We had a lovely time staying at Elitoz Suites and were upgraded to the King Suite with Volcano view. The suites are a stone throw away from the main street into Oia and offer more privacy than staying directly on the cliff. Evengios and the staff were all so helpful. The highlight was definitely our daily breakfast order which was delivered to our balcony.

Great location just on the edge of the busy part of Oia. Amazing if you have a car as there is plenty of parking at the property. So easy to walk to any part of Oia. Lovely large room, hot tub and balcony were great. Evgenios is so welcoming and helpful!

Śniadania bardzo dobre. Codziennie przynoszone do o wskazanej godzinie do prywatnego apartamentu, co nam się bardzo podobało. Pokój przestronny, czysty. Wspaniałe patio, z fajnym Jakuzzi w strefie prywatnej, bardzo przyjemnie i komfortowo. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny, pomógł zorganizować bezproblemowe wypożyczenie skutera. Hotel Parę minut do centrum,15 minut do słynnego bulwaru gdzie jest najlepsze miejsce do oglądania zachodów słońca. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w atrakcyjnej miejscowości.

Brak dostępnych szlafroków dla gości, a wśród kosmetyków- balsamu do ciała .

Hotel Review We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Santorini! Our host was amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He helped us arrange a car rental, gave us great recommendations and useful information about what to see and do on the island, and even offered us a late check-out since our flight was at midnight. This was such a thoughtful gesture and made our last day much more enjoyable. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well located. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would happily stay here again anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini!

Esperienza davvero eccellente a Elitoz Suites! Una struttura elegante, di livello e curata nei minimi dettagli, perfetta per vivere Santorini in totale relax. Abbiamo scelto una delle suite superiori, con vasca idromassaggio privata sul terrazzo, letto matrimoniale esterno, tavolino e poltrone. Gli ambienti sono molto curati: letto comodissimo, cuscini confortevoli, doccia ampia e spaziosa e un piccolo angolo con lavello, molto comodo durante il soggiorno. Un altro punto di forza è la colazione, compresa nel prezzo e preparata secondo le proprie preferenze, sia dolce che salata. Viene servita direttamente in camera oppure sul terrazzo quando il vento lo permette. La posizione è davvero ottima: la struttura si trova letteralmente a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Oia, permettendo quindi di raggiungerlo comodamente senza utilizzare l’auto. Inoltre dispone di parcheggio privato, cosa particolarmente comoda a Santorini. È presente anche una bella piscina comune, ma essendo una struttura molto raccolta, con solamente sei suite, l’atmosfera rimane tranquilla e riservata. Una menzione particolare va al proprietario/host: una persona davvero gentilissima, disponibile e attenta agli ospiti, che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Struttura assolutamente consigliata. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la sceglieremmo nuovamente senza esitazioni!

Location in Oia was perfect - close enough to walk but away from the busy pedestrian area. King room was amazing - a great private space to relax and enjoy excellent breakfasts. Evgenios was fantastic - always to hand and did everything he could to help.

El Hotel tenía muy buena ubicación, a unos minutos andando del centro de Oia. La atención por parte de los empleados fue muy buena. La habitación era amplia y disponíamos de nuestra propia piscina. El desayuno te lo llevan a la propia habitación.

Quizás mejoraría el desayuno, ya que las tostadas y el sandwich llegaban fríos y duros.

Tutto perfetto, Evgenios è stato veramente molto accogliente e disponibile per soddisfare ogni esigenza ed organizzare tutto nei minimi dettagli!

