Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Fiquei apenas por uma noite devido localização próxima ao aeroporto, porém pude observar ser um apartamento super amplo, equipado e confortável que atende bem para períodos maiores além de estacionamento gratuito. Excelente opção.
Fiquei no apartamento de número 21 que fica no segundo nível sem elevador. O acesso se dá através de uma escada em caracol que é bastante ruim para subida e descida com malas. Seria interessante que isso fosse informado na ocasião da reserva.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die zentrale Lage nahe der Tramstation war uns wichtig. Praktisch auch der nebenan gelegene Supermarkt. Mit der Parkscheibe in der Wohnung war kostenloses Parken kein Thema
Wünschenswert wären noch ein kleiner Esstisch und zwei Stühle statt nur eine schmale Küchentheke & dafür zu niedrige Stühle. Dafür und für einen 2. Sessel ist im Raum genug Platz.

O anfitrião foi extremamente atencioso. Nós chegamos muito tarde devido ao horário do vôo, mas não tivemos nenhum problema em conseguir as chaves usando o código. Ficamos triste por não poder ficar mais dias e aproveitar todo o conforto deste apartamento. Super recomendo. This apartment was wonderful. Spotless, incredibly new. Everything was very organized. It has everything you need for a super comfortable stay. The host was extremely attentive. We arrived very late because of our flight schedule, but we had no trouble getting the keys using the code. We were sad we couldn’t stay a few more days and enjoy all the comforts of this apartment. I highly recommend it.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, aber Achtung: an Werktagen nicht kostenfrei. Das Doppelbett war superbequem, der Schlafsessel eine absolute Katastrophe - total weich. Besser nicht zu dritt dort übernachten. Es gab sehr wenig Sitzgelegenheiten, nur die Bar zur offenen Küche. Die Wohnung hatte zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber dafür einen großen Ventilator. Den Besitzern gehört der Supermarkt nebenan. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Leute! Das Ticketsystem in Brüssel ist sehr kompliziert: der Bus, der in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft abfährt, hat ein anderes Tarifsystem als Brüssel-Stadt. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen, empfehlen wir den Zug, der ca. alle 30 Minuten fährt. Die Tickets kosten auch hier extra, aber der Zug ist klimatisiert und braucht nur 30 Minuten. In Brüssel empfehlen wie die Trams: auch klimatisiert und man sieht bisschen was vom der Stadt.
Die „Terrasse“ war ein total verwildertes Mini-Grundstück mit Blick auf einen schwarzen Lärmschutz.

Grote scheur in het raam-glas, dat voelde niet zo veilig, ook werkte de regendouche niet en liep het water niet weg. Brandgat in het hoeslaken. Er stonden nog aangebroken pakken en flessen drinken in de koelkast van de vorige huurders. Voor die prijs had het nog wat beter gemogen.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026fijne lokatie vooral als je een auto hebt en de volgende dag naar het vliegveld moet. Electrische auto opladen in de buurt en een rustige omgeving. Het was erg warm toen we aankwamen en de zon staat de hele middag op de zitkamer, dat was even doorbijten. s'avonds alle ramen tegen elkaar open gezet. Ik begreep dat er airco's gaan komen.
De keuken uitrusting is wat summier. Er misten 2 grote lepels en een snijplank

Het was buiten 32°C en binnen 33 °C We kregen bericht dat ze een airco gaan aanleggen, helaas voor ons te laat. Raam isolatie zou ook geen overbodige luxe zijn. Er is geen lift.

The hosts replied very quickly and sent all the information about the location, check-in, keys, and nearby shops well in advance. The second thing was the opportunity to check in earlier than expected. Thank you so much! 🤗 And finally, the apartment itself was incredibly spacious, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. P.S. The apartment is very close to the airport, and it's only a 15–20 minute walk with a simple, easy route. Thank you again for such a great stay! ☺️

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Fijne locatie, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur, supermarkt ernaast. Ruime woonkamer met balkon. 2 slaapkamers, vaatwasser. Alles keurig schoon. Leuk welkomstpakket. Ventilatoren voor warme dagen. Verhuurder kwam ontbrekend servies snel brengen.
De controle na voorgaand gebruik lijkt wat gebrekkig; de tv stond op chinees, de vloerverwarming stond op 30 graden. Er ontbrak het nodige servies maar dat is door de verhuurder per omgaande keurig verholpen! De douche heeft onderhoud nodig. Handdouche verstelknop is kapot en regendouche werkt niet, water spuit uit de stang

The only drawback is the limited parking time of 2 hours, but that was easy enough to overcome. I would definitely stay there again.

There was not aircondition even it mention there are. 32 C temperature with 74 years old mother.We got very bad night. This was a big mistake done by booking or owner. One of them must compansate.

