Very helpful and a lovely family run business Helped us book excursions Helped with booking taxis Helped with booking ferry’s Gave us so many recommendations on what to do and where to go
Great location Lovely family run business Felt like part of the family after are stay 1000% will be returning and would definitely recommend
Nanay is very friendly.
Sorry if I think your longganisa for breakfast looks like ordinary hotdogs. I’ve been away from the Philippines for more than half a decade and I wasn’t aware longganisa looks like hotdogs now. Correct me if im wrong but I ordered longganisa and what they served are hotdogs.
Room had all the basic needs. Kuya was accommodating and friendly.
AC wasn’t cooling and dogs and I couldn’t sleep and lights from outside were so bright. Their FB page wasn’t very hospitable and wasn’t very friendly. Ate said she’s managing it and won’t force people to book. It’s like I’m in debt and I should be lucky because the room was supposed to be pricey but I showed her the price and told her I get a genius discount. Pantry open at 730 for coffee but breakfast wasn’t ready until 8am or so, so if you travel and wanna get something early just bring your own drinks and snacks because most restaurants and shops aren’t open early.
It's very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but tasty. The shower is amazing. Hot water, really refreshing. It's a place to really relax. The pics are accurate. The rooms are nice.
1 People making some noise during the night. 2 The bathroom windows have a mirrored coating, but they were installed the wrong way around. Because of that, we can’t see outside, but people outside can see inside the bathroom. 3 The wifi is not very reliable. I had to use my sim card to work. (But that's in the whole island I guess) 4 The location is amazing to go to Basdako white beach. 5 minute walk. But it's a bit far, around 6km from the city center, and Panagsama beach. Just rent a bike if you're staying here.
The hosts, Gemma and Flor are amazing people. We were welcomed and we asked them to cook dinner for us for 2 nights and its the best decision we ever did. Yummy but reasonably priced great Filipino dinner! We love the family room as it feels new and smells fresh. Water pressure is good and AC are working well. The kids loves the beach which is only 5 mins walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our family vacation wonderful! -Irene and family 🩵
It would be nice if there are options for the blanket to be a little thicker for the children.
The rooms are simply furnished, but they're nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is a huge plus.
The rooms lack a small refrigerator, a place to hang wet clothes, and a hair dryer. Breakfast isn't very satisfying. Every day you get the same thing: a fried egg, a slice of ham, and two pieces of bread.
I really liked the friendly staff! I was there with my dog, and they were all so nice to her.
Typowy domek letniskowy - wnętrze zadbane. Mili ludzie, pomocni.
It was quite and cleanly presentable from the outside. The resort has hot and cold shower. The toilet and bad seemed new and still clean.
When I woke up for an overnight stay, I thought the redness/rashes and itchiness I found on my arms and legs were from mosquito bites, but my roommates confirmed they came from bedbugs. I normally won’t complain or even write some comments but this experience is not tolerable. Soooo frustrated right now.
clean, ample free parking space and staff are very good
near beach, walking dinstance
It's nice modern clean rooms.
The water installation would need a bit more maintenance. The water pressure is high, however a jar of vinegar would remove the blocking of the bidet outlet as well as the shower head, and a new rubber seal would make the water of the sink stop when you close it.
Clean room and comfortable and its also accessible to the beach
None
Very clean and comfortable, staff is welcoming and helpful. You can rent a 125cc motorcycle for 350 per day, which is convenient.
Be careful about how far it is. You must get a motorcycle, otherwise you’ll pay a fortune in tricycle. Close to the white sand beach.
I like that it’s peaceful
Far from night life
Not responsive and inconsiderate

Gemma and Flor are great hosts and make this place, there is no kettle in the room so they made me a large flask of hot water which lasted all day for the days I stayed there. They shower in the room was great and probably the best shower pressure and heat I had in the whole of my three week tour of the Philippines. Bed is comfy and room is super clean and tidy. Gemma and Flor also helped me arrange any transport into the main town and trips I wanted to do.
No kettle or fridge in the room and it is a bit of a walk to the beech and then further to the swimming part. It is also a good 15 minute or 300 peso ride into the main town in the evening for eating and shopping eg 7-11 and 300 peso back.
Great place away from the busy strip and very close the white sandy beach.