The location was excellent. Right near the bus stop and only a few minutes walk to the Main street of Oia. Didn’t need to climb many stairs like other properties throughout Santorini. Room size was excellent and very clean. The staff were fantastic. Evgenios went above and beyond every moment we were there. Nothing was too hard. All we had to do was message him. He responded quickly and would get us what we wanted or give us the information we needed. Any time day or night. Communication leading up to our visit was also fantastic. Puts your mind at ease. The breakfast delivered to our room at the time we chose each day was delicious. So many options. We got a packed breakfast to take with us the morning we left as well. The jacuzzi on the balcony was also wonderful to come home to after a hot day of walking. Thank you

I was a little disappointed with our view in the deluxe suite as it was over the carpark however it was still a Seaview. Everything else about the property made me forget about my initial disappointment.

Ci sono luoghi che si visitano e luoghi che, silenziosamente, ti abitano. Elitoz Suites è uno di questi. Santorini è poesia scritta con la luce. Oia è un sogno sospeso tra il cielo e il mare. Ma ogni paesaggio, anche il più straordinario, rimarrebbe soltanto uno sfondo se non fosse illuminato dall’umanità di chi lo abita. A Oia, dove il bianco incontra l’azzurro e il tramonto sembra ricordarci che la bellezza esiste davvero, abbiamo trovato molto più di una suite: abbiamo trovato un rifugio. Abbiamo soggiornato qui in occasione del nostro decimo anniversario di matrimonio. La stanza era molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort e con una bellissima jacuzzi sul terrazzo affacciato sul vulcano. Ma la vera anima di questo luogo ha un nome: Evgenios. Si dice che “le persone dimenticheranno ciò che hai detto, dimenticheranno ciò che hai fatto, ma non dimenticheranno mai come le hai fatte sentire.” Questa frase, attribuita a Maya Angelou, non potrebbe descriverlo meglio. In un Paese straniero non ci siamo mai sentiti stranieri. Ogni suo gesto, ogni parola, ogni attenzione aveva la naturalezza delle cose fatte con il cuore e mai per dovere. Con la sua gentilezza autentica, la sua discrezione, il suo sorriso sincero e quella rara capacità di esserci senza mai essere invadente, Evgenios ci ha regalato qualcosa che nessuna struttura può mettere in catalogo: il senso di casa. E allora tornano alla mente le parole di Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: “L’essenziale è invisibile agli occhi.” L’essenziale, a Elitoz Suites, non è soltanto la bellezza che si ammira dalla terrazza, la jacuzzi privata, lo champagne, il bianco che danza con il blu dell’Egeo o i tramonti che sembrano dipinti dagli dei. L’essenziale è il calore di una persona che, con infinita eleganza e generosità, riesce a farti sentire al sicuro, lontano da casa e, nello stesso istante, perfettamente a casa. Partiamo con gli occhi pieni dell’azzurro di Santorini, ma il ricordo più prezioso ha il colore della gentilezza.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenue. L’hôtel est également idéalement situé, à deux pas du centre d’Oia. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Todo ha estado perfecto. Está ubicado a 3 minutos andando de la zona peatonal y de los principales reclamos de Oia. La atención de Evgenios y su equipo ha sido excelente. El alojamiento es muy bonito, amplio y estaba muy limpio. Con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado silencioso, camas y almohadas cómodas, toallas para la zona exterior,…) El desayuno variado y delicioso, te lo traen al apartamento. La zona de la terraza y la bañera de hidromasaje lo mejor. De hecho, cuentas con mucha mas privacidad que en cualquier alojamiento situado orientado hacia la caldera.

Limpeza, estrutura, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, roupas de cama, toalhas, localização perfeita, bem perto da principal rua de OIA, alugamos um carro que quase não usamos, pois o hotel fica muito bem localizado. Atendimento maravilhoso do anfitrião, e não posso esquecer do café da manhã maravilhoso, cheguei em casa e senti falta.

