הבעיה עם העובדה שזה במקום מרכזי היא שיכול להיות רועש, ולפעמים מאוד רועש. זה לא מורגש אם החלונות סגורים- יש בידוד טוב וכמעט לא שומעים מה שקורה בחוץ. אבל אם מדובר בימים חמים רוצים לישון עם חלונות פתוחים אז זה קצת יותר מאתגר. אנחנו היינו בלילה של ה 15.8 וכנראה הכנסייה צייינה משהו באותו יום. ב 5:00 בבוקר הייתה מוזיקה/צלצול פעמונים מאוד חזק מבחוץ. חשוב לציין כי גן כשהחלונות סגורים סך הכל נעים בדירה, גם בימים חמים- אנחנו טיילנו בימים חמים. לכן- המקום מומלץ. אם אתם מגיעים בתקופה שחם מאוד בחוץ קחו בחשבון ששינה עם חלונות פתוחים תביא איתה רעש מבחוץ. לפעמים רעש סביר, ולפעמים חזק מאוד. מעבר לכך, המקום באמת נחמד ונעים.

We booked and paid in full for 3 nights, but were forced to leave after just 1 night (forfeiting the payment for the remaining 2 nights) due to a severe gap between the advertised listing and reality. Misleading location & lack of light: The listing promised a mountain view and a bright apartment. In reality, the unit is below road level. The "balcony" is actually an entrance area directly beneath the street with zero view, lack of privacy, and poor natural light. Cleanliness issues: The apartment was not properly cleaned, with visible spiderwebs on the walls. Unprofessional host: When we asked to switch to a unit that matched our booking, the host flatly refused and responded in an unpleasant manner. We had to pay for alternative accommodation. The host only waived the local tourist tax upon early checkout. Strongly advise double-checking room specifics before booking.

Obiekt bardziej w standardzie schroniska młodzieżowego. Bardzo skromnie wyposażone, ciasne sypialnie, bez szaf na ubrania, Mimo, że rezerwowaliśmy apartment z dwoma sypialniami i living roomem dla 5 osób otrzymaliśmy 2 pokoje z rozkładaną kanapą w przedsionku do sypialni. Choć byliśmy w 5 osób w bardzo ciasnej kuchni były tylko 4 krzesła, brak przestrzeni do odpoczynku, fotela czy sofy. Nie da się uniknąć wrażenia, że właściciel chciał z każdego metra kwadratowego wycisnąć jak najwięcej miejsc zakwaterowania.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Apartments Haus liegt direkt in Zentrum Neustift im Stubaital. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Apartments war eine gute eingerichtete , saubere Wohnung. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern eine grosse Bad mit Toilette und eine separate Toilette da zu , eine geräumige Küche mit alles was ist nötig, mit grosse Terrasse und Balkon in andere Seite. Für Autos gibt es 2 grosse Garage für mindestens 16 PKW. STUBAI CARD ist auch dabei. Es ist sehr wichtig! Mit diese Karte die Nachverker,alle Seilbahnen kann Mann kostenlos benutzen! Preis -leistung ist hervorragend. Wir sind's besonders bedankbar für Maria wegen herzlichen Empfang!

Reviewed Jul 6, 2025Very new property. About 3 years old. Views from the apartment are breathtaking. Fantastic owners. She was very accommodative. She was up and agreed to check us in late. We lost our way and by the time we got there it was past 11 pm. I highly recommend them.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025Tutto top! La signora Maria è stata gentilissima, disponibile e sempre pronta a dare un aiuto od un consiglio. Appartamento pulitissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, letto molto molto comodo, bagno ampio e caldo. La casa è in pieno centro a Neustift e con comodissimo garage di fianco. Lo consiglio davvero. Se dovessi ritornare in zona sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura e la professionalità e cortesia di Maria sono la ciliegina sulla torta!

Reviewed Mar 5, 2025Tolle Lage, täglich frische Handtücher, der Müll wurde täglich entsorgt. Die Anlage ist schön, Tiefgarage ist auch für größere Autos geeignet.
Leider gab es keinen Staubsauger oder Besen, sodass sich nach einer Woche der Dreck auf dem Boden gesammelt hat. Es gibt keine Sitzgelegenheit für abends. Man hat nur Küchenstühle auf denen man Fernsehen gucken kann. Die sind leider sehr unbequem.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2025Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub. Schönes Appartement ( 3 Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer), geräumig und sauber. Super Gastgeber. Skibushaltestelle um die Ecke, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Reviewed Feb 2, 2025Das Apartmenthaus gehört zusammen mit dem Hotel direkt gegenüber, habe den Namen vergessen. Wir hatten das Maisonette Apartment. Es ist sehr nett, sauber, renoviert. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Frühstück dazu zu buchen. Das Frühstück kostet 15 €. Das Apartmenthaus besitzt einen Skiraum.
Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind extrem eng. Die Küche enthält kein Schneidebrett. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Allerdings versteht das Personal teilweise kein Deutsch und ist nicht besonders freundlich.

Manque de détail sur l’adresse exacte à l’arrivée. Enregistrement un peu laborieux. Petit déjeuner moyen ( salle de bar mal aérée).

Reviewed Jan 6, 2025Great location in the heart of mountains and snow. Surrounded by a number of cafe’s and restaurants, also, the supermarkets and pharmacies are just nearby. Maria welcomed us once we arrived and directed us to our nice apartment with balcony.
The bath room on the lower floor of the apartment, so we had to use the stairs especially during midnight use 🙂. Otherwise, everything was alright.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025La struttura è in una buona posizione, la vista stupenda alla chiesa. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari ed è moderno. Dotato di un parcheggio, anche se piccolino.
Eravamo in 4 amici, l’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era un mansardato all’ultimo piano su due livelli e il soffitto dalla parte della finestra era basso e in alcuni punti si rischiava di sbattere la testa. Il letto e il divano letto molto scomodi. L’appartamento che ci è stato dato a noi andava bene per un soggiorno di una notte.

Le camere non sono chiuse completamente (rimane aperto un pezzo di muro), quindi per un viaggio con amici c'è poca privacy. Il bagno è molto piccolo e Ke scale molto strette. Peccato che la colazione non sia inclusa.

Badtür ist nicht von innen zu öffnen, Zimmer waren sehr klein und leider nicht komplett geschlossen. Matratze sind rund, Kopfkissen zu billig.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2024Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, das Zimmer der Wahnsinn. Alles unkompliziert, wir haben den Aufenthalt direkt verlängert. Frühstücksbuffet kann individuell gebucht werden und ist sehr reichhaltig. Wir freuen uns schon, denn in 3 Wochen sind wir wieder da ❤️
