Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Apartamentul este in inima Atenei, Este metrou la 400 de metri. Baia este renovata si curata, desi este mica. Gazda foarte amabila , ne-a asteptat la preluarea camerei si ne-a dat toate instructiunile .
Mirosul de vechi din interior, patul are tapiteria murdara si nu este deloc prietenos. Lipsesc cestile de cafea. Farfurii foarte putine.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία!! Ένιωθες ασφάλεια!! Ο οικοδεσπότης ο κος Χρήστος, Άψογος!! Πολύ εξυπηρετικός, σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο πάντα κάθε φορά που θα χρειαζόμασταν κάτι και ήταν πρόθυμος να μας προσφέρει κάθε βοήθεια!! Να είναι πάντα καλά!!
Παρότι το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, με ένα πολύ αναπαυτικό στρώμα, το κεφαλάρι του κρεβατιού που ήταν υφασμάτινο ήθελε μία έξτρα προσοχή στην καθαριότητα του, ίσως με ατμοκαθαριστή, γιατί στο σημείο που ακουμπούσες το κεφάλι ήταν μαυρισμένο.Είχε μια μυρωδιά μούχλας στο κουζινάκι, ίσως από υγρασία γιατί ήταν φουσκωμένος ο τοίχος σε κάποια σημεία. Επίσης το μπάνιο ανακαινισμένο και όμορφο αλλά και εκεί η πόρτα ήθελε αντικατάσταση γιατί ήταν παλιά και φθαρμένη από την υγρασία. Τέλος πετσέτες και σεντόνια θέλουν και αυτά αντικατάσταση με καινούρια γιατί ήταν φθαρμένα.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Lo que más nos gustó como pareja fue la calidad del piso. Ya que conservaba la esencia de un piso antiguo con la modernidad que se pide en la actualidad. La ubicación es perfecta para llegar a tiempo a la Acrópolis, incluso, si es el día internacional de los museos.

Das Apartment war nicht sauber, dass schlimmste jedoch war der schwarze Schimmel. Es riecht überall danach sogar in den Küchenschränken. Die Stühle usw. kaputt, es gab nichts was nicht defekt war. Die Lage war ok, der Blick vom Balkon auf Hauswände. Keine Ausstattung bzw. wenig. Das Apartment ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen schon aus Gesundheitlichen Gründen.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026La ubicación es muy céntrica. El apartamento es pequeño pero bastante cómodo. La cama es muy confortable. Tiene una pequeña terraza donde fumar.
El escritorio es muy pequeño para trabajar o incluso comer y no hay más mesas en el interior. El check out es a las 11 y a las 10.55 ya estaban llamándome a la puerta para que marchara y pudieran limpiar.

La puntuación que tiene es realmente sorprendente para como está el apartamento. Sabíamos que no íbamos al mejor apartamento de Atenas, pero hay unas bases para una mínima comodidad en una estancia. Lo más vergonzoso fue la humedad que tiene todo el apartamento. Hay incluso moho negro. Yo soy asmática y eso me ha perjudicado seriamente toda la estancia en Atenas. El baño y la cocina están hechos un desastre. Del primero destacar que toda el agua de la ducha (tengas o no cuidado) se sale. Luego está la falta de privacidad: la puerta no cierra y solo te permite dejarla entornada. En cuanto al segundo: 0 equipamiento. No hay ni estropajo. También mencionar que el pomo de la puerta de la calle está roto. Tampoco funcionaba la calefacción y el aire calentaba pasadas varias horas. Lo único que se salva es el colchón y la fabulosa ubicación que tiene.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2025Amazing location, right in the middle of Plaka. Also, at the back of the building means a quieter room at night with less late night noise. Easy entry to the first floor. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We were very happy with it.
There's no table and chairs in the space if you're eating at home - we used the outdoor setting on the verandah. This probably doesn't matter much with so many eating options nearby.

The apartment itself very comfortable super clean with small kitchenette good water pressure very quiet at night, safe area. Host is very attentive, thank you for the kind attention.

Unfortunately, during our stay, we suffered from a burglary. My bank cards and passport were all stolen. The landlord did what he could to help us, he took me to the police station immediately to report the incident. The landlord told us that if we didn't lock the door completely before going out, it would be possible for the thief to open it with just one card. This shows that perhaps the security of this door is insufficient. Besides, I checked the CCTV camera of the downstairs shop. The camera picture showed that the thief opened the downstairs unit building door with a key. How did they get the key? If they had the key to the downstairs door, then was it possible that they were once guests here and obtained the keys from the landlord and then duplicated them? Meanwhile, the owner of the downstairs shop told me that in the past two years, there have been no less than 20 cases of burglary in this building.I write this review not to blame anyone, but to inform future guests who want to stay here: This building is a place with a high incidence of burglary. If you want to live here, please think carefully and keep your important belongings and documents safe. Even if you put them in the room, they may not be safe. Besides, if possible, it would be a better choice for the landlord to install a more secure system for the door. After all, this building has a high incidence of burglary, and the only thing the landlord failed to do was to reinforce the security system and remind guests repeatedly. This was something the landlord should have done.