WOW! Evgenios is amazing. Excellent communication, nothing is too much trouble, provided tips for the area, allowed late check, made sure my husband knew how to watch the World Cup game when we moved to our next hotel etc etc etc Cleaners were fantastic, our room was spotless. I walked around bare foot and the floors were super clean, even on the terrace. Just a short flat walk to the centre, with a really private and quiet pool area. We came back every afternoon when oia became too busy for us and we never saw another person at the pool, it was like we had rented our own pool villa. Lots of oia pools/hot tubs are in the cliff edge and very over looked. We got an upgrade on arrival, which was much appreciated. We had a huge terrace with an amazing view of the caldera. Breakfast was plentiful, so much choice and such a lovely way to start the day on the terrace. We wouldn’t change a thing about this hotel at all! We had actually originally booked this at a premium with free cancellation option because of my elderly father in law. When it got closer to our flight we could have cancelled and booked something cheaper, we are SO glad we didn’t!

Ottima esperienza in questo hotel nel centro di Santorini. Evgenios è davvero disponibile e gentile. Ci ha offerto un check out tardivo rispetto al nostro, in quanto il nostro volo era molto tardi, e la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina e la doccia di servizio.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente eccellente. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e molto accogliente. La camera era spaziosa, moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante inoltre disponeva di una vasca idromassaggio con vista mare . Il personale si è distinto per professionalità, gentilezza e disponibilità, facendomi sentire benvenuto fin dal primo momento. La colazione era ricca, varia e preparata con prodotti di ottima qualità e viene servita in camera . Anche la posizione dell'hotel è ideale, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e i servizi della zona. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio gratuito e di una piscina esterna comune . Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi qualità, comfort e un servizio impeccabile. Tornerò sicuramente con grande piacere. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Nulla perché era tutto perfetto

Soggiorno favoloso, ospitalità impeccabile! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. La posizione nel centro di Oia è perfetta: il Castello è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e la vista è semplicemente favolosa. Tutto lo staff è di una gentilezza squisita, in particolare il Sig. Evgenios, che ci ha accolti calorosamente facendoci trovare una bottiglia di vino in camera al nostro arrivo. La colazione è eccellente, abbondante e ricca di scelta. Nota di merito anche per la pulizia impeccabile della stanza e per la splendida vasca idromassaggio, riscaldata 24 ore su 24. Inoltre, il Sig. Evgenios è stato preziosissimo nel consigliarci le migliori mete da visitare sull'isola e, con estrema disponibilità, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno del nostro check-out fino a tarda serata, dato che avevamo il volo molto tardi. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla straordinaria cortesia e dal senso di accoglienza di questo posto. È stato tutto davvero perfetto!

Incrível experiência, e o Sr Evgenius fez tudo ficar muitp mais facil. Nos enviava dicas de onde visitar, atalhos e mercadinhos proximos para comprar algumas coisas. Cafe da manhã servido no quarto. Na noite anterior você envia o que quer e o horário para servirem. Nossa jacuzzi tinha vista para o mar. Passavamos tempo olhando a vista.

The location, the breakfast, the jacuzzi on the patio. The room was very large with a couch, coffee table, a cute little dining area with high bar chairs and table and a small kitchen. The staff was great.

There was really nothing that I disliked.

We had an amazing stay at Elitoz suites. The location was great with 10min walk to the 3 blue domes. We got a free upgrade to the suite room and it was big and had a much bigger balcony almost like a terrace with a jacuzzi and a view of Fira. The breakfast was awesome with much to choose from and they deliver it to the room. There is nothing really negative to talk about this.

Notre suite était d'un confort remarquable avec une vue magnifique. Très proche du centre et des arrêts de taxi et bus. Un SPA sur notre terrasse et le plus petit déjeuner en chambre avec un choix immense même du champagne ! Le personnel fait tout pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable. Notre hôtel EVGENIOS a tout mis en œuvre pour nous donner les lieux à ne pas rater. Nous envisageons de revenir.

