Alexia Seaview Apartments

First of all We would like to thank to Alexia and her beautiful family for the kind hospitality and the warm care what they presented to us! If you go to visit Crete and your destination is the Chania Airport at the west side of the island We could highly recommend this apartment to stay! It is the perfect spot for your holiday: the location is just amazing, if you booked the ’Sunset’ room than your way to the seaside will be 45 seconds down the stairs, if you booked the other rooms maybe you should walk 1 minute. Very-very clean rooms, equipped with AC, a small fridge, a comfort(!) bed, nice view from the terrace, big shower, coffee machine etc. Under the building on the seaside there is a small cool Bar, where you can taste amazing cocktails sitting on beanbags, listening the sea. Calm area, but every nice restaurants, bars by just walk distance and also if you rented a car, than every famous tourist spot reachable from here! We visited most of the beaches and everyday tried new restaurants, but after a long day is so good to go „home” to a place like this! We celebraterd a bithday party over there, and they helped us organise everything, make sure that we feel ourselves like around family! You will get daily dose of homemade delicacies and cookies, they will clean your room every two days or even more if you ask and also they very helpful with everything! If you willing to pay a little bit more for a great and relaxing enviroment, what is just at the right place than we recommend them anytime for anyone! We had a wonderful stay at Alexia Sea View Apartments and would happily return. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The sea view was beautiful and made the stay feel even more special. The location was also very convenient, letting us enjoy the area easily while still having a peaceful place to return to. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our stay, and everything was handled with care and professionalism. Overall, Alexia Sea View Apartments offered an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, hospitality, and a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you for a great experience — we hope to visit again!

Sauberkeit & Alexia die sich um uns sehr gut gekümmert hat! Sie war äußerst freundlich und sehr liebevoll! Positive Frau die wirklich auch sehr auf die Gäste achtet und ihnen auch tolle Leckereien gibt.

The location is great, just next to the sea with beautiful views to the sunset, sea and mountains. The room looks very modern, clean and well equipped. With a walking distance there are 7-10 restaurants and cafes so you will always find a place to eat. But not to worry Alexia, the host, supplies the snacks on every day of your stay (usually own made omelettes and pastry). There is a cute little lounge bar just in front of the apartment. They open at 6 pm and play music on the speaker. It was a surprise in the beginning but overall it is manageable. The balcony door has good soundproofing. Alexia is very welcoming host, but doesn’t speak English. You need to find her daughter to communicate smoothly or use the translator :)

The biggest downside was the Wi-Fi performance - many times unreliable. I found the pillows and mattress not to be comfortable for my neck, but there are two types of pillows so you should be able to choose the right fit. Also the room is rather small, so if you are two adults with two suitcases it will be a puzzle game.

L accueil d Alexia fait parti des moments mémorables du lieu, son sourire, sa gentillesse, ses innombrables attentions ( elle m a offert des tonnes de gateaux, des jus, du vin blanc...et m a même proposé de me ramener au bus le lendemain ...Cette femme est un MUST. Après la chambre est super équipée, neuve avec de beaux matériaux, la sdb est très jolie aussi et l emplacement en bord de mer ( jolie plage juste en face) à proximité du petit centre aussi est parfaite, la vue sur la baie de kissamos en magnifique

J avais un peu peur du bruit du bar en face ( très sympa d ailleurs, au bord de l eau avec de la bonne musique;) mais une fois les portes-fenetres fermées, la chambre est bien insonorisée.

We loved how welcomed we felt there. Everything was perfect and the service was beyond our expectations. Hosts were super responsive and helped us with everything. The communication was great. We loved our stay there and definitely would love to stay there whenever we are in Kissamos.

We rented a room with the sea view. We heard music coming from the chill coctail bar downstairs but it was not loud and for us it was still ok to sleep with opened window:) If you cannot sleep with any sounds, maybe it is better to rent another room from the other side, however the sea view makes this place even more special!

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet location with a stunning sea view. Alexia was super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Tout était parfait, l’accueil est incroyable, nous sommes accueillis par Alexia, supplément deux grosses assiettes de spécialité grec , qui sont d ailleurs super bons, la générosité de cet hébergement est top ! Struttura nuovissima e pulita, a due passi dal centro. Consigliatissima!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana. Dopo un iniziale errore sulla stanza assegnataci. È stato tutto perfetto. La posizione era comodissimo,di fronte al mare. La sera passeggiavamo a piedi sul lungomare di kissamos che aveva tantissimi locali dove mangiare. Posizione strategica per le più belle spiagge e per il centro di chania. Pulizia e cambio tovaglie ogni 2 giorni. La proprietaria ogni pomeriggio ci offriva del cibo salato e dolce. Consigliatissimo

El apartamento maravilloso, completamente nuevo, con todos los detalles y muy limpio. Alexia es encantadora y nos dejaba el desayuno todos los días. Incluso nos dejó unos peluches para mis hijos. Con suficiente sitio para aparcar gratis al lado del apartamento. Recomiendo 100%

Pulizia perfetta, Alexia disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Al rientro dalla spiaggia, ogni giorno ci faceva trovare dolcetti e snack salati buonissimi! Inoltre ci ha dato anche olio e vino di sua produzione da portare a casa! La migliore host che abbiamo mai trovato! Inoltre la casa è vicinissima al centro di Kissamos piena di locali ristoranti negozi super carini 😄

Forse sarebbe meglio avere almeno due chiavi per stanza, in caso di necessità.

