Windows kids room on ground floor could not open as to leave them open overnight. It wasn’t secure. We had to take our rubbish and had to pay a bond which we then had to chase up to get it returned.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine und genügend Geschirr um diese auch sinnvoll nutzen zu können. Die Lage ist super! Alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen - keine 5min an den Strand und keine 10min bis ins Zentrum! Und trotzdem wohnt man ruhig.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Heel mooi eigendom voorzien van alle comfort. Alles is aanwezig (behalve overwanten mss) in keuken, kamers, badkamers en woonkamer om te kunnen genieten van uw verblijf. Dicht bij centrum en strand van De Panne. Management van eigendom is ook uitzonderlijk goed !

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025J'ai aimé le calme de la villa, sa situation proche de tout, proche de la plage, sa décoration simple et chic. Le confort du salon, des chambres, l'électroménager tout était parfait
Le seul minuscule bémol, était les escaliers un peu raides pour mes vieux genoux et qu'il n'y avait pas de toilette au niveau de la cuisine, salle à manger et salon.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Rustig gelegen in mooie Dumontwijk op wandelafstand van het strand. De villa is heel verzorgd, proper en comfortabel. Communicatie met Westkust villa's loopt heel vlot. Wel rekening houden met 2 trappen om de slaapkamers te bereiken: 1 slaapkamer met badkamer is via de trap naar beneden. De 2de slaapkamer, ook met badkamer bereik je via de trap naar boven. Dit vormt zeker geen probleem indien je mobiel bent. Alles is aanwezig, zelfs wasmachine in de garage! Kortom een aanrader voor een verblijf in De Panne.
Even probleem met Wifi. Maar werd snel opgelost.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025The apartment has a lot of history and is beautifully restored with lots of modern features. The kitchen was very well equipped. We stayed during Christmas and there was even a Christmas tree and some decorations, which made it feel very warmly and welcome. The location is excellent in a quiet street, but close to the beach, the tram and the city. The car can be parked in front of or in the garage. It was great to have two separate bathrooms. The downstairs toilet is in its own room, whereas the shower and sink are within the bedroom. The upstairs bathroom is completely separate from the upstairs bedroom.
The soundproofing within the house is not the best (likely given its old history), if you are sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, you will hear the people walking upstairs in the kitchen. As we stayed as a family, it was not really a problem, since we wanted to get up all at the same time anyway.
