Room was big enough, clean bathroom, it was good location for my purpose of travel. Small grocery shop in the same building was convenient.

Location in industrial area and a view to a row of abandoned cars might not be ideal to everyone. On arrival the entire room was covered in a thin black coat of coal dust, like there would have been a fire, so we spent a few hours cleaning before we could touch any surface. There’s no microwave or TV in the room. The bed squeaks so loudly on every small movement that it was difficult to sleep.

I told her check out is 11:00am, I planned to leave at 10:00am. I was busy to download the last IOS version on my iPhone and could not stop the update without putting out of service my smartphone!!!!

Godt alternativ for hotell, da man kan spare mye penger på å velge en slik leilighet - mer valuta for penga.

Leiligheten var vendt mot midnattssola, som ikke skal være noe problem med det første, men gardinene skjermet svært dårlig for lys. Hadde anbefalt å få investert i tykkere OG tyngre gardiner. Ventilasjonen var nokså skuffende, det gikk ikke en dag hvor jeg ikke måtte åpne vindu og ytterdør for å få gjennomtrekk.

Det var rimelig nærhet til universitetet, som var grunnen til valg av overnattingssted med ca 10-20 minutters gange. Praktisk med kiwi rett under. Likte kjøkkenfasilitetene og enkel selvinnsjekk. Internett fungerte bra, fint sted å sitte for å jobbe. Flott med mail med klare instrukser for utsjekk og muligheter for bagasjeoppbevaring. Fine lystette gardiner som gav nok mørke på natta.

Det var fryktelig varmt. Klima-anlegget klarte ikke å kompensere for drivhuseffekten, hjalp ikke med å åpne vinduet. Var 27-28 grader på ettermiddagen, så litt bedre avkjøling hadde vært fint. Hadde døra vidåpent for å lufte ut, noe som hjalp litt, men da følte jeg meg litt utsatt. Litt mye støy fra biltrafikken og kanskje men lydtett ved lukkede dører og vinduer. Renholdet er like under akseptabelt nivå med kaffeflekk på nattbordet, hybelkaniner på gulvet og hår etter andre gjester ved ankomst, ordna opp noe av det selv. Er imidlertid sikker på at personalet gjør forbedringer ved tilbakemeldinger på dette:)

Habitacion grande y comoda, muy comodo para hacer turismo con coche, gasolineras y supermercados cerca. Si no tienes coche puede ser mejor algun otro hotel mas cerca del centro.

The only thing I liked about the property was the convenience of the supermarket below and the location of the bus stop coming back from the town centre.

What I don’t like about the property is a rather long list, I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. First of all, the communication could be improved. “Typically responds within 24 hours” is an absolute joke. I messaged twice requesting an early check in time and received nothing back. The first message I sent was a month in advance. When we arrived, the cleaners were about and looked incredibly miserable and skittish - didn’t think anything of it though as I probably look the same at my place of work most days. We entered the room and the stench that consumed us was overwhelming. Absolutely disgusting - but doesn’t come close to the smell that was inside the fridge and dishwasher. Something died, resurrected and died again in the fridge, I swear. The kitchen oven top wasn’t cleaned whatsoever. Crumbs and some sort of sticky residue, as well as the kitchen dining table. Completely filthy. The bathroom was worse believe it or not though! Piss covered floor around the base of the toilet, a massive lump of pure black hair in the shower drain and fuzzy mould balls on the ventilation. It was so bad that I spent most of my first day of holiday CLEANING the room I paid for. Went to the supermarket below and got some cleaning products. I’m half expecting half a days wage from TotalApartments for the work I put in. The grime on the tissues from the fridge were disgusting. I almost threw up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever. Huge regret.

The room was spacious enough to comfortably open two 28" suitcases. The automated system doesn't have a reception desk, but it responds quite quickly via chat. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the accommodation.

The parking area can accommodate approximately 5 cars. It's far from the city center, but close to the airport.

Basics such as shampoo, body wash, oil, salt & pepper would have been good to save us from buying big bottles and throwing it way after.

location is really convenient - bus stops right in front of the apartment building, and they have supermarket in the same building. apartment is small but new and well maintained - it’s clean, warm, has a washing machine and a dishwasher. No dryers but toilet has underfloor heating which makes your laundry dry in few hours. and of course we were pleasantly surprised when we could see northern lights from our big window in first night!

I think the price is a little bit high, but considering it’s Tromso and it was season when you could witness northern lights from the window maybe it’s normal.

It is a wonderful tidy apartment with all you need. Comfortable and clean. Public transport nearby.

