The room I eventually got (which wasnt even the Arctic studio) was very big and very nice.

Please, dont book this. I read the reviews a bit too late as I had already payed and I had to go there... A day before the check in I got the message about the famous key pick up at an adress which was 2km away from the apartment. I received no code for the lock, so I texted them and i got an automated response from booking with the code. I got to the lock box at 6pm (mind you, the check in is at 4pm) and there was no key in the box. I called and texted the number listed with no response. So I went to the tourist agency in the same building and asked if they know anything about the key boxes etc. Turns out the guy who runs this apartment is the owner of that tourist agency. They also called him and he didnt answer. The guys in the office were really nice and helpful. Since there was no key, I got upgraded into a really nice bigger apartment in the city center for the same price. But I guess I just got lucky. I believe there is quite a big chance you will never get the key 😅

Når jeg bestillte så stod det i annonsen, privat parkering ( Har bilde av annonsen). Så når jeg prøver og ta kontakt med de, så får jeg vite det er ikke noen parkering. Og noe ledig parkering fant jeg ikke.Det var derfor jeg bestilte denne plassen. Og i tillegg så måtte jeg springe rundt og finne den nøkkelen. Det endte med jeg måtte sove i bilen på yttersiden av Rovaniemi.Har spurt etter pengene tilbake, men det ser jeg som tapt. Det var første og siste gang med dette firmaet Arctic Studio.

Majoittajan niukka ohjeistus vähän ihmetytti ja häiritsi. Kaikkiin kysumiini kysymyksiin en saanut vastausta, kuten että mihin jättää avain, asuntoon vai 2km päässä sijaitsevaan noutopisteeseen.

Toimiston henkilökunta ystävällinen ja asiallinen.

Avain boxin koodi tuli vasta tasan klo 16. Boxissa ei kuitenkaan ollut avainta ja vuokraajaa ei saanut kiinni puhelimitse. Ei vastannut myöskään kyselyyn aikaisemmasta sisäänkirjautumisesta.

Todella hankala parkki: piti käydä yölläkin 4 h välein siirtämässä autoa ja kiekkoa ja avain piti hakea eri paikasta niin meni aikaa

Avaimen nouto sekavaa. Ohjeet tuli noutoa varten muutamaa minuuttia ennen varauksen alkua. Yritimme tavoittaa majoittajaa useasti ja kuudennella puheluilla saimme tavoitettua majoittajan, joka ei edes pahoitellut tilanne ja sitä että jouduimme odottelemaan. Meillä oli illaksi sovittua menoa, joten kiire tuli. Kyselimme mahdollisista autopaikoista majoittaja kertoi,että paikkoja olisi mutta nämä juuri tällä hetkellä varattuina, ehdotti vain, että voi jättää viereisen kerrostalon vieras parkkipaikoille tai tienvarteen, mutta monet oli 4h kiekolla tai ei pysäköintiä.Asunto oli myös epäsiisti ja pölyä oli, joka paikassa en tiedä oliko imuroitu. Illalla vielä kyselin viestitse minne avaimen voi lähtiessä jättää emme saaneet tähän aiemmin ohjeita enkä kyllä myöhemminkään, joten oletin ja vein samaan paikkaan mistä hain avaimen. Majoittajan kanssa viestittely todella hankalaa ja huonoa asiakaspalvelua.

Asunto oli siisti ja sieltä löytyi kaikki välttämättömyydet. Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja myös ruokakauppa oli lähellä.

Ikkunoissa ei ollut kaihtimia tai kunnollisia pimennysverhoja, joten asunto oli päivällä kuuma ja näin kesäaikaan häiritsevän valoisa jo varhaisesta aamusta lähtien. Jääkaappi piti kovaa ääntä, mikä oli yksiössä majoittuessa häiritsevää. Avaimet piti hakea keskustan toimistolta, ja ohjeet tähän sai vasta viime tingassa ennen majoituksen alkua.

Kahjuks ei ole midagi, mida meeldivaks pidada.