De accommodatie was super schoon dat viel mij meteen op . Wij hadden ook heel veel faciliteiten waar we als klant gebruik van konden maken , een hot tub op kamer en een zwembad in het hotel. Het is echt een huwelijksreis suite vonden wij ( wat perfect was voor ons ) , ontbijt op bed ect. Ook was meneer aan de receptie heel vriendelijk en wij hadden het gevoel dat we voor alles bij hem terecht konden , zonder dat hij geïrriteerd ofso deed dankjewel daar voor ! Het centrum van OIA is letterlijk een paar stappen van het hotel af dit is geweldig! Misschien zie je het niet letterlijk op de foto’s maar we zitten midden in het centrum eigenlijk.

Enige minpuntje is dat ze voor de schoonmaak elke dag aankloppen ( storen) . Wij hebben een kaart gekregen die we op deur kunnen hangen als wij schoonmaak willen , maar alsnog kloppen ze elke dag op een zelf gewenste moment aan . Dit is niet een hele ramp , maar Mischien wel fijn om te weten dat het niet zo fijn is

部屋が清潔で広々としており、備え付けのホットタブも十分な広さがあり、ゆったりと過ごすことが出来た。朝食もボリュームたっぷりであった。

強いて言うのであれば、スタッフのバス停への案内が間違っていた。

Vam tenir una estada fantàstica a Elitoz suites. L'apartament tenia una terrassa i jacuzzi amb vistes al mar i la caldera de Santorini, però no esta dins del laberint d'Oia, en un lloc tranquil a pocs minuts de la zona peatonal d'Oia i dels restaurants i serveis. L'apartament era molt net i comfortable, també està equipat amb una mini cuina amb begudes, licors, i cafè que nosaltres no vam utilitzar, però ens van oferir aigua. Lo millor de tot els fantàstics esmorzars amb productes locals grecs, que pots escollir el dia abans i te'l porten a l'habitació a l'hora que volíem. També el gestor Evgenios va ser molt cordial des d'un principi per watsup oferint-nos un transport des del port i fins l'aeroport i ens va donar molts suggeriments per la nostra estada a Oia. No cal dir també que la resta del staff van ser molt amables. Se'ns dubte molt recomanable!!

Wszystko było perfekcyjnie, lokalizacja idealna, 1min od centrum a jednocześnie kameralnie, hotel dający możliwość schowania się od zgiełku ludzi w Oii. Stosunek jakości do ceny super, luksusowy hotel za umiarkowane pieniądze jak na Oia i całe Santorini. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, dobre śniadania, bardzo pomocny i cierpliwy gospodarz, który znosił moje słuchanie muzyki we wczesnych godzinach porannych i późnych nocnych. Serdecznie polecam dla par jak i całych rodzin. Pozdrowienia od pary z Polski!

המיקום מעולה. ממש בתחילת הטיילת של אויה המקום נקי והצוות זמין כל העת. החנייה מאד מועילה למי שמגיע עם רכב. הג'קוזי היה ממש מפנק.

היה קצת ריח של סיגריות שנספג בספות ובמצעים כנראה שניתן לעשן במרפסת והריח נכנס. בכל מקרה כשביקשנו להחליף את הכריות עשו זאת מהר ובשמחה.

Para quem quer ficar em Oia é muito bom, pois o hotel se localiza a poucos metros da zona em que só é permitida a utilização e o passeio de pedestres, então é possível chegar de táxi até o estacionamento do hotel, sem aquele perrengue de ficar carregando as malas pelas ruas belas mas tortuosas de Oia , ao mesmo tempo em que é fácil sair da propriedade e rapidamente acessar a parte que interessa do vilarejo. O hotel possui espaçoso estacionamento sem custo, o que é excelente, pois a maioria dos turistas em Santorini aluga um carro ao menos por um dia. Aluguei um carro por dia e o funcionário da locadora foi até o hotel com o veículo para assinarmos o contrato. No dia seguinte, na devolução, apenas deixei o carro no estacionamento com a chave dentro e o funcionário depois tratou de retirá-lo. o Hotel tem ótimo café da manhã servido no quarto por funcionários educados. O quarto era grande, com móveis funcionais, além de um belo terraço com banheira de hidromassagem. O proprietário é muito atencioso, sempre disposto a dar preciosas dicas sobre passeios, além de intermediar eventuais locações de carros ou reservas.

