Un séjour magnifique, rien à dire! On a passé 6 jours à Maison Daouia et on s'est sentis comme à la maison. C'est le calme absolu. Khalid et Youssef sont toujours aux petits soins pour s'assurer qu'on ne manque de rien. Les échanges avec eux étaient tellement fluides qu'on avait l'impression de les connaître depuis toujours. La maison est super bien entretenue, les chambres sont très belles et d'une propreté irréprochable. Hanane prépare des petits déjeuners délicieux, elle a le sens du détail, se souvient toujours de nos préférences et sa gentillesse rend la discussion particulièrement agréable. La piscine est ultra propre et relaxante, le mobilier extérieur est impeccable, et il y a même des jeux de société à disposition. Sans oublier le hammam, disponible à la demande! Et bien sûr, la cerise sur le gâteau: notre meilleure amie à quatre pattes du séjour, Yuna. Une petite chienne adorable, bien élevée et tellement intelligente! On l'a tellement aimée que le départ était triste... mais c'est le signe qu'on s'est vraiment sentis chez nous. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe. On reviendra au plus vite parce que ça en vaut vraiment la peine. C'est l'un des rares endroits où j'ai un vrai coup de cœur et où je compte retourner, grâce à cette magnifique ambiance et au bon délire de chacun. Encore merci pour ce pur kiff! ❤️

O ponto menos favorável é estar um pouco distante do centro , mas que para nós foi ótimo pois é de uma tranquilidade total.

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour les chambres sont identiques au photos montrer sur le site , personnel adorable youssef et khaled sont au petit soin et font attention a chaque détail pour qu’en on es le meilleur service qu’il sois tout le personnel est top sans parler de la propreté c’est irréprochable et très bien entretenue merci a toute l’équipe pour votre bienveillance et votre travail formidable , les chambres sont décoré avec beaucoup de classe , en tout cas je reviendrais et je recommande les yeux fermés , ♥️

Certains clients prenaient des transats à la journée( en laissant les serviettes de bains), comme dans les grands complexes alors que l'établissement est familiale. Alors même que ces clients étaient absents toute la journée. Manque de respect pour autrui.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to acccomodate preferences and/or needs. The location, grounds and pool were perfect for a relaxed end to my trip after a week hiking in the High Atlas Mountains When I became unwell (unrelated to the hotel) a member of staff voluntered to drive to the pharmacy and collect what I needed. I xan not rate this hotel and staff highly enough.

This is not a dislike but please note..... This charming hotel is 30mins (150 Dirham) away from Marrakech if you want to explore the city. It is also a outside the pickup for some of the excursions.

Beautiful place, quiet, private and comfortable. Nice pool and bar next to it with super fresh cocktails! We asked for a special meal and they did it with no problem. Delish breakfast as well. Staff super friendly!

Le calme, les services proposés. Le Hammam avec massage était vraiment incroyable. Les petits déjeuners sont parfaits et les plats proposés très savoureux

Eine eigentlich sehr schön angelegte Unterkunft. Die Zimmer und der essensraum sind liebevoll gestaltet. Der Pool ist schön. Der Empfang von Youssef war super herzlich und nett.

Leider ist alles etwas in die Tage gekommen. Der Sportbereich ist rostig, die Dusche läuft aus, im Restaurant sind etwas random nicht ganz passende Details wie ein Spielautomat dazu gekommen, die nicht so ganz in Gesamtkonzept passen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Als wir da waren waren wir fast die einzigen Gäste, was sich teilweise etwas seltsam anfühlte da die Stimmung irgendwie etwas gedrückt war.

The cats that ushered us in, the two staff we met were nice.

The biggest issue I had with this hotel was the significant misrepresentation. 1. This is not a 5-star hotel—it is not even comparable to a 2-star motel. The room was outdated, unclean, and there was no hot water for showers. 2. The location was very poor. The hotel does not appear accurately on Google Maps, which made it difficult for taxi drivers to find. 3. Breakfast is advertised as included, but in reality it consisted only of coffee and bread. Do not be misled by the lower price—it is not worth it. We left Palais Namaskar on our final day because we were looking for a more budget-friendly option with a similar level of quality. That turned out to be a major mistake.

Maison Daouia was beautiful. We stayed at the hotel for a lot of the time because we enjoyed the vibe, the food and how hospitable all the staff were. It was such a pleasure to stay here and we will definitely be coming back to Marrakech just so we can stay again.

This was a great place with gorgeous sunsets, calm by the pool, great massages, hospitality everywhere, Youssef, Hanan, Siham and the rest of the staff were so nice. The food was freshly made and tastes incredible, overall great and beautiful experience. I will definitely come back.

Tout était parfait avec une chambre calme, très propre, un personnel adorable et aux petits soins, un petit déjeuner délicieux, la piscine où j’ai pu faire des longueurs tous les matins même si taille moindre que la piscine municipale avec le chant des oiseaux venant au bord. Je n’ai pris qu’un seul repas le jour de notre arrivée (nous étions 4), repas parfait et goûteux. Nous venions pour une fête familiale dans un riad proche ce qui explique le peu de repas à l’hôtel.