Ebameeldivused algasid juba korteri võtme kättesaamisest. Pole normaalne, ei broneeritud korter ja võtme kättesaamise koht asuvad mööda linna erinevates paikades. Kuigi rendileandja lubas auto parkimist maja lähedal kas tasulises privaatses parklas või avalikus parkimiskohas, ei suutnud ta meile kumbagi tagada. Kui palusin abi probleemi lahendamisel, oli vastuseks täielik ükskõiksus. Mul ei jäänud muud võimalust, kui leida ööbimiseks teine majutus. Kuna ma korterit ööbimiseks kasutada ei saanud, ei saa ma anda ruumise kohta objektiivset hinnangut.

Asunto oli todella siisti ja sijainti hyvä.

Ohjeistus hiukan epäselvää. Mielestäni olisi hyvä, että varausvahvistuksen mukana tulisi tieto, että avainlaatikon koodin saa hetki ennen sisään kirjautumista. Parkkipaikka oli hankala löytää autolle lähistöltä. Olisi myös kätevää, jos avaimen voisi jättää lähtiessään asunnolle, jottei tarvitse enään keskustan toimistolla käydä.

Hyvää vastinetta rahalle, siisti ja kompakti. Sijainti melko lähellä keskustaa. Keittiössä paljon astioita ja tiskikone. Tilava wc, jossa pyykinpesukone. Sängyssä oli mukava nukkua.

Avaimet asuntoon piti noutaa melko kaukaa, kävellen juna-asemalta avaintenhaku paikalle ja asunnolle meni noin tunti, kun suoraan juna-asemalta asunnolle olisi mennyt vain 20-25min. Avainten noutopaikka oli myös hieman epäselvä, mutta löytyi kun kiersin rakennuksen ympärillä. Ei mikroaaltouunia tai hiustenkuivaajaa, vaikka muuten kaikki muu löytyi. Televisio ehkä kaipaisi ohjelmapäivitystä, Netflix ei toiminut vaan kaatui ja tilttasi usein.

Asunto oli siisti ja meille sopivalla paikalla. Oli rauhallista, jopa hiljaista, niin nukkuminen onnistui.

Mikro puuttui! Parkkeeraaminen lähistölle oli mahdotonta. Asunnon kuvauksessa pitäisi olla rehellinen maininta, ettei autopaikkaa ole saatavilla lainkaan. Jouduimme kävelemään 1.5km autolta asunnolle, joka vaikeutti todella paljon asiointeja kaupungissa 😞

Majoittumisen helppous.

Vähän oli epäsiistiä. Sängyn nurkassa pölyä ja mattokin oli jäänyt ruttuun sängyn kohdalla. Lisäksi rämisevä yöpöytä oli kamala. Muuten kyllä viihdyin ihan kivasti. Ai niin, televisiota en saanut näkyviin ollenkaan.

Olin klo: 16.00 asunnossa mutta asunto oli liikainen ja käytetty lakanoita, soitin henkilökuntan sitten he sanoi tule toimiston annan toinen asunto. Menin toimiston ja hain toisen asunnon Avain.

Näppärä ja kompakti huoneisto, josta löytyi kaikki tarvittava.

Olisin toivonut selkeitä ohjeistuksia esim mistä avain haetaan ja miten palautus. Pysäköintipaikka olisi myös plussaa.

The studio was actually pretty nice, well intact, it had everything one needs and was decently clean.

The communication with the hosts was virtually inexistent, there is also no information on how to get in and where to pick up the key, where to leave it. It states 4pm for check in but i didn't actually get a reply on anything until well after 4pm and the key is extremely far away so i had to cross the entire city on foot again to get to the key. Check in was therefore 6:30 pm and i was completely sweaty because i was carrying a heavy backpack. The internet literally does not work either.

Alkuun tuli hyvin epäselvä ohje, mistä avaimen löytää. Sellaista postilaatikkoa ei ollut missään, mistä avaimen olisi pitänyt olla. Sitten tuli uusi ohje ja sen perusteella homma onnistui.

The apartment itself was decent overall, although the curtains were hanging loose and the small kitchen appliances could use an update. The interior was very simple and somewhat austere.

The biggest issue was that I did not receive the apartment I had booked, but was instead placed in another apartment a couple of kilometers away. Communication was also poor, as my messages through the Booking app went unanswered. If the app is not monitored, guests should be informed in advance.

