到着した時には既に暗かったのでわかりませんでしたが、朝、カーテンを開けると目の前に素晴らしい景色が広がっていました。お部屋はコンパクトでしたが、必要なものは揃ってました。

日が暮れてからの到着になってしまったのですが、敷地内が真っ暗で車を停める場所や部屋がみつかりにくかったです（通ると灯りがついたりはしました）車を停める場所などについて電話とメッセージがきましたが、雨も降っていたので、いるなら出てきて案内してほしかったです。

Quiet with a wonderful rural view. Cottages were lovely with everything that one could need.

It was cold t wet so the outdoor kitchen wasn't suitable. No washing facilities,we had been away from home and had washing to do. Heat pump blew cold air so couldn't use it. No one answered the phone,tried several times.

I was a little cold. I could figure out the heater. Also, there was no working wifi.

Very comfy, clean and felt like you were in the country only being minutes from everything we needed.

Great place to stay at before the airport - but still be in nature. 25 mins away.

Kitchen felt a little....dirty as it is outside. Lots of cobwebs.

Cannot fault anything. It was exceptional.

A warm and prompt response upon booking, with clear instructions on arrival and any requirements I needed (parking). The room was immaculate. Beautiful, thoughtful and homely. I immediately felt relaxed and wished I’d booked longer to be honest. The shower was fantastic, aircon/heating if needed, bed was so incredibly comfortable and I had the best nights sleep. Additionally they provided complimentary breakfast the next day- I’ve never seen such a thoughtful and tended to community kitchen!

On booking confirmation it was stated no meals included in the room rate, however breakfast was stated on the email regarding check in, instruction. This was in a self service outdoor kitchen, when were expecting a microwave,toaster and kitchenware in our unit, as stated on booking confirmation. The outdoor kitchen was too cold for having tea in, in April.

Great provisions for self cook breakfast. Peaceful location in rural setting.

Lovely host, excellent communication, responsive, very kind, and helpful. Beautiful property. The main apartment we stayed in (Room E) had a fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining room. We also had two other double rooms (A and B) which were just perfect. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Great location, within close distance to Maxwell’s golf course and some great coffee spots. Cute animals in nearby paddock.

Absolutely romantic. Beautiful location looking over paddocks, quiet, serene. Extremely clean and comfortable in every way. It was most relaxing and I enjoyed the large comfortable bath. Beautifully decorated and the most comfortable bed!

Decor, the bed, the bathroom, the outdoor shared kitchen was so cute! Sitting outside enjoying the serenety of the venue.

The location is lovely and so are the rooms, the outdoor kitchen is well equipped and a delightful spot.

Roaming old dog set off the sensor lights outside our room. While pretty clean the room was not up to my wife's exacting expectations of cleanliness.

Peaceful, farm setting, llamas next door in the grassy yard. Outdoor kitchen, well equipped, fix your own breakfast, nice touch.

It was a little remote for me but some people may like that.

Actually, we used mostly our own Breakfast bits as it was our last Breakfast before flying out back to Australia. Left a few things in the pantry cupboard.

No big deal but I was hoping to pat one of the Alpacas. That didn't happen. Jane and I really enjoyed the stay. What a great setting!

The one drawback was pulling out onto the main road in the morning. Give yourself some extra time is all if you have to be somewhere “on time.”

Loves the communal kitchen option. This is a gem of a place to stay especially good for location relatively near the airport so peaceful so relaxing looking out over countryside with a delightful country feel.

I dont normally post reviews but this location for us was peaceful, the room was large, comfortable, clean and the view was exceptional across sunflower fields, and llamas in the next field. Would definitely book again. Felt safe with the gated entrance and security coded door. Communication during our stay from the owner to make sure we had everything we needed was a nice touch.

Wish we had booked longer., happy with everything.

Needed a table and chair to eat and work at. Room was stuffy on arrival, maybe have a room freshener available.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean place to relax, I definitely recommend it

A wonderful, peaceful, rural location adjacent Sunflower fields. Spacious, beautifully decorated, lodges with private outdoor seating area and lovely views. A communal, well equipped outdoor kitchen for self catering, but with some breakfast foods provided.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Die gemeinschafts Küche dürfte wieder mal gereinigt werden. Doch sehr schön.

Did not use the breakfast option.

For the parking of 4 vehicles, painted lines would help. When we arrived on the first night we were obliged to park in front of the other vehicles, thereby hindering anyone with an earlier start than us. The white car was the problem - no consideration for anyone else. The door to Suite D rattles in the wind.

Everything is amazing however kitchen needs to be wiped and cleaned out more often too much dust in cupboards

The accommodation was like a port in the storm for me. I needed some deep rest and the room gave me just that. The sheets and towels were of exceptional quality and I felt looked after and safe. They made sure I knew how to work the security gate for my early start the next day . Very clear instructions and everything I needed. Really delighted.

Very lovely accommodation with great outdoor kitchen. Perfect for a calm night before flying out of Auckland.

Our room was clean. The kitchen is well equiped. Staff reacted quickly to an AC issue my daughter had.

The room was beautiful with gorgeous decor. The bed was comfortable. The small room kitchenette was handy, and the larger shared kitchen has everything you need. The land is beautiful and great for kids to play and pets to walk around. The staff were great and friendly. Loved that it was pet friendly.

There was a dog (likely the owners) that barked the whole time. It disrupted the peace slightly and was annoying.

The refrigerator was humming the whole time, so we had to turn it off. The noise from the street was impossible to ignore.

Easy, no hassle access. A very pretty room set among flower gardens and a paddock with alpacas and sheep right outside the window. It had a little fridge with tea and coffee, but the best bit was the fantastic outdoor kitchen. It had a coffee maker, and eggs and bread supplied. Everything was clean and tidy, in beautiful peaceful surroundings. I was only here for one night, but if I'm staying in Karaka again, I will definitely be back. Great value for money. Thank you

We loved the location, beautiful view, and interesting farm animals. We appreciated and took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the lovely view while eating.

The mattress is getting a little tired, not too bad but becoming a little too soft.

Quiet and wonderful country views looking out to Pukekohe Liked the idea of the outdoor area for cooking breakfast which we did for one morning of our stay. Would be a great place for family groups if they are staying in the other rooms. Nice big room with a big bed, and onsuite. We loved it, definitely would come back.

Parking is provided with clear instructions but some guests aren't so good at reading them and so park inconsiderately that they don't allow space for others. Some parking lines on the driveway might help here.

What a place! Wonderful views around the farmlands of the area and a delightful clean and comfortable room. It was such a delight and to at ay here.

It was a quiet rural property with good parking. Loved the outdoor kitchen, shame we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it.

Great location for the rugby tournament I was attending. Room was clean tidy and everything you need. Self serve breakfast was great (eggs on toast). Secure location behind an automatic gate which was great for offstreet parking.