The owner and the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. This is true Greek hospitality at its best! Everything was perfect, and we were genuinely very happy with our stay.

Un posto meraviglioso! La struttura si trova proprio di fronte a una splendida spiaggia, dove è possibile fare il bagno e godersi il mare in tutta tranquillità. La sera la zona si anima piacevolmente grazie al bar al piano terra della struttura, perfetto per fermarsi a bere qualcosa e respirare la piacevole aria di mare. Svegliarsi ogni mattina con la vista del mare è semplicemente bellissimo. La camera era pulita, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Un elogio speciale va alla proprietaria Alexia, gentilissima e sempre disponibile: ogni nostra richiesta è stata esaudita con grande attenzione. Ogni giorno ci faceva trovare piccoli sfizi salati e dolcini, un gesto davvero carino che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati e a casa. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consigliamo assolutamente e che speriamo di poter ripetere presto!

Un'esperienza davvero unica! La struttura è di nuova costruzione, dotata di comodo parcheggio sotto casa e situata in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le tre spiagge più belle della zona. Alexia è una persona splendida che ci ha viziati in tutto con bellissime sorprese che vi invito a scoprire di persona. Kissamos merita tutto il relax possibile: se potessi tornare indietro farei volentieri altre tre notti qui!

This new beachfront property is located in the most beautiful part of the town. Very close to beautiful cafes and restaurants and still so peaceful and quiet. I loved the fact that I could hear the waves in the evening ! Spotless ! Warm and hospitable owner.

La proprietaria è molto calorosa, disponibile (ogni giorno ci lasciava un piatto di snack salat, alcuni home made, e uno di dolci tipo piccole brioche etc) e presente, c’è un cocktail bar carinissimo proprio a picco sul mare, di fronte alla struttura, si raggiungono il centro e il lungomare coi ristoranti in 5 minuti a piedi, la spiaggia di fronte è comunque molto bella

Solo piccole cose: nella ns camera si spostava il lavandino, il box doccia non teneva benissimo, il balcone esposto a est la mattina era molto caldo (non ci sono tende), lo split è direzionato proprio verso il letto. Ma, ripeto, sono piccole cose che segnalo per massima correttezza

La proprietaria Alexia è stata incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, ogni giorno ci lasciava la colazione dolce e salata fuori dalla porta. L'appartamento era letteralmente sul mare accanto alla principale passeggiata di Kissamos. Siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti sia per la pulizia della struttura che per i suggerimenti che Alexia ci ha dato per spiagge/ristoranti/cafè ecc... Assolutamente consigliata ❤️

La struttura è sul lungomare affianco ai ristoranti, quindi posizione comoda. La camera non molto grande ma moderna e accogliente.

Lovely, clean property with great location right on the water. The owner, Alexia, was so nice and hospitable! She gave us fresh omelets and pastries free of charge and gave us tips for local attractions.

C'est tout neuf. Alexia est très accueillante avec des gâteaux maisons sucrés et salés. De l'eau, du jus d'orange au frigo. Le balcon permet une vue latérale sur la mer comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Bien placé, à 1 minute.des tavernes du bord de mer.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο,όμορφα διακοσμημένο, αρκετά άνετο με ωραίο στρώμα και με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές! Ευχάριστη έκπληξη η κυρία Αλεξία που μας υποδέχτηκε θερμά, μας κατατόπισε πλήρως, μας ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα και μας έφερνε καθημερινά πρωινό! Θα το επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά!

We had a wonderful three-night stay in Kissamos. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with a fantastic beachfront location. Alexia was incredibly kind and caring and made us feel at home from the very first moment. She surprised us every day with delicious Greek pastries and even found us a beach umbrella when we asked. We returned to Bulgaria with beautiful memories and would happily stay here again.

Всеки ден прясно приготвена храна, която беше предостатъчно количество и разнообразна. Местоположението е много удобно - недалеч от центъра, на крайбрежната алея, близо до много таверни.

Климатикът беше монтиран точмно над гардероба и по тази причина не отчита реалната температура в стаята и често прекъсваше и се налагаше да го рестартираме.

