THERE WAS NOTHING TO LIKE AS IT DID NOT HAPPEN ALTHOUGH OUR CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AND I AM STILL SENDING EMAIL BACK AND FORTH WITH BOOKING.COM ASKING FOR A REFUND.

I booked online and it did not happen. When we reached the location, owner said that they never received our booking. I have been sending email back and forth with booking.com in order to get my refund as my credit card was charged, it has been more than 3 weeks and nothing has happened yet. Our holiday was ruined as we received confirmation of our booking, with Reservation Number and Pin Code, but when we reached the location owner said that we had no booking. That was very very bad service, it ruined our vacation as we had to go and stay with some good people whom we met at that time helping us, offering us a room in their home.

There was no proper at the address and there was nonome to answer our calls, we got flaks location and our calls were bkt responded so there is nothing to liked i hv been scammed R15000

The apartment has nearly all amenities (except basic groceries like salt, oil, and pepper) and is secured with an automatic gate. The place had 2 bathrooms and toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor next to the rooms. The kitchen and living room space had AC and a quite clean place. Even bath towels and soaps were provided. Comfortable furniture to use. Fully functional gas stove. Seaside is 5 minutes away by car.

The place could have been cleaner. Knobs were missing in one room's door and the bathroom's main door on the 1st floor. Beautiful apartment but needs some renovation works.