The room looked nice. I only used the bathroom and immediately left because it was impossible to find parking in the area.

It said that there would be street parking but it was not allowed to park on the street close by. I had to walk too far with all the luggage. It was too big of a hassle for just one night.

Autopaikkaa ei ollut, vaikka ilmoituksessa luki olevan. Huone oli kuuma, patterin ei pitänyt olla päällä, mutta silti patteri oli kuuma. Myös avainboksin koodi oli väärä, sen selvittelyyn meni aikaa, kun puhelimeen eikä viesteihin vastattu.

On the positive side, the apartment itself is a good size, includes a washing machine, and has the basic amenities you would expect. However, the poor communication, incorrect address, inconvenient key collection location, and lack of cleanliness made the overall experience very disappointing. The additional Uber costs alone came to over €50 due to these issues.

I had a very frustrating experience with this property. The address listed on Booking.com was incorrect, which resulted in me taking an Uber out of the city to the wrong location. Before going, I tried calling the host three times with no answer. Only after arriving did I receive a message with a different address and a separate location to pick up the keys. What made this worse is that the key collection point was at a completely different address, around 23 minutes away from the apartment itself. This meant arranging multiple Ubers and unnecessary travel back and forth. I was left waiting in the cold for around 20 minutes at one point while trying to arrange transport between locations. Communication with the host was extremely limited—I called over five times and received very few, slow responses to messages. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. When I finally arrived, the Wi-Fi details provided were incorrect. I contacted the host again but didn’t receive a response until around midday the next day. Even after being given the correct password, the Wi-Fi did not work for the entire 4-day stay, forcing me to rely on my mobile data. Cleanliness was also an issue. The oven was very dirty, and there were dishes from previous guests left in the dishwasher. The hand soap dispenser was empty as well.

The coziness of the room, the modern facilities, how close it is to the city center, and the best part was the aurora we saw from the room !

An extra pillow could be added for each person, and the dishes could be cleaner but overall great worth !

Positive : I like it when there is washing machine. You can wash all you want! Refregirator for storing your food. Generous amount of tissue rolls 😆

Negative : Key box location is far from the apartment. It will test your patience and ruin your day! 🤣 The apartment is too small for their price / day. I reccommend to look for different apartment with the same price and the key is on the same location. 😅 The check in is 4pm. Check out is 12pm. They have alot of time to clean and prepare the place, but when I arrived at 5pm the dishwash is still on and all the cutleries, kitchenwares are there. - Unlike other airbnb / booking apartment they have some of free to use in the kitchen, like condiments for cooking or laundry soap etc.. But this place is stingy or miserly. Well, business is business.

• There is no hair dryer in the apartment. • We had a very concerning situation during our stay: a gold earring disappeared from inside the apartment while we were guests. The item had been left inside the property and later we noticed it was missing. • We reported the situation, but unfortunately we did not receive any satisfactory support or solution.

The room was cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities you’ll need.

You have to get the key of the property from a different location. Good thing we were staying at the city center before transferring to the location so we only had to book a cab once. It would be a hassle if you were somewhere else. This is info was not shown during booking. Communication with the owner was bad. Check in instructions were not complete and we had to figure things out by ourselves.

La camera è sicuramente ampia e spaziosa, letto comodo, frigo, lavastoviglie, bollitore e tostapane. Cuscini troppo sottili, inesistenti, ma impossibile scrivere al proprietario per chiederne altri perché non risponde. Al momento della prenotazione ci siamo lasciati convincere soprattutto per il parcheggio privato, ma abbiamo scoperto solo 2 giorni prima di arrivare che non era disponibile. Il primo parcheggio utile a pagamento è a 1km di distanza a piedi, al prezzo di 2€/h. Asciugamani puliti, elettrodomestici funzionanti anche se sporchi. Mi era stato detto che non avrei trovato un asciugacapelli, dunque l'ho messo in valigia, inutilmente perché era presente in bagno. Che senso ha avuto dirmi di no? La posizione dell'appartamento non è centralissima, c'è una fermata di bus vicino ma noi avevamo l'auto a noleggio quindi non saprei suggerire l'utilità dei bus.

