Mirzas Alanis

Location near to airport

Extremely disappointing stay. The moment I opened the door, there was a strong unpleasant smell and visible dust throughout the unit. The overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. The refrigerator was filled with leftover condiments, half-finished drinks, and oil stains. The bathroom still had used toothpaste and toiletries from previous guests. There were worn clothes left inside the wardrobe, and even a used kettle inside the kitchen drawer. This is completely unacceptable and does not meet basic hygiene standards. When I raised the issue, the staff was unprofessional and rude. At around 8:00 PM, I was told to go to a nearby hotel instead of being offered a proper solution. A refund was verbally promised, but after that my messages were read and ignored, with no further response. This experience reflects very poor management and service standards. I strongly urge the management to take responsibility and improve both cleanliness control and customer service.

Pokój znośny na jedną noc

W apartament głośny w nocy: słychać hałas z ulicy, światła, muzyka z knajp do późna. Nie można było spać. Problem też z czystością w łazience, na kanapie pełno okruchów.

Nice apartment

There is only one problem, the lobby is on the 1st floor and you we had to move all our luggage by steps by ourselves

Location and price

Cleaniess needs be improved

Posizione vicino all’aereo porto

Good

Nothing all is good

Property was very close to airport , 20 min drive and was easily accessible by Grab.

Good clean room excellent communication with host. Convenient location.

No problems to note

Stayed for 1 night the host was super friendly and helpful responded immediately and check in was so smooth even sent us a video of how to check in. The apartment is super clean and new the beds were really comfortable and fresh new bedding. Everything was perfect for us. Plenty of kitchen items and a cooking pot. It would have been nice to have a microwave but I am not complaining just a suggestion. Great location for airport. the pool in alanis is very nice but a little cold in March! Thank you for a wonderful stay

The building was nice with 2 swimming pools and 2 playgrounds, gym and jogging area. Lots of food and groceries behind the building and easy to get to from KLIA via Grab or take a train to Salak Tingii from airport then grab. I would stay again and recommended

None for us

We stayed in the apartment for one day for connecting flights. The apparent was near the airport and there were shops and restaurants nearby. The apparent was clean and big enough for a family of 3.

Close to the airport. Nice, big apartment with everything you need!

Check-in procedure was a bit complicated, instructions could be better

Very good service. Fast respond and very polite owner. Valuable for money

Location Very convenient to everything’s closed to airport make it easy for next morning.

Got trouble to get in the property when I get there ,due to missed communications with the property owner , but was good when I got in the apartment.

The room was huge and the bed was firm and comfortable. Enjoyed the big lounge! The swimming pool downstairs was also very cool!

The wifi was pretty bad. It was slow and couldn’t do work… There was a cockroach in the house… we had to kill it… sorry.

The apprtment was good and worth for money, other facilitites also really good. Location is fast reach for food and airport.

You have to becareful with the insects inside the kitchen sink and the electric outlets has no adaptor for EU standarts.

Ease of access

Location - good. Near to eateries, near airport. Cleanliness - good

No lift to access the mail room. Very messy if u have many luggages n heavy. Facilities - very basic. No free 3 in 1 coffee/tea, no mineral water provided.

Easy check in and check out. Nice house with complete amenities. Great location.