Our stay was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with a breathtaking front sea view that made every moment unforgettable. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent—just a few steps from the wonderful seaside restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. What made our stay truly exceptional was our amazing host. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. Every single day, she surprised us with delicious homemade treats, making us feel more like family than guests. We have stayed in many places over the years, but this was by far one of the warmest and most heartfelt experiences we have ever had. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôte nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et s’est montré disponible, attentionné et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. L’emplacement était parfait et tout était réuni pour passer un très bon moment. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité !

Wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit in kissamos bei Alexia. Check in hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Wir erhielten ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Zwei Tellern mit, wahrscheinlich selbstgemachten, herzhaften und süßen Snacks standen zudem auf dem Tisch - nochmals danke! Kurzfristige Anfragen an das housekeeping wurden ohne Problem umgesetzt! Der Kies- und Sandstrand vor der Türe war Vormittags meist leer und sehr sauber, sogar mit Rettungsschwimmer. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig mit einem kurzen Spaziergang, max 10 min erreichbar. Einige Tavernen an der Promenade befinden sich direkt neben an. Alexia ist sehr herzlich, unserer Tochter wurden sogar Kuscheltiere ausgeliehen! Dankeschön!

Niet alleen een ideale uitvalsbasis om het westelijke deel van Kreta te verkennen, maar ook gewoon een prachtige locatie met faciliteiten dichtbij. Alexia, de eigenares, is supervriendelijk en bracht meerdere keren lekkere lokale snacks.

Everything was great! We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was extremely kind. She treated us to snacks and recommended some beautiful places to visit. We really enjoyed our stay. 🤗

The location is absolutely perfect – directly opposite the beach with a beautiful sea view. Restaurants, bars, shops and the promenade are just a few steps away. MOST IMPORTANTLY, the owner is absolutely amazing. She is one of the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met while travelling. Always smiling, always willing to help and making sure everything was perfect. She made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this place to everyone, and I am sure anyone who stays here will understand exactly what I mean. I will definitely be coming back.

Great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants, yet lovely and quiet. We were treated like family and Alexia was exceptional at making our stay comfortable with many homemade treats.

We spent very unique time in Alexia’s apartment. The apartment was cosy and there was everything you need to stay for a few days. We had an amazing seaview (getting sleep with the sound of the sea was amazing), very comfy bateriom and small kitchen. The location in close to the town, where is a lot restaurants, bakery, museum, local workshops etc. We were there in may, so the beach, which is next to apartament, was absolutely empty. Last but not least - Alexia is an amazing person. She is very hospital and she took care of us every day. She served us a really nice omeletes, home made cakes for breakfast, juices and fresh fruits. We couldn’t expected having such a nice host. It was difficult to went homeland, because everything what we experienced in Kissamos was perfect.

Ganz unkomplizierter Check Inn. Kam erst gegen 00.00 Uhr mit der Fähre an. Es stand sogar etwas zu Essen bereit. Motorrad konnte vor der Tür parken und dahinter gleich das Meer Alexia ist sehr freundlich und hat Kuchen bereitgestellt. Bin zwei Tage geblieben um nach langer Fahrt etwas auszuruhen. Top.

Nur leichte Kritik. Das Licht oben am Balkon ist nachts etwas hell. Läßt sich von innen nicht beeinflussen. Oder ich habe es übersehen.

Tout a été bien dans cet établissement. La chambre était super propre. L’accueil d’Alexia était incroyable. Le meilleur accueil qu’on a pu avoir durant tout notre séjour en Crète (3 nuits passés ici sur les 10) Une formidable personne et en + nous donnait tous les jours des petits gâteaux et apéritifs.

Super Lage am Strand, sehr sympathische, herzliche Vermieterin. Sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet.

Quizá la ubicación si lo que quieres es estar en el centro de Heraklion pero por otro lado puedes aparcar el coche genial.

Reservamos la doble deluxe y la vista del mar es espectacular. La playa está justo enfrente. Baño amplio, cama cómoda, zona tranquila (estuvimos en abril fuera de temporada). Al estar casi en el borde del pueblo, hay mucho espacio para aparcar. El centro del pueblo a unos 10 minutos a pie. A 5 minutos tienes restaurantes con vistas al mar. Todo el mundo súper amable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

The location of the places was great! Close to amazing beaches such as Balos and Elafonissi. We really appreciate Mrs. Alexia, she was really helpful and kind to us and gave us really good recommendations of restaurants and places! Also, it's a plus that the beach is just in front of the apartment. Kissamos it's a great place to stay

Die Lage war bezaubernd und traumhaft. Das Apartment ist modern und stilvoll gestaltet. Es ist sehr hell und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach magisch. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich und freundlich! Sie hatte sogar selbstgemachten Kuchen und Früchte für uns. Auf Nach- und Anfragen reagiert sie schnell und versucht alles, um diesen nachzukommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihr gefühlt.

They location and view was perfect, even the partial ocean view rooms are really just FULL ocean view so it was very nice. The host was amazing and so kind. The room was very clean and the hallways smelled nice, has everything you would need and very updated. Would definitely stay again!