Accès un peu compliqué, mieux vaut s’y rendre en journée pour appréhender au mieux.

Les chambres sont toutes magnifiques et superbement décorées! Le jardin est superbe et le service très agréable! Youssef est au petit soin avec ses hôtes et ils est très agréable et plein de gentilles attentions . Il y a également un shala de yoga et des tapis à dispo, une table de ping-pong pour les enfants

Le hamam mériterait d’être un peu mieux équipé et décoré

Les repas, dîner et petit déjeuner, de piètre qualité: notamment la tajine à l’eau, le jus d’orange très coupé d’eau. C’est loin de la qualité attendue dans ce type d’établissement. En outre, pas d’eau dans la chambre, pas de thé d’accueil. De petits détails qui changent tout.

Grande chambre confortable. Repas très savoureux.

• Piscine non chauffée. • Emplacement très isolé, au milieu des champs : environ 30 minutes de voiture pour rejoindre la médina. Les trajets coûtent environ 300 DH aller-retour, ce qui représente un budget important. • Personnel souvent indisponible à l’accueil. • Portail constamment fermé, qui ne peut être déverrouillé que par le personnel via l’interphone. Ce n’est vraiment pas pratique, surtout quand personne ne répond à l’accueil et que l’on se retrouve à attendre à l’extérieur. • Petit déjeuner assez insipide. Servi seulement à partir de 8h30 par ailleurs : si vous avez une excursion tôt le matin, il faudra vous en passer et le personnel ne fera rien pour vous arranger. • Repas très bons, mais d’une lenteur infinie à être préparés. • Les excursions proposées par la maison Daouia sont beaucoup trop chères par rapport aux prix du marché. Par exemple, d’autres tours opérateurs comme Best of Marrakech proposent des tarifs bien plus compétitifs.

Banyo soğuktu, elektrikli ısıtıcı eklenebilir. Yerden ısıtma ünitesi varsa çalışır hale getirilebilir. Yazın daha iyi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ama kış için bazı geliştirmeler yapılabilir. Yinede güzeldi. Memnun kaldık.

I was visiting alone from NYC in room 3. Youssef was an excellent manager and receptionist. He was incredibly helpful and hospitable.

I liked the cleanliness and the simplicity of the space, the fact that the room is very well equipped with everything once need, even better than some luxury hotels I have been too. We also liked The tranquility of the space and the kindness of the team.

The road leading to the hotel is really bad , it Is very surprising that no efforts are made by the commune nore the hotel to make it easy for guests to reach out. The whole commune is dark and feels unsafe while driving by night.

La distance du centre de Marrakech. Un système de navette serait bien afin de pouvoir sortir en journée ou soirée.

Lieu extrêmement calme, paisible et reposant, loin de l’agitation du centre-ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, belles et très propres. Je me suis immédiatement sentie comme à la maison dans la chambre Lavande. La literie est très confortable et la décoration est soignée : chaque détail semble pensé avec goût et attention. Le chauffage fonctionne bien, ce qui est appréciable en hiver. Un minibar est disponible dans la chambre. Le lieu est magnifique, avec une superbe piscine, un rooftop et une atmosphère propice au calme et à la détente. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et fait maison (marocain). La cuisine est excellente : la cuisinière prépare notamment un tajine de poisson à tomber ! Youssef est un hôte exceptionnel, extrêmement attentionné. Il nous a donné de précieux conseils sur Marrakech, et toute son équipe est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et à l’écoute. Ils ont même eu la gentillesse de nous prêter des thermos pour notre thé: une attention très appréciée qui nous a réchauffés durant ce séjour de fin décembre (températures fraîches et averses)

Nous en étions conscients bien sûr, mais à noter simplement que Maison Douia est situé à environ 30 minutes du centre de Marrakech. Cette tranquillité et cette sérénité se paie par une certaine dépendance aux transports, donc prévoir le budget taxi. Il n’y a pas non plus de possibilités de restauration accessibles à pied aux alentours.

Propreté impeccable, personnel très disponible, le dîner était bon. Beaucoup d’espace mais impossible d’en profiter à cause de la météo difficile. Spa et salle de sport old school sur place.

La maison Daouia est située dans un endroit calme et reposant, loin de l'agitation de Marrakech. En revanche, la palmeraie, ou du moins, ce qu'il en reste n'offre aucuns restaurants ou activités autour de l'hôtel. L'hôtel a une piscine très agréable et un espace de sport sympathique.

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit pour être au calme avant notre retour à l'aéroport. Après avoir profité de l'après-midi, nous avons mangé au restaurant : bon mais trop cher (2x le prix par rapport à la médina pour la même chose). Concernant la chambre, les murs étant fins, nous avons été dérangés par nos voisins jusque tard dans la nuit... Et enfin, il était prévu un petit déjeuner léger à 6h30 avant notre départ à l'aéroport. Le réceptionniste s'est endormi, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de déjeuner, sans excuses. Le prix de la nuit reste cher pour une telle prestation.

