragen die wij hadden beantwoorde ze vlot en netjes.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Mooi, proper en comfortabel appartement met zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Om het appartement te bereiken, moet je wel een stukje rijden via smalle straatjes en een trap op naar het appartement nemen. Parkeren kan gewoon op straat en de omgeving voelt zeer veilig aan. Wij hebben hier een aangenaam verblijf gehad en raden deze accommodatie zeker aan.

Pas de service de concierge +pas de cocote+ Bouilloire non électrique: piteux état (cabossée et pleine de calcaire)+ deux serviettes salles pour trois adultes+ Odeurs de sueur sur taies d'oreillers camouflées par un mauvais parfum+ cafetière crasseuse+ fenêtres du salon sans stores+ moquette du salon en piteux état+ Ecran TV: sale+ pas de serpillère+ situation dans un lieu "urbain" catastrophique+ Lavabo sale et bouché et l'eau coule jusqu'à la chambre+ raclette rabougrie et bricolée avec un morceau de tissu+ théière puante+ Vue sur béton-ville, plutôt que sur la ville comme c'est indiqué sur l'annonce+ terrasse encombrée de briques, de sable, de détritus...+ Le petit déjeuner de l'annonce n'existe pas+ Pas de parking au sens professionnel du terme, mais un espace près de maisons et loin de la "résidence", donc le lendemain de la première nuitée: rayures sur la portière de la voiture côté passager+ pas d'aire de pique-nique en extérieur comme mentionné sur l'annonce+ réfrigérateur minuscule+ Linge sale+ La cheminée et le chauffage, mentionnés sur l'annonce, n'existent pas même si on en avait pas besoin+ Labyrinthe de ruelles pour accéder à la "Résidence" (Je vous laisse deviner l'emplacement et la qualité "urbaine" du lieu)+ des insectes à identifier par un entomologiste+ poignée de portes défectueux. Conclusion: le descriptif du logement ne correspond aucunement à la réalité. De ce fait, je demande un remboursement, d'ailleurs j'ai quitté les lieux sans passer la dernière nuitée.

Creíamos que el pueblo tenía algo más de vida, pero no y aunque el camino a casa es tranquilo no hay mucha gente por la calle y la ubicación al llegar es algo confusa

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026We hebben hier één nacht verbleven en het was een fijne ervaring. Het appartement was schoon, ruim en comfortabel. De inrichting was netjes en modern en alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De airconditioning werkte goed en het appartement voelde aangenaam warm, wat prettig was in deze periode van het jaar. De keuken en badkamer waren goed uitgerust en alles functioneerde naar behoren. Het appartement was in het begin even lastig te vinden, maar het personeel hielp ons direct via videobellen en leidde ons stap voor stap naar de juiste plek. Bij aankomst werden we ook netjes opgewacht, wat we erg hebben gewaardeerd. De communicatie was vriendelijk en professioneel, waardoor we ons welkom voelden. Voor een korte overnachting in Azrou is dit appartement een uitstekende keuze met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Muy sucio con pelos de antiguos huéspedes. No habia ni aceite, ni sal, ni nada de nada. Tampoco jabones en la ducha. Ubicado en una zona un poco extraña. Nos pincharon la rueda del coche. Al llegar el calentador estaba apagado, por lo que no quedaba agua caliente.

Si duda, LO MEJOR LA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. desde del principio hasta el final, incluso nos llevaron al hospital por urgencia médica, nos trataron como familia. Volveré, si Dios quiere.
La ubicación, un tanto apartado de la vía principal, pero con aparcamiento muy cerca.

Bed sheets & cover are not changed/washed after each stay ( confirmed by owner by himslef) The responsible whose name’s Othman is very rude We had some complications with him 1 night before our stay where he wanted to kick us aggressively for taking out 1 tajine and 1 cover outside the appartment And tomorrow morning But ended good

Reviewed Apr 17, 2025In Othmans apartment you live very locally in the hilly part of Azrou close to the cedar forest. We were greeted in the street by the owner and followed to the apartment. Our car could park close by. The apartment is big, clean, has an air con heater and very basic kitchen utensils such as a few spoons, forks and one knife. There was no sharp knives, cutting board, ladle and you need to bring your own soap/sponge and garbage bags for the kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and has a large shower. You can buy coffee pods from the owner. Bring thick socks or use the flip flops provided as the floor is very cold.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2024Very nice apartment, updated and clean. Has everything that you need. Very good size as well. We stayed over one night on our way to Merzouga. We were able to communicate easily with the host, and somebody met us to give us the keys and let us into the apartment. The parking is located close to the apartment.
It was a little stressful finding the apartment and parking the car, but somebody met us to direct us to the parking spot.

It was a bit hard to find. Also, (10/11-11/11-23), it was very cold. They had awesome blankets, but the heater wasn’t included in the price. However: Azrou is a cold area and november is near winter.

It's in a very small town, but pretty cool to stay in as you feel very local. Good experience, they even offer to make food and deliver it to you. Very spacious apartment.