The toilet was so close to the wall. I’m 5’11 and I hated that , but the facility was clean and no other complaints.
able to park my car
The room was not what it was supposed to be. There were no bedside tables or lamps, no chairs or any dressing table. There was also no terrace. When I enquired, they pointed to the corridor outside. We paid for three people sharing a room. It was only a room with absolutely no furniture except for a bed. The third person had a thin mattress pulled out from underneath the bed. The shower room is a very tight wet room with no shelves or space to put your toothbrush or toiletries. When you turn on the shower, the whole room will be wet, including the toilet paper. There was also nowhere to hang any clothes in the shower room or bedroom. The bed have only had a bedsheet to cover yourself and no blanket. We were shivering the first night, and the next day, we had to ask for a blanket
Loved the cleanliness because it’s new. The AC is cold. The bathroom door is not the right fit for the entry, there’s about a 9 inch gap on top.
A cozy little hotel near the beach. It is located far from cafes and shops, and it takes about 10 minutes by bike to get to the town. A quiet, peaceful place. The room has excellent air conditioning, new furniture, hot water. The host was friendly, the breakfast wasn't very big, but delicious.
I liked everything.
The property is new and clean.
The staff were amazing, very accommodating. It was just a short walk from the beach where there are a couple of restaurants.
The neighbours all around played music at 7am every morning it was very loud and the bass woke us up multiple times.
Lovely couple run it and are happy to help. They even walked us to the hotel down the road. (The hotel down the road with restaurant I would avoid though as service is poor)
Nothing
Nothing
On arrival there was uncertainty about my reservation. Then I was asked if after one night I would change to another room. The restaurant is a farce. You have to prebook your meal by about 3.00 pm. There was no complimentary water tea or coffee. You have to buy your own water. The neighbouring property played loud music most of the day.
Friendly and accommodating.

The personnel was extremely friendly. The breakfast that was included was tasty. The room was spacious. Close to a nice little beach.
It was a bit far from the center so we had to take a tricycle that was 300 pesos each way, not very convenient if you want to hand around the center for longer.
Nice bed, nice new and modern Room
The staff
Check out
The place is quite remote, so it is super quiet, clean, the bad was comfortable, there was hot water
It wasn’t actually about the property, but about the location of my room. The wind was howling all night long and I could hear it all night long. That was a corner room. I guess windows are not sealed that well
The hotel is just 5mins walk to the beach. They have motorbike available if you want to explore the place. And the breakfast is 10/10.
The staff we're nice but we felt like we weren't welcome when we arrived. So here's the story, we booked our hotel via booking.com and we expected that the hotel knew that we were coming since we put the date of arrival and it has been paid already. But when we arrived at the hotel, they said that the hotel is fully booked. So we were shocked, because we booked and paid it already, they said that they didn't know that we were coming, but how come ? This never happened to us before. The staff made an arrangement, so they put us to "Barkada Room " on the first night, and the second day they move us to "Standard room - a small one, no space for your clothes, no tv and there's no cr inside, you have to go to the back if you want to go the bathroom " For context we booked "Deluxe Double room" but since they said that the hotel is fully booked they put us to standard room. To be honest it wasn't really okay for us, because we wanted it spacious, with bathroom inside and etc because it was our honeymoon. But since there's no other option, we just go with the flow. Anyway we enjoyed our moalboal trip, so no hard feelings it's just part of the journey.
The hotel is very cozy and I liked the place which is very close to the best beach of the Moalboal. In my opinion it is much better to live in this part of the village and explore other parts with bikes.
You must rent a bike if you want to have an opportunity to walk in the central area of the Moalboal and swim with sardines and turtles.
Owner is very polite, knows English. You can ask him for trips, for taxi. We are going to turtles and book a taxi to Cebu. Also, he made breakfast for us. And we also asked him for dinner. It was tasty! The place is near beach, but it is a village, you need to know it. You can go from bus station with tuk tuk and ask phone number from driver for the next trip.
There are no shop near this place. If you want lunch, you need to go to city center or try to go to beach. For lunches, you can go to "The Blue Orchid Resort Moalboal". It is 5 minutes by foot from this place.
Located far from the hustle and bustle of the city, 15 minutes to the center and close to the beach. Good breakfasts and most importantly - very nice and helpful hosts. They helped us with many organizational issues.
.
Extremely friendly staff who were extremely helpful for booking activities, organising meals for us. Their food was delicious and they even walked us personally to the beach so we didn’t get lost. Great location right beside white beach.
Nothing - just not close to many restaurants so be prepared
Very nice and well kept place
The shower and the toilet are joined together.