Inesistenza di contatto con il personale, le indicazioni per il luogo di ritiro della chiave sono poco chiare e soprattutto molto lontane dall'appartamento. NON FORNISCONO POSTO AUTO, nonostante l'annuncio lo riportava al momento della prenotazione!

Es war sauber. Liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstaße außerhalb des Stadtzentrums.

Pin für die Schlüsselbox wurde erst am Anreisetag nach 15 Uhr mitgeteilt - da hatte ich kein Wlan mehr. Ich bin zum Vermieter hingelaufen. Dieser ist 30 Minuten zu Fuß vom Appartment entfernt, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist - nicht schlimm, wenn man ein Auto hätte. Der Schlüssel war wohl nicht in der Box sondern ich bekam einen Ersatzschlüssel aus dem Büro. Den gesuchten Schlüssel fand ich in dem Türbriefkasten des Appartments durch Zufall - jeder hätte nachts den Schlüssel holen können und Zugang zum Appartment gehabt. Zugesichertes Wlan war weder der zutreffende Name des Zugangs auf Finnisch mitgeteilt worden noch das Wlanpasswort. Letzteres bekam ich erst nach der 2. Nachfrage um 21:28 per Mail und konnte es nicht mehr ausprobieren - statt dessen musste ich über Roaming ins Internet. Allgemeine Infos zum Appartment wie Wlan, Informationen zur Mülltrennung (die es wohl gibt) oder wo man den Schlüssel bei Abreise lassen soll gehören in ein Infoblatt auf den Tisch im Appartment.

The property was very cosy and warm and thanks they keep the heater on.bed was good. hot water.

First time picking a key from one side and property on the other side this is the most terrible thing ,which is not mentioned in ads which is quite misleading. 2nd no communication or courtesy to message back when we message about the check out system and where to keep the key. 3rd again we had to walk about 30min to leave the key from where we picked that also after we spoke to booking.com customer service. No complimentary tea or coffee sachets,which every one provide.suggestion to keep one microwave rather than a big coffee machine. Please mention in ads that pick keys from different places and accommodation in different place.It is frustrating and wasting of time to go here and there as we come for limited time. Thank you

Asunnosta voisi useammin pyyhkiä pölyjä, kahvinkeitin oli paksun pölyn peitossa, myös matto oli melko tahrainen. Yhteydenpito oli melko haastavaa. Kokovartalopeili olisi käytännöllinen.

Autopaikkaa ei ole ollenkaan lähellä, eli omalle autolle saat etsiä paikkaa muualta, jopa tienvarsipysäköinti kielletty. Asunto kaipaisi perussiivouksen. Lattiakaivot likaiset ja haisevat. Ilmanvaihto venttiliit pölyisiä(kertoo siis siivouksen tason, eli pölyistä on) Majoittaja ei viesteihin vastaa. Sisäänkirjautumisen ohjeet piti erikseen kysyä.

Key pick up location was not near the accommodation so double taxi and wasn't ready at 4pm when it was supposed to be. Wouldn't say it was cheap or impressive on ant level.

Telkkaria piti katsoa sängystä joten selän taakse tyynyjä ei ollut. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaarin hana vuotaa lattialle.keittiön kaapit niin korkealla ettei 150 cm kunnolla ylety astioihin. Uuni/mikro törkeän likainen. Samaten jääkaappi ei ollut puhdas. Ohjeistusta autopaikoista ei ollut viesteistä joita sain.

Apartamento é ótimo, mto bem equipado, tem uma vista linda com neve, 1km do centro. Silencioso. Máquina de lavar, piso aquecido, top. Perfeito pra casal

Só tive o problema que aqui na booking estava chaves no local, daí fui pro local e demorei 2hs no frio até descobrir que a chave estava em outro lugar a uns 4km. 4 da tarde lá é noite e estava muito frio. Tinha me enviado um email com o endereço mas no meu país não usamos muito o email, achei que as informações na booking bastassem. Foi meu único problema com essa estadia.

Oli vähän pettymystä, kun siellä luki omat pysäköinti, mutta todellisuus tuli eri odotusta, että kyseli henkilökunnalta ja vastasi ei ole. Joten joudun etsimään mutts lähiympäristö oli pienet pysäköintimahdollisuuksia kuin ottaa riskiä sakkon kanssa.
