Хасан, сотрудник. Очень старался. Он очень хорошо парень, и делал все что было нужно. Всегда было чисто и комфортно. Ему огромное спасибо. По поводу номера, чистый большой. Цена качество однозначно хорошее.

Мы опоздали на лодку в аэропорт. Ситуация в которой все и я тоже виноват. Руководитель Хасана, нам сказал что в 5.45 нам нужно выехать из отеля. Он не сказал а я не спросил во сколько отправление лодки, она в 6.00 . Он сказал что передал время Хасану а он не приехал. Он думал что время в 7.00 отправления . До этого в Вотсапе , руководитель писал что время отправления в 7.00 . В общем прошу когда едите на локальный остров не оставляйте на ответственность отеля время своего отправления. Вы сами должны все уточнить заранее.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. La chambre familiale pour cinq personnes était confortable. L’établissement était propre et bien situé, à seulement trois minutes à pied de la plage. C’était un emplacement idéal pour profiter de l’île tout en restant au calme. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour un séjour à Ukulhas.

Les toilettes sont situées juste en face du lit, ce qui est un peu moins agréable. De plus, la porte coulissante de la salle de bain/toilettes était assez difficile à ouvrir et à fermer.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Tropico Villa verbracht. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig getauscht. Man konnte am Vorabend bis 7 Uhr das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag aus vielen Variationen auswählen. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend.

Das Personal war freundlich, es wirkte aber alles etwas unorganisiert. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass ein Mitarbeiter für alles zuständig ist obwohl mehr Personal vor Ort war.

La colazione ottima. Lo staff disponibile alle richieste, l'ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto la colazione molto presto prima di prendere il transfert! Camera pulita..aria condizionata funziona bene. Bagno spazioso. Bella l'area comune. Camera silenziosa.

Iniziale disguido con un letto, dovevano essere 2, ma ne hanno subito aggiunto un singolo. Non troppa disponibilità per un cambio date che mi é stato rifiutato.

Uwaga! Zamówiony przeze mnie nocleg mimo pisania i potwierdzenia rezerwacji nastąpił overbooking. Na szczęście na wyspie były inne miejsca noclegowe. Najśmieszniejsze jest to ze mimo wystąpienia powielenia rezerwacji i fizycznego braku miejsc na platformie booking.com dalej widnialy wolne miejsca noclegowe. Dlatego przestrzegam żeby nie było na miejscu zdziwienia ze zostajecie bez noclegu.

Hôtel très propre , déco sympathique , bon petit déjeuner , literie confortable . Staff également très gentil . Bon rapport qualité prix pr l île .

Großes , sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr hilfbereit. Wir waren mit drei Kindern und es war wundervoll dort. Strand ist 3 Minuten geht Weg erreichbar.

Le personnel est assez froid. Petit-déjeuner mauvais. Les œufs sont préparés à l'avance puis réchauffés au micro-ondes.

Das Tropico Villa ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer sehr tollen Ausstattung der Zimmer, sowie einer eigenen Terrasse, wo einem direkt eines des Besten Frühstück mit viel Abwechslung serviert wird , man kann 5 verschiedene Frühstück Arten wählen in dem man einem Abend zuvor das Frühstück sowie die Uhrzeit wann man frühstücken möchte vorbestellt. Der Besitzer Shimbe sowie Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sehr sehr zuvorkommend mit ihrem gesamten Service, in einem liebevollem Flair wo man sich sehr sehr wohl fühlt.

Velmi nápomocný a vstřícný personál, majitel byl s námi rovněž v kontaktu, sdělil nám veškeré informace o ostrově, splnil každý náš požadavek, zajistil výlety.

Está bastante bien y el Sr. Que está siempre Hassan (creo) es muy servicial. Está céntrico.

Techo de chapa que hace que suene mucho la lluvia o el caer de mangos del árbol. Huele un poco a humedad. Faltaría algunos arreglos.

Очень красивый отель в райском саду. Мы бронировали 4 номера и отдыхали с друзьями 7 дней. На территории работал Хасан, который отлично решал дела, уборка, обмен полотенец, завтраки, поддерживал чистоту сада. Отдельно стоит оценить его работу и помощь нам. Нас встретили на причале и довезли чемоданы до виллы. Обратно также проводили на скоростную лодку ко времени отбытия. Мы довольны отдыхом. Кстати, на территории отеля несколько манговых деревьев. Манго падают и мы их собирали и кушали , через 3—5 дней после созревания.

