It does not have enough parking space; we to park our vehicle at another facility which is very far from the property; inconvenient when it comes to parking.

Reviewed May 13, 2026So clean and comfortable one of the best unit in Centrio tower for sure.
The building don’t have a storage place for your luggage, so if you come early or leave early you can’t leave your luggage in there. Unless you’re willing to store it under there building stairs thats full of garbage and cockroaches when I check. Good thing for us when we call the owner of the unit she let us store our luggage in the unit while someone is cleaning the room so we don’t need to carry our luggage while going to the near by mall to eat.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I love this unit, been to Centrio tower multiple time and so far this is the cleanest unit I’ve seen. Bed is comfortable and clean, they have block out curtain in the bedroom, living room and kitchen are also clean and comfortable

Reviewed Apr 23, 2025Located in downtown where all malls are accessible by walking. And there is also 7/11 beside the entrance. They have cloth iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, & cleaning equipments which are very important for me as a traveler.
Maybe the kitchen sink smells bad when not in use everyday.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025We always stay at Centrio Tower when we come to visit. The people and the guards at the front desk are helpful and nice. It's in downtown so it's accessible. There's a 7-11 downstairs, which is great. The unit we stayed at was aesthetically pleasing. The price is good. Wi-fi signal is great. The bed is comfy. There's enough hangers to use. If you wanna cook and clean, appliances are available except for a washing machine, which was only available at the very first unit we stayed at.
There was a funky smell in the drawers underneath the kitchen sink. The common opinion was that the grease trap was not cleaned. There was also a cockroach the first night underneath the dish drainer. The AC in the living room gives colder air than the one in the bedroom.