The studio apartment has all the modern amenities. Lovely peaceful neighbourhood with grocery store right next door. Loved the little private terrace.
It was super hot that day, 30+, so we missed the lack of air conditioning : ( Ya I know, spoiled Canadian : )

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Das Bett hat einen extra Stern verdient! Sehr, sehr bequem. Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und es war alles vorhanden um sich was zu essen zu machen. Dusche groß und mit Regenbrause. 8 Schritte von der Haustüre raus, ist ein Supermarkt 👍 Zaventem ist ein kleines süßes Städtchen, mit Apotheke und Café und Restaurant's um die Ecke.
Der kleine Garten ist wild gewachsen. Aber Sitzmöbel stehen auf dem gepflasterten. Und leider ohne Klimaanlage, - aber alternativ gibt es einen starken Ventilator 👍

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026جميل المكان واعجبني كل شي فيه اخذنا فيه ليلة قبل الرحلة ويعتبر قريب جداً 9 دقايق عن المطار بالسيارة بس الموقع غريب شوي من بوكينق يعني تحتاج انك تدخل ع الخريطة وتسوي زوم ان للمطار ويطلع لك اسم الشقق قريبه منها وتوجه عليها او في الصور اللي تجيك من صاحب الشقة في بقاله جنبه حط اسمها في اللوكيشن ويوجهك وبصراحة كانت جميلة جداً ❤️

There was a store right next door, so you could get anything; plenty of restaurants within 100m. Locals were extremely nice as well, most pleasant experience of our entire 9 day trip. Easy access to the bus stop to and from Brussels, around 100m away, and the airport itself is 2-3 stops away, so no need for a taxi to the airport. Buses accept apple pay, 3€ a pop just FYI. The owners left us snacks and waters. Couldn't hear the planes taking off or landing from indoors.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Dicht bij het vliegveld. Je loopt binnen 15 minuten naar de kiss & drop off parkeerplaats. Wij hadden wel rugzakken bij ons. Er is een supermarkt naast het appartement waar je nog even wat kunt kopen.
We hadden de verkeerde code van het sleutelkastje gekregen maar na een telefoontje kregen we de juiste en konden we erin.

TV is mostly your own memberships to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Connection speed was a bit slow when we were there, but didn't take much time for the TV anyways.
Missing a couple comfy relax chairs in the living space and perhaps a small table to use. The counter is ok and we bring in the picnic chairs and table from the patio, but there is space for a couple nice chairs and small dining table inside, that would complete the apartment feel and comfort. The rest is really nicely outfitted.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Lo positivo: Apartamento limpio (tanto el apartamento, como las toallas y sábanas) ✅️. Ubicación cercana al aeropuerto, de hecho el día que nos marchamos nos fuimos caminando al aeropuerto (15 minutos). A 5 minutos de estación Zaventem del metro, de modo que se llega rápido al centro (15 minutos)😀. Zona segura, tranquila y con restaurantes y supermercados alrededor😃. El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones (cada una con dos camas) y un sofá cama en el salón. Wifi. Ducha e inodoro separados. Cómodamente pueden estar 5/6 personas. Hay cocina con todo todo lo necesario: loza, nevera, microondas, cafetera... Salón amplio. Buena iluminación. Toda la coordinación de llegada y salida se hizo vía mensajes ✅️ En resumen, para un grupo de 4 amigos, nos vino fenomenal! A nuestra llegada, tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café, galletas, te, chocolate😃... Estuvimos 3 noches. Y quedamos muy satisfechos.😎👍
De las 3 noches que estuvimos, una noche, en el piso de abajo, hicieron demasiado ruido hasta entrada la madrugada. No obstante, en nuestra próxima estancia en Bruselas no dudaremos en repetir el alojamiento, porque es fantástico!

La ubicación no es buena, si bien está cerca del aeropuerto, la estación del metro está lejos y la zona es muy solitaria. El hospedaje está muy lejos de los lugares turísticos.

Ich dachte, die Lage im Ort Zaventem wäre praktisch für eine Übernachtung zwischen zwei Flügen. War sie aber nicht. Zum Laufen mit Gepäck ist es zu weit, und für ein Taxi nicht lohnend. Der Taxifahrer, der uns am Flughafen mitnehmen „musste“, hat die ganze Fahrt über geschimpft und war beleidigt. Für den Rückweg zum Flughafen fand sich kein Taxi (alles schon voll, warum wohl…). So mussten wir zum Bahnhof von Zaventem laufen und eine Station mit dem IC fahren, was uns über 20 Euro gekostet hat.

Some ventilators were not working during our stay. But the host reacted quickly and provided us electric ventilator.