Paikka oli sijainniltaan aivan huippu, lyhyt matka joka paikkaan Oiassa. Evgenios oli erittäin ystävällinen ja auttoi kaikissa asioissa. Hän on niin oikeassa työssä, aina vieraiden käytettävissä. Aamupalan sai itse päättää aina edellisenä päivänä ja aamupala tuotiin huoneen parrvejjeekke, erittäin iloinen asia.. Uima-allas oli suoraan huoneen edessä ja omalla parvekkeella oleva poreallas kruunasi kaiken. Huone siivottiin päivittäin ja henkilökunta oli aivan mahtava. Huone oli paljon enemmän kuin osasimme odottaa.

באנו לשלושה לילות למיני ירח-דבש בסנטוריני, המיקום של המלון היה מושלם על הטיילת של Oia, ובחדר הייתה מרפסת עם ג'קוזי ונוף לים. Evgenios היה מארח נהדר עם קבלת פנים חמה ועזרה בהתמצאות באזור. צוות המלון אדיב וארוחת הבוקר בחדר ממש טובה

מיקום מושלם! שתי דקות הליכה לטיילת המרכזית של העיר Oia. באזור המלון יש בתי קפה וסופרמרקט ואפילו בית מרקחת. מיקום מושלם לזוג שרוצים חופשה רומנטית ויפייפיה! הבעלים קיבלו אותנו עם עוגה, שמפניה ומכתב ממש מתוק כי אמרנו להם שנהרס לנו הירח דבש ב7 באוקטובר. הצוות אדיב וממש נעים, יש חניה בשפע ומאוד נוח למי שמשכיר רכב. החדר ענק, מלא מקום! יש ג׳קוזי חם ואפשר להיכנס בלילה עם נוף מהמם לים. מחוץ לחדר יש בריכה ענקית וכיסאות להשתזף בשמש. בכל בוקר מוגשת לחדר ארוחת בוקר (סטנדרטית אבל לגמרי מספקת!!) וזאת חוויה ממש כיפית להתפנק כשהשירות עד החדר! ממליצים ממש בחום! מחיר אחלה בתמורה לכל מה שמקבלים ולמיקום המטורף!!!!

היינו בחדר 102, שהוא כנראה ממש מעל העמדת קבלה. הבחור בקבלה מעשן ללא הפסקה אז היה בחדר ריח של סיגריות. זאת הייתה הבאסה העיקרית.... חוץ מזה - מושלם!

Very warm welcome & staff were great throughout our stay, the breakfast was very good. The room was a good size & the balcony with hot tub was a fantastic size with sofa area & sunbeds with still lots more space as well. Location from the point of close to the town was perfect.

The only downside was the relitively busy road in front of the hotel as is the only road into the town was obviously right outside our balcony so was quite noisy when chillin on the sunbeds in the afternoon, in fairness though at night you could hear it.

Helt fantastiskt Hotel! Otroligt vänlig personal, speciellt mannen i receptionen. Vi blev uppgraderade till Premium svit då vi firade vår 18-års bröllopsdag. Vi hade utsikt över Santorini och det var magiskt! Vi satt i den varma bubbelpoolen på kvällarna efter solnedgången. + otroligt god och fin frukost som serveras på balkongen, man får själv önska +fräscha pooler och toppen bra städat +fina hotell rum, bra AC +fina fönsterluckor och inredning + riktigt bra läge, man är mitt i Oia precis där den kända gågatan börjar +premium täcken och sköna handdukar

A localização é excelente, bem central! O banho é ótimo, o quarto tem um tamanho excelente. A hot tube é quente e funciona muito bem, com hidromassagem! fomos muito bem recebidos pelo gerente, sr Eugenios, que nos deu otimas dicas sobre Santorini!

