I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. The property itself was beautiful, peaceful, and very well managed. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options, and the restaurant and bar provided a very pleasant atmosphere. The hall was also spacious, clean, and well-organized. I especially appreciated the 24/7 reception and security, which made the stay feel safe and convenient at all times. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, food, and service. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dipshikha,Bhima,Reema,Shneha&Arun and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everything was well managed, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The bed was super comfortable, the shower was great, generous and varied breakfast, staff were cheerful and helpful and assisted us with arranging our onward travel.

I needed a place to sleep after arriving from Lumbini, and Dream International Hotel was perfect for that. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the food was really good. Everything was simple, convenient, and exactly what I needed after a long journey. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stopover.

Great location and great staff

I spent one night here as I got a very good deal on booking dot com. Considering the price I paid for my room, this was a fantastic deal. I feel like this was the best hotel experience I had in a very long time, or best ever. It was very well staffed - everywhere I went there was a team member making sure that I was comfortable, and asked if I needed anything. Their attention and care for my comfort was exceptional. Most of them spoke good English, some a bit less, but all of them had and amazing attitude. Reception and bar/restaurant were open 24h. Reception answered all my phone calls promptly, were super helpful about all requests. They helped me to locate places to eat, shops and services e.g. barber shop. Everything in my room was perfect, except for two minor things that could be improved - I mentioned it to the reception staff, who accepted my comments respectfully and were thankful for my observations. They took a note of my comments on their feedback form. I stayed in the reception for a few hours after check - out and the staff looked after me, talked quite a lot and were super welcoming. They helped me to make some phone calls, arranging taxi etc. The same owner also operates a resort nearby (Dreamland Gold Resort & Hotel) so I suspect the same or similar level of service can be experienced there. There is a food delivery service around the corner that is open until 3 AM I will happily visit again. Other hotel teams could learn from them here how to professionally look after guests. Thanks a lot!

White towels were no longer white - please replace them and review laundry process. Worn-out chopel (slippers) in the bathroom - please replace them more frequently. All my comments were noted by the staff in a respectful way

Very nice staff throughout the hotel all so helpful & friendly. Nice rooms & great shower all very clean & incredibly comfortable beds & bedding. We had a delicious meal & breakfast was good too. Very happy with our choice.

The hotel is stunning, very high quality with everything you need. The restaurant and bar/terrace offers a great menu and prices are reasonable. The staff were all incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. We dealt a lot with Riya during our stay who was fantastic and professional. We’d absolutely return to stay if we are ever back in Butwal!

Well deserving of the rating

The hotel was nice and comfortable; conveniently located on the main road (but not noisy). The restaurant and food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One thing we didn't realize is that the hotel is on one direction from the airport ad the Lumbini Buddhist sites are exactly on the other direction. The distance from airport to hotel is quite far (about 30 minutes by car). However, there were not many hotels of this quality in Lumbini and hence, this was probably a better choice.

The staff were very cooperative and friendly. The restaurant serves delicious food. There is a great view from the hotel, watched the most beautiful sunrise from behind the hills right from my bedroom. The rooms and bathrooms are top-notch and kept very clean. Great stay!

The Hotel is good for value. The room price was 34$ per night. We stayed one night on the way to Lumbini. The breakfast and dinner was delicious.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was very clean and quiet, beautiful ambiance, had a comfortable sleep here. The service from the time you walk through, the team are always smiling. The Hotel Dream International was an exceptional hotel, one of the best in Butwal, Nepal. We were a group of 12, all +55 Sr. citizens. They gave extra room for our member of the group, something that cropped up at the last moment. Staff was very cordial & courtious, helpful. Breakfast spread was wonderful & catered for individual special needs as well.

Everything was good. Wonderful ambiance, well sized Bar & Restaurant, separate restaurant for Teetotalers, plus a open terrace restaurant with Barbeque .. we had a wonderful stay ...