Très bon séjour. Exactement ce que nous recherchions. Calme, sérénité, belle piscine, spa : hammam et massages excellents. Merci à Youssef pour son sourire et amabilité. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant. Les repas sont bons et le petit déjeuner copieux. Vraiment tout était parfait ! Un peu excentré de la médina mais c’était notre choix. Accessible sans problème en taxi. Je recommande et serais ravie de revenir.

Beautiful cozy rooms, with the eye for the detail! The whole resort is perfect: super pool, nice pool beds, good menu choice. The staff is very kind! Perfect for a getaway from the city (around 30 min from Marrakesh).

Distance to the Medina was totally okay for us as we were looking for a place like that!

Un posto incantevole! Si viene coccolati in tutti i modi, le stanze sono curate nei dettagli, pulite, profumate. La piscina più bella di tutta la vacanza in Marocco, attrezzata con bagno esterno e doccia. Davvero una meraviglia. Si mangia davvero benissimo. È un po’ lontano da Marrakech, noi ci siamo andati di ritorno dal deserto, per stare tranquilli e a riposo dopo giorni faticosi.

I was travelling meeting up with family so only there for 1 night, the location is so tranquil and beautiful gardens. The rooms have a lovely boutique feel with everything you need. Thank you Khalid for the kind service, taking the time to explain everything and show me to my room.

The moment we walked onto the property, we felt a sense of calm wash over us. This property exceeded our expectations and the photos definitely do not do it justice at all. The room was spacious, big bed, and nice bathrooms with a big shower. The towels are soft as are the pillows. The staff were very accommodating in organizing us a transfer to the airport early on checkout day as well as arranging a pickup when our tour bus couldn't navigate the narrow roads to the property. I had also forgotten something in our room, which the hotel sent with another resident living in the UK to mail to me.

Every Thing Was really Good

Attention to detail!The decoration is modern Moroccan style with attention to colours! The grounds are so well kept,big communal areas for every purpose. The staff was amazing!Youssef,the manager is a real treasure for the business and Khalid made the best refreshing mocktails. Breakfast and meals were great and had a homely feel.10/10 the entire staff made our days and we are looking forward to coming back next time we find ourselves in Marrakesh.

The room that we eventually got moved to was fantastic and comfortable. All of the hosts were attentive and kind, making the stay very enjoyable. Laying by the pool was relaxing, and despite it only being a short stay for us, they were able to fit us in for massages, body scrubs and pedicures.

The location was a bit in the middle of nowhere and and getting there in the evening using a taxi from Marrakesh was a bit of an ordeal, driving in pitch darkness through sandy roads with little signage. Regarding this, the resort does have taxi firm(s) they work with and will make it easier getting to and from the property, their drivers who know what they're getting into and prices are transparent in that case. Another issue was that the AC in our original room had issues, not working very well and very noisy - we were told it was because of a recent sandstorm. Luckily they were able to move us after our first night, since they wouldn't have been able to get an engineer our until a later date.

Though a bit far from the city but perfect for a get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech! We were there only for a night but I wish we had booked for a few more days. May be next time!

Everything. We arrived late and we were welcomed by the owners. Very friendly and kind! We had a car do it was easy. The property is stunning; ideal to chill, enjoy doing little and simply appreciate the beautiful place.

Lovely peaceful hotel away from the madness of Marrakesh. Perfect desert escape that’s still close to the city. Exceptional hotel for the price. Beautiful architecture, extremely attentive and helpful staff, great chefs. We’ve booked again for the end of our trip :)

It was a bit difficult for our taxi driver find, one or two more signs would have helped on nearby roads without them (but greatly appreciated directions and phone number sent in advance to be on hand to help with this).

Everything about it wqs excellent; was so clean , well looked after amazing furniture and room layout. The staff was so lovely and helpful ; excellent customer service. Catered to our personal interest. Felt like our home.

We stayed there on the night of the earthquake that hit the central part of Morocco. As much as the experience was terrifying, we couldn't have been at a better place to got through it. The place was as safe as could be for this type of catastrophe, and most importantly, the owner and staffs who were on site and who could make it to work the next morning were stellar in the way the handled everything. They kept their cool, were reassuring and it was wholesome to witness the way the team cared for each other. A little more on the safety of the place: - the property respects anti-seismic norms, is low built (everything is ground floor), and it is fairly easy to evacuate the rooms. We were sitting on the porche of our room when it hit, and were out of perceived danger (in the middle of the garden) in a few seconds. Were we in bed, the path to evacuate to garden is completely unobstructed. -NOTHING moved inside the rooms, and that includes the decorative elements on the walls or fourniture. I admit that after spending a few hours in the garden and going through a second after-wave sometime in the middle of the night, we were so drained out that we ended going back inside and felt confident the roof was not going to fall on us. Outside of emergency contexts, I recommend the place. It is overall nice and homey, the rooms are cute and neatly kept, and I loved hanging in and around the pool.