Our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. What was presented as “art” appeared to be nothing more than water damage, which created an unpleasant and unclean impression. Unfortunately, our bed was positioned directly next to this wall, giving the room an uncomfortable, almost garage-like atmosphere. In our opinion, the property does not meet the standards expected of a 3-star rating; even a 2-star rating would be generous. Additionally, our interaction with the staff was unsatisfactory. We found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. For example, when we inquired about the availability of a toaster, we were told it was not provided because it is “not part of Norwegian culture,” which felt like an unprofessional response rather than a genuine explanation. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay, and it stands out as one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had.

The view from the room was great. It's close to city centre. Supermarket in the building was convenient. The washing machine and kitchen was great.

The pillows were flat. We ask one of the cleaning lady for extra pillows and she said that she doesn't have any, and didn't even try to help us. Poor communication from customer service.I message the owner and got a reply hours later. The room was clean but It looked neglected a bit. There were still hair in the room and bathroom. The furnitures and bedsheets were dusty. The handwash bottle was crushed and its hard to get soap out of it. No TV in the apartment.

A very comfortable apartment with everything you might need for your stay already prepared for you. Communication was very easy and we were answered immediately. A very nice place to stay and very well connected by public transport to the city center. It was also in a very peaceful area, all in all we had a very cozy stay.

Местоположението на апартаментите са на удобно място. В близост има супермаркети и спирка на автобус която е от и до летището, не сменяш няколко транспорта! Също така централната част на града е на 15 минути. Апартамента е топъл и има всичко необходимо за по лек и приятен престой. 😊

We stayed 19 nights in their apartment. It was comfortable, quiet, warm, and cozy, and for us, very well located with a supermarket, bus stop, and an area to see the Northern Lights, which was wonderful. We saw them as soon as we opened the door or through the apartment's window. We had a few questions, and they answered them immediately and resolved them. We would definitely return and stay with them again.

Funkcjonalny, dużo miejsca, wiele szafek. Blisko jest dobrze wyposażony sklep. Po 25 minutach spaceru obserwowaliśmy zorzę.

Bardzo ślisko wokół budynku - dopiero gdy kupiliśmy raczki na buty czuliśmy się swobodnie.

Clean, quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located near shops. The room rates are affordable and fair to tourists from both near and far.

It's a shame there wasn't a small microwave, but overall, everything was great. I was very impressed.

Close to the 42 bus stop with frequent buses into town and the airport.. The apartment block is situated on top of a supermarket soit was easy to buy our provisions.

Cleaning could have been better: there were some red spots and black hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. There were no cleaning products for us to use. There was only one saucepan and one frying pan provided, even though the hob has four rings. There was no bathmat, even though the bathroom floor tiles get slippy when wet. There was no tea towel or oven gloves in the kitchen and no toilettries in the bathroom.

El apartamento está alejado del centro, es necesario vehículo aunque hay una estación de autobuses a dos minutos, el edificio está situado en un polígono industrial, con dificultad para caminar si hay mucha nieve y/o hielo

Absolútne nepohodlné postele. Matrac upkne makky, ze sa prepadavate. Vankúš maličký, vobec nie na spanie. A nasa izba bola hned situovaná na rusnu cestu, kde bol hlavný tah, cize hluk od aut.

What can I say! The view from my apartment was amazing! The location was so convenient! You could take bus 42 and go to the airport and the city centre as well! You don’t need to rent a car, and if you do there is free parking underneath the complex! The access to the apartment by bus was so perfect! Don’t be fooled by google maps, Tromso have many uphills and downhills and with the HUGE amount of snow can be very slippery and dangerous! You could find anything you needed inside the apartment! And if something was missing or you had any hunger, the super market was located in the ground floor! Also the communication with management was immediate and very kind! If I ever visit tromso again definitely I would stay there! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone! This apartment deserves every money!

Lo único que no me gustó es que nos hicieran pagar 100 NKK por dejar 2 horas las maletas en un cuarto (desde las 11 que era la hora del check out a las 13 que las recogimos para ir al aeropuerto. Es la primera vez que me sucede algo así. Jamás he pagado en ningún alojamiento por dejar un rato las maletas

Clean, close to bus stop and supermarket

The rooms size is excellent. Location is perfect if you don't want to be located in the city center. You have more chances to spot the Auroras in this location (we've seen them from our flat window twice). Checkin was easy as well as checkout. You have everything you need to cook, wash your clothes and stay warm and confortable.

The heating system isn't working. It's stuck at 26 degrees Celsius throughout the room, even though we've tried lowering the temperature several times. The temperature never goes down and remains at 26 degrees despite following all the instructions. You need to open a window when you feel too warm and need some fresh air. The room cleaning wasn't bad, however, I think it's a big area for improvement. There was hair from previous guests on the floor, the bathroom could be cleaner, and the floor could be swept more thoroughly.