O café da manhã apesar de ter o conforto de ser servido no quarto, na hora solicitada, deixa a desejar. Nota 7 e é a única coisa que destoa do Hotel, pois tudo é ótimo!

This place really exceeded our expectations and made our week in Oia unforgettable. From the start, everything felt so well taken care of, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center while still being peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was one of the highlights: each evening we could pick what we wanted and when, and every morning it arrived right on time at our door. On our last day, since we had to leave early, the staff even prepared a thoughtful breakfast package for us to take with us. Having private parking was a big advantage in such a popular area, and the apartment itself was spotless, our room was refreshed daily, and even the jacuzzi was cleaned every day. On top of all that, the staff, from the front manager to the cleaning team, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay feel special.

We had a great stay at Elitoz Suites. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a deluxe suite which was a lovely start to our holiday. The accommodation was quiet, perfect for relaxing and a 2 minute walk into the entrance of town. We loved the balcony breakfast and hottub and would definitely recommend it here. The management from Evgenios was excellent, great communication and gave us lots of recommendations.

Tutto perfetto, il personale è stato veramente gentile, in particolare Evgenios! Una persona squisita, ci ha aiutato in tutto anche nel prenotare lo scooter e darci dei suggerimenti e infarinate inziali per muoverci.

Location was perfect with just a 2 min walk to everything. Also loved the privacy and the excellent breakfast served on our balcony.

Plenty of space in the room, great views for breakfast and in the hot tub. Easy communication with the manager via WhatsApp.

Evgenios è disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze , si ricevono tutte le attenzioni e la disponibilità del caso. La pulizia della stanza è a dir poco eccezionale, anche il personale che porta la colazione al mattino è educato e disponibile . Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto

Molto bella, esattamente come in foto, posizione perfetta, molto vicina al centro di Oia. Ci si poteva muovere facilmente a piedi. Personale molto accogliente, e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Consiglio questa struttura

Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, very clean property in a great location- close to main street but very quiet.

- la habitación amplia y limpia (habitación con jacuzzi) y con vistas al mar -al otro lado de la caldera - sin tener vistas a la caldera, muy buena ubicación justo donde comienza el pedestrian walk de oia - el desayuno

- el desayuno comienza a las 8. Antes de esa hora, te lo ponen para llevar pero no tiene absolutamente nada que ver. Podria empezar antes ya que en general hay mucha gente que coge el primer ferry o que quiere salir pronto de la habitación

Hotel maravilhoso. Mr Evgenios foi super atencioso, ajudou em tudo que precisamos, tanto no hotel quando em atividades fora da propriedade.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and a great location. The apartment was a minute walk to the pedestrian area of Oia and the bus stop to Fira. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning. The host Evgenios was amazing and did everything and more to make our stay in Oia as enjoyable as possible.

Sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili: ci hanno fatto upgrade gratuito alla suite superior e lasciato la camera con il late check in visto che avevamo aereo di sera. la camera bellissima, pulita e confortevole. anche la piscina molto bella. struttura curata e riservata. ci hanno anche dato consigli per ristoranti e su come vedere tramonto a oia.

Mi è piaciuto tutto della struttura. Posizione eccezionale a due passi dal corso pedonale. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito della nostra stanza ed era meravigliosa, con jacuzzi riscaldata e vista mare! Evgenios è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti in tutto, ci ha anche prenotato un ristorante che non riuscivamo a prenotare da soli garantendoci la prima fila. Al check out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura e anche godere della piscina comune per la mattinata intera! Insomma un soggiorno da sogno.

We loved having our breakfast delivered to our room Variety was good; omelettes, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, drinks etc Very clean. Fabulous air conditioner. Staff are happy to accommodate you with anything. Consistent. Our room had a tub and it was great. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience.
