Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Ottima disponibilità del proprietario a venirci a prendere in aeroporto e ad organizzarci le attività in loco. L'alloggio è molto spazioso e arredato in stile marocchino. Vicino al castello che si raggiunge a piedi con una breve passeggiata.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Das Apartment entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Bett war bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet (wir haben sie kaum benutzt). Die Straße ist sehr eng aber es werden Parkplätze an der Straße vor dem Haus für die Gäste freigehalten. Sonst hätte man Abends keine Chance einen Parkplatz in der Straße zu finden. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Viertel ist sehr authentisch, keine Touristen weit und breit. Der Gastgeber war nett.

It was cold (which I realise is what you want for 9 months of the year), but in January, in a thunderstorm, I was never able to feel at a comfortable temperature. Plenty of blankets helped for a solid sleep

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026Il letto era comodo. Il proprietario ci è venuto incontro su diverse richieste e si è preoccupato di avvisarci in piena notte del fatto che avevamo il finestrino della macchina aperto.
L'appartamento è privo di finestre che affacciano all'esterno. Nonostante avessimo pagato 5 euro in più per l'unica pompa di calore del locale, la casa è rimasta fredda. La cucina non aveva le dotazioni minime per cucinare. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte il necessario. Non ha chiesto i documenti quindi presumo si sia intascato gli 8 euro della tassa di soggiorno. Certo il prezzo base era molto basso.

He even came to pick me up on my arrival and provided transportation without me asking, pure generosity and kindness. He gave me a tour of the city of Beni Mellal, showed me some really cool places, and explained the history and stories behind every part of the city. He also recommended great food spots and even invited me to dinner and breakfast. Mehdi helped me with transportation to Beni Mellal airport for my skydiving experience, made sure everything was okay, stayed with me until I finished, and then made sure I got back home safely. He treated me like a true friend. Literally the best host ever. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Beni Mellal to stay at his apartment.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025Supper service, einfach und unkompliziert. der Host war sehr zuvorkommend wir durften zwischen zwei Wohnungen auswählen. Er hat und Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie auch essens Empfehlungen gegeben. Am Abend hat er noch Tee vorbei gebracht und uns durch die Medina geführt. Sehr zufrieden
war etwas kalt in der Wohnung selbst und die Toilette hätte etwas sauberer sein können

Il n'y avait pas de savon, ni de poubelles, ce serait bien utile! Tous les bruits des appartements avoisinants résonnent et ce, jusqu'à assez tard dans la nuit.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2024The apartment is in a small, lively, neighbourhood street with a mosque at the end. It's on the edge of the town and less than a 15-minute walk to the Ain Asserdoun spring and a lovely park with fountains and waterfalls. Beni Mellal Castle is another short climb, well worth it for the views. Walking down to the town is easy enough; walking back up depends on your legs. Small taxis are plentiful. Mehdi is a very attentive and welcoming host and quick to respond if something is needed, like a gas bottle changing, for example. Wifi was good.
For the price I paid, really not much to complain about. I needed to clean a bit but to be fair to Mehdi, he had prepared another apartment for me and it was me who asked for the one with a street view and small balcony, which hadn't been cleaned. He cleaned a bit and I cleaned a bit more. :-)
