When my wife and myself arrived, Nico was there to give us a warm welcome. He is a very helpful and lekker person to be around. His accommodation was amazing! And the Braai was awesome we tanned some good meat that evening. I highly recommend the Lily Ellipsis , we braught our Dogs with and they had a great time with Lily (: and the accommodation is a walk away from the beach. Stunning place to stay just wow. God Bless this amazing home.

I booked this Airbnb for my friends, and from the moment I made the reservation, Nico was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay and loved Nico’s warmth and hospitality. They felt completely at home and especially appreciated the homemade milk tart waiting for them on arrival — such a thoughtful touch! On their last evening, Nico even left them a note letting them know they could enjoy a relaxed morning and didn’t need to rush to check out. It was such a kind gesture and really showed how much he cared about making their stay comfortable. I would absolutely book with Nico again and highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay! Nico is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome. He was incredibly flexible and understanding, especially when we arrived much later than expected on check-in day. His calm and positive attitude immediately put us at ease. The welcome treats were absolutely amazing, and Nico made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming, and clearly well cared for. My wife still can't stop talking about the milk tart, which was truly the cherry on top! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning. Good location close to Gansbaai

We had a wonderful stay at Lili Ellipsis. Nico (and Lilly) were incredibly warm and welcoming, and Nico’s homemade melktert was such a special touch. Truly authentic South African hospitality in a peaceful and beautiful setting. We would happily return!

Everything! Greeted by Jack the cat, the owner Nico and gregarious little Lili!

There is nothing NOT to like.

The warm welcome and the little touches that Nico provided eg chocolate on the beds and small treats for our dog Bella. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Location was exactly what we needed. My wife and I could not have asked for a better place to stay for the price point. There were many little things the host Nico added. The chocolate on every pillow, coffee, tea, milk and sugar was supplied, which was unexpected. And we found a milk tart in the fridge as a welcome gift. We will most definitely be back.

I did mention a door stop to the main bedroom is needed. The door bangs into the wall if opened too fast. Nico said he would get it sorted. It's not really a negative thing, just something that needs to be added.

Friendly Nico was there to meet us and hand over they keys.

The décor was completely my style and made the space feel so welcoming and comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay, and the location was ideal - just a short walk to the beach, where we spent most of our time. Nico was such a wonderful host: friendly, helpful, and genuinely inviting, which really made us feel at home. It was the perfect getaway, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

Baie dankie Nico vir 'n wonderlike tyd by Lilli Ellipsis. Vanaf ons verwelkom is tot ons huis toe gegaan het was ons op die hande gedra. Ons was verwelkom met n lekker bederf in die yskas en op ons bed toe ons daar kom!! Ons gaan defnitief weer kom kuier!!

We liked everything about this place. Nico and Lili are wonderful hosts and the attention to detail was extraordinary. We felt welcome and safe. Can't wait to go back.

Host Nico and Lilly was Excellent. Nico really went all out with providing of fresh towels/clean beds/coffee/tea even a lovely welcome letter with a desert made with love. We had a lovely stay. Hope to come again soon.

Nico en Kleine Lili, ons het Nie woorde. Julle is die beste!!! Als is netjies en daar is Alles wat mens nodig het en nog Meer. Nico is altyd beskikbaar en dierbaar verby!!! Ons Sien julle verseker weer!!!!!

Lili ellipsis...such an experience! Quaint cottage with a beautiful wrap around garden, hammock, you can see the sea from your dining,hear the waves at night... The cottage is equipped with everything you need, is neat with comfortable linen, television, and good wifi. Then, coming to what makes it best, you can work with no interruptions cook meals while having a great view, your kids and dogs can play in the garden with Lili and two beautiful cats. And Nico is the best host, and an amazing human being. Thanks for everything, Lili and family. 💜

Exceptional quality and astonishing detail in every little thing. Home bake and incredible friendliness made our stay an absolute pleasure.

the 2x bedroom apartment is just large enough to comfortably house 4x people with cosy living/dining and kitchen space and surrounded by a beautifully kept garden large enough for children to play in and to have a braai and relax. loved the hangmat! Nico was a wonderful and accomodating host and even baked us a cake!

Nico is a wonderful host. Kind and generous and attentive. Our stay was wonderful. The location is great, 350m from the sea. The cottage has everything you need and more. The cosy electric blankets were just what we needed for the cold winter evenings. We will be back to make use of the hammock in summer!
