Amazing apartment location and staff I’ll never stay anywhere else again when I visit Israel which is often

Максимально странные ребята. Мы сняли на месяц, но уехали через неделю. Запросили отмену в первый же день проживания, в ответ какие-то пустые обещания и трата моего времени, сразу бы сказали, что нет, а так пришлось переписываться, звонить в букинг и прочие неудобства. В итоге неделя пустых разговоров. Мы снимали спальня + салон, квартира нормальная, но район… это нечто, на улицах спят маргиналы, вокруг разруха, до моря 20 мин только до пляжа без волнорезов, до нормального пляжа 30 мин пешком. Фото рядом с домом. Ну и напоследок лично нам испортили впечатление тотальным контролем, гостей нельзя приглашать даже днем, мой муж зашел на 4 часа (о чем я предупредила заранее), мне пишут сообщение в стиле, передаю информацию администрации, что в квартире посторонние, когда сказала, что вообще-то муж уже уехал, в ответ не «извините за беспокойство», а «ну да, вижу по камерам». В день по 2 раза пишут про кондиционер (как им пользоваться). Зато код и номер апартаментов, присылают ровно в час заезда, сколько селилась в разных странах всегда после оплаты приходят все данные

ראשית אין שום אדם אנושי שניתן לדבר איתו הכל התכתבויות דרך צ׳אט שעונה פעם באף פעם. שמים מגבת לאדם ולא מחליפים כל הימים רק בתשלום. סתימה במקלחת היה מאוד קשה להתקלח כל המים יצאו לכל עבר. רעש חזק של מטוסים בלילה לא שווה את התמורה שילמנו 5800 לשלוש לילות.

דירה מרווחת , נקיה , במיקום מעולה . צוות זמין , קשוב שנותן מענה לכל מטרה .

דירה חדשה ומאובזרת 10 מ 10, לא חסר דבר, צוות ידידותי שנענה לכל בקשה, מיקום מצויין בלב שכונת פלורנטין

L’appartement se situe dans un immeuble tout neuf en plein centre . L’appartement est très bien équipé ( cafetière Nespresso, machine à laver , etc ) , très moderne . Il est au calme à proximité de tout . Il y a un grand balcon très agréable avec une vue éloignée sur la mer c’était incroyable . L’hôte est très sympathique et très réactif à chacune de nos demandes .

דירה חדשה ומעוצבת מדהים, מרווחת ומוארת, נמצאת במרכז אך עדין שקטה, חניה במקום, צוות מדהים שהיה תמיד מולנו ובדק שאין בעיות, עזרו לנו להכיר את התל אביב ולמצוא את המקומות הטובים. נוחות מקסימאלית במחיר נוח!

Nice, clean and modern apartment but no parking available during weekend

The staff is not available during the weekend and we couldn’t get access to the parking without them. Nearest available parking lot is 20 min walk. A/C is very poor in the bedroom

The apartment is very comfortably situated in the lively neighborhood of Florentine. It has all the amenities of a modern building and it is fully equipped and furnished. The property representatives kept messaging us to make sure all is in order.

Amazing place ! Evrething was spotless ! Bed was very confortabile , and i really appreciated that it was very quiet day and night ! Also the team is really quick to response to any question !

Apartment was lovely. We would have liked a toaster in the kitchen. We especially appreciated the full range of channels on the television, especially the Netflix in English and the news in English.

I didn’t like the actual neighborhood across the street. I found it a little frightening. I’m not used to that however we did like the main street with the lots of cafés and fast, restaurants, and all the young people around. It was a lot of energy but all the graffiti everywhere and the dirt on the streets it was Not comfortable coming in and out at night. If I was single, I would not have stayed.

The place was AMAZING. It has everything you need. Was extremely clean. Great location. Just perfect. Would love to stay here again.

There is a robotic parking but in order to use it you must have a training session. However, the training hours are only 10am to 4pm. So keep that in mind in case you're getting here with a car. I had to find another parking solution as I couldn't arrive early enough.
