Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Para mí la ubicación del Hostal cerca del terminal rodoviario era ideal; y aunque el centro de Temuco queda lejos, con Uber se soluciona. El personal fue muy amable y hogareño.
Dado que el Hostal está junto a una gran avenida sugiero considerar que de noche hay mucho ruido.

Supuestamente te esperaban hasta las 00.30 hs, llegamos 23.35 y no nos abrió nadie! Nos dejaron afuera!!! Habiendo avisado por WhatsApp y todo. Una vergüenza!

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026La ubicación es excelente si necesitas estar cerca del rodoviario. Me recibieron muy bien, cordiales bienvenida, el cuarto con una cama de Plaza y media, super cómodo. Baño compartido que tuve la suerte de que fuera solo para mi, tiene todo lo necesario.
A estar frente a una de las calles mas transitadas, es muy ruidoso. Tal vez si cambiaran las aberturas por dvh, mejoraría notablemente el aislamiento acústico

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Simple accommodation close the bus station. Nothing else immediately around the Hostal. All you get is the bed in the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept ok. We used the shared kitchen. The shared bathroom was clean
Our check in took nearly an hour. I think there was a communication problem when we arrived due to a power cut. There was some noise from the main road and other guests. The walls are very thin. Small rooms too

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026Elegimos esta residencia precisamente porque incluía desayuno, no mencionan en ningún lado de la publicación que los días domingo no se considera para lo ofrecido, por lo que consideramos que la información publicada no es clara ni completa. Otra situación es el ruido molesto durante toda la noche, justo nos tocó la habitación que da hacia la calle. Y por último, el colchón se sentían los resortes, no fue nada de cómodo.

The neighborhood is sketchy, we only spent 1 night, and wouldn't want to stay longer. Walls are thin and you hear every passing car as the hostel is on the main street.