The location was perfect for us as we explored southern Cebu. But most of all the beautiful staff who is very accommodating and hospitable. It almost feels like coming home.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The location is within walking distance of the white beach, gorgeous reef area and simming spot. They helped us schedule trips and rides for the Sardine run, pescador island and a van ride to our next city. They cooked us a home made meal on our last day of goat calderata, which was better than any restaurant in the area. The wifi was fast and the rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the air con was perfect. Felt very safe and like they had our best interests in mind.
No where to hang wet clothes. Maybe ask the managers
Our stay here was amazing!! 10/10. (DISCLAIMER: We have lived in thailand for 10 years, and are accustomed to traveling in south east Asia and on a budget.) We booked 2 rooms, for 5 nights. The family was so wonderful. The word "accommodating" doesn't begin to sum up our experience. The home cooked breakfast was perfect for starting out each day with plans of snorkeling, swimming, trekking, etc. They booked us all of our rides into the city, every tour we took, and our ride to Oslob as well. All the prices were the same (but included transportation) or cheaper than booking in town. White sand beach is 5-10 mins walking distance from the property and is great for a bit of sun, snorkeling, and relaxation especially considering how close it is. The rooms are a great deal for the price and are quite spacious. There is no TV or mini fridge, which didn't bother us as we weren't here for either of those things but rather to explore. Wifi was great until the flooding/monsoon came through the last day. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help us out. Maraming salamat, Ate and Kuya sa uulitin po.
we didn't ask, but, a place to dry our clothes would have been nice as it was storming and we were swimming every day. not a big issue :)
Very clean and staff are friendly.
Nothing.
Good location, close by white beach and around 10 min from Moalboal center. Cleaned place with good AC and WiFi.
NA
Great WiFi! Great gym! Great pool, and the best was the host they were quick to respond and help me out. Felt like home very comfortable bed and feel.
Very clean place. Friendly staff.
Thin blanket.
Nothing
Double booked my room after they gladly accepted my full payment. Extremely unprofessional and not what I expected After driving 5 straight hours and showing up and not having the room available that I paid for. Ended up having to sleep at a dump with no ac because it was after midnight and most places were fully booked. Never again
The staff and the showers have proper pressure and hot water
It has no pool or any lunch or dinner options as it’s far from shops
quite place.
everything, far from the beach and i don't like their breakfast. I will not go back. only good in pictures far from reality.
Breakfast; rooms its nice ,big spacious, very clean under bed too.lights its Nice Blue led
Little ants on floor when kids eats snacks.
The room smells great!
The staffs are not so friendly.
The led blue in the celing was amazing beautiful !! Very clean and new building ! Good food for breakfast !
Only thing i can say was maybe missing Tv ? But the building is pretty new so its maybe why it have no tv yet.
Very clean, good bed and shower Nice breakfast Near by white beach.
Clean and comfy rooms. Very quiet and a short walk down to the beach. Staff was great and the restaurant was really good!
If you're searching for a paradise to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, look no further than Divine Resort in Moalboal on Cebu Island. My recent stay at this magnificent resort was nothing short of spectacular, and it truly exceeded all my expectations, making it a perfect getaway destination. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Divine Resort made me feel incredibly welcome. Their attention to detail and proactive service were exemplary. The personnel were not only courteous and professional but also genuinely warm and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was seamless, from check-in to check-out. Whether I needed restaurant recommendations, activity bookings, or simply a fresh towel by the beach, they were eager and ready to assist. The accommodations at Divine Resort are designed to impress. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with local touches that added a unique charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I woke up each morning to the gentle sounds of nature, feeling refreshed and relaxed. One of the standout features of my stay was the proximity to the stunning White Beach Moalboal. Just a short walk from the resort, this beach is a pristine slice of heaven. The white sandy shores and crystal-clear waters are ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. I spent many delightful hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquil beach atmosphere, which was conveniently close yet felt worlds away from any crowds. The resort's dining options were also a highlight. The variety of dishes served, featuring both local and international cuisine, was impressive. Every meal was a culinary delight, crafted from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that showcased the flavors of the region. The restaurant staff were knowledgeable and happy to share insights about the dishes, enhancing the dining experience.
We had a newly refurbished room
Warning !!!
Attention.!! this hotel is not located at the location that is stated here in booking, but 10 km further in the middle of nowhere. We chose this hotel because of its location, when we arrived there was no hotel. so i contacted the hotel and They sent me the correct address which was 10km away in the middle of nowhere. THIS IS SCAM. They refused to refund me. 60 euro for 1 knight That's not how you treat customers
