Ålesund sentrum apartment

Het appartement is perfect, lekker ruim, comfortabel, modern en veel faciliteiten, van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed voor elkaar!

De wijk waar het appartement is, oogt niet erg gezellig, ziet er wat somber uit. In het gebouw zelf zijn nog meer appartementen / kamers. Maar toch is het een aanrader. Het appartement zelf maakt veel goed, wij hebben daar een prima verblijf gehad, van allerlei luxe voorzien! Auto kun je bij het appartement parkeren, prima ligging voor bezoek aan Alesund, makkelijk parkeren in de parkeergarages van Alesund.

- Steckdose Küche hat nicht funktioniert (doppelt verlängert mit Mehrfachsteckern 😣) - Brandlöcher im Boden und Möbel - Treppenhaus gleicht einer Baustelle - Geruch nach Zigarettenrauch mit sehr viel Raumduft übertüncht - falsche Bilder in Beschreibung (siehe Fotos in der Bewertung) - Lage eher Industriegebiet als Zentrum - keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung (irgendwo im Keller) - Löcher in der Wand - Krönung war ein Anruf des Vermieters, ob wir bitte in eine andere Wohnung umziehen sollen, da er die Wohnung doppelt vergeben hat. - sind noch mehr Bilder vorhanden (Brandlöcher, …).

Renoviertes Apartment. 10min Fussweg vom Zentrum, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wanderweg startet hinter dem Haus.

Die Umgebung könnte etwas einladender sein.

Beliggenheden er fænomenal, lejligheden godt indrettet og flot nyrenoveret. Der er parkering og den ligger i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter og indkøb

Lidt af servicet var ikke helt rent, men derudover var der intet at klage over

Der Eingangsbereich sieht ziemlich herunter gekommen aus, man möchte da eigentlich gleich wieder retour. Jedoch: Das Apartment ist komplett renoviert, sehr sauber und mit vielen praktischen Details ausgestattet (Jura-Kaffeeautomat, diverse Gewürze, ausreichend Haken zum Aufhängen der Kleidung und Kleiderbügel, Duschbad,Shampoo), gute Betten! Eine Decke zum Fernsehen und eine Klimaanlage die auch als Heizung funktioniert. Großes TV-Gerät, wie fast überall in Norwegen gibt es keine deutschsprachigen Sender, die meisten Spiele der Fußball-WM wurden vom Norwegischen Fernsehen übertragen, nicht jedoch Spanien:Österreich. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Besitzer, defektes Türschloss wurde sofort getauscht, Fragen prompt beantwortet. Wir genießen die Bewegungsfreiheit eines Apartments, wobei es in Norwegen schon seinen Preis hat. Die Bewertung 7 bezieht sich ausschließlich auf das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die fehlende Waschmaschine/Trockner im Apartment. Von der Qualität ist das Apartment uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

WiFi did not work. Note that there are not five beds as listed on the booking.com site

Directions from the apartment host were clear and well in advance. The place was clean and tidy. There was a view overlooking the lake from a distance. Parking was available on the back side.

Include in the explanation for door opening by the code the procedure to lock it. Also, add slippers for use inside the apartment. Furthermore, add the location to the Goggle maps.

The apartment is amazing! It was very clean, comfortable and close to the city center. The host was super friendly and the entrance was easy. Really recommend to come here!

Apartment is very well maintained and has all the required facilities. Host was very helpful and replied immediately to all the questions. Apartment is sea-facing and clean and luxurious. Will definitely recommend.

The road from City Centre to apartment is very steep , so if you have big /heavy luggage bags with you, then it is very difficult to reach the apartment walking. Rest absolutely no issues with the apartment.

Beautiful view very clean

The room description was misleading. It stated that one room had a queen bed and 2 singles and the other had 2 singles. It also stated that there was a total of 5 beds. This wasn’t the case. There were only 3 beds. You may want to change that. 😊

Great location, new everything, pleasant shower, comfortable bed. Access to laundry in basement.

Furniture maybe a little perfunctory, less comfortable than it could be.

Perfect location, 10 min walk to the center, the apartment has all what we need as a family, big plus for the toys/lego our kids liked a lot. We enjoyed our stay there and would return anytime. Thanks!

Very modern and clean. Plenty of room in all the rooms. It didn't show it in the current photos, but there's a nice big closet/shelving unit in the main bedroom and a nightstand for each side of the bed which is appreciated. Great stay!

The apartment was superb. Perfect for a small group of people or for a bigger family. Tidy and spacious, with everything you might need. Walking distance to the city centre. Great value for price.

The building doesn't look so promising from outside, but the apartment is amassing. Would definitely choose it if I will have another vacation in Ålesund.