Малое количество номеров, все как дома.

Мы провели 10 дней в гестхаусе «Тропико Вилла» всей семьей, двое взрослых и двое детей, и остались в очень довольны. Впечатления от проживания и отдыха самые приятные. Хочется отметить, что еще до нашего приезда все организационные вопросы были полностью решены, а на все уточнения мы получали быстрые и исчерпывающие ответы. По нашему мнению, вилла расположена крайне удачно, в стороне от основных строек, поэтому нам не пришлось столкнуться с проблемой шума или неприглядного вида, о которых иногда говорили другие туристы. Какие-то работы иногда велись, но нам это абсолютно не мешало. Атмосфера внутри гестхауса очень теплая, уютная и доброжелательная. Даже во время дождей и ливней было невероятно приятно сидеть в ухоженном дворике, любуясь зеленью, а персонал всегда предусмотрительно зажигал антимоскитные спирали, чтобы сделать наш отдых еще комфортнее. Персонал в целом очень внимательный и заботливый, любые наши просьбы и вопросы решались максимально быстро. На территории чистота и порядок, дорожки ежедневно подметают, листья убирают. До пляжа буквально 5 минут неспешной прогулки, рядом магазины и рестораны.. Однозначно рекомендуем это место для семейного отдыха, только не забудьте коралловые тапочки! Мы уезжаем с массой прекрасных воспоминаний и желанием вернуться снова.

Конечно, если придираться можно найти и недостатки. Но если адекватно оценивать действительность, и понимать, что это не резорт а локальный остров, считаю что соотношение цены и качества выше всех похвал.

Great stay! The hotel is in a convenient spot - close enough to the beach but away from the noisy construction. Room was spacious, very clean, with a comfy bed and strong air-con. Pickup and drop-off from the transfer boat was super handy. Would definitely stay again!

Only small downsides: rooms windows faced an internal courtyard so no real privacy with curtains open, and excursions/activities are pricey (especially solo), though that’s the case across the island.

Location is great, just in the middle of the island so it’s easy to reach any point from it. Big rooms, very beautiful courtyard. AC worked perfectly. Rooms were cleaned every day, if there were any issues the staff was always there to help. Special thanks to Mohsin, he was all the time so kind and helpful!

We loved our time at Tropico Villa! The villa is just a few steps from the beach, and we spent most of our days swimming and enjoying the island. The room was cozy, very clean, and had great air-conditioning which made it super comfortable after being out in the sun. Breakfast was always fresh and filling, and we appreciated having different options every day. What really made the difference was the friendly and attentive host who helped us organize activities and made everything easy. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure , highly recommended!

The location is perfect , just a short walk to the beach, and the garden gives such a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every day, and we especially appreciated the warm hospitality. Отличный гостевой дом. Территория небольшая, но уютная. Тихо, несмотря на то, что вокруг идет интенсивное строительство. Расположен посредине острова, до пляжа не более 150 метров.

The Beach in Uklus is open to high waveves , difficult for kids and people how did not know how to swim, my kids was afraid to swim due to the high waveves , and the mosquitoes in the Maldives will eat you alive, you must put the mosquito cream every night.

We picked Tropico Villa last minute and honestly had zero regrets. The place feels cozy right away, like you can just drop your bags and relax. We ended up chatting for hours outside without even realizing the time. There’s always someone around if you need help. Our room was clean, had everything we needed. We found a little spot by the beach where we’d sit and talk in the evenings. Felt safe, slept great, and left wishing we booked another night.

Everything at Tropico Villa was really good… we loved the Maldivian breakfast a lot… the place is so calm and peaceful… the garden is nice and we had breakfast there every day which we really enjoyed… it’s just like a minute walk to the beach so super close… staff were very friendly and always there when we needed something… had a great time overall

-The facilities were new. -Shower properly working and had hot water -Wifi connection was stable everywhere -Hasan the staff was really caring, we could choose different breakfast every day and what time you wanna received it. - They provide 40$ per person, pick up and drop off from male airport. - Bring dollars with you, you can pay anywhere with dollars.

-The windows are facing the common area so there is no privacy. -all the rooms are the same so you cannot open the curtains at any time day or night, so no daylight or view. - During rain there was water leakage from the wall above the desk so it wet our items.

We had a wonderful stay at Tropico Villa. Everything was done on time, from breakfast to helping us with our daily plans. We especially enjoyed the traditional Maldivian breakfast, it was delicious and something new for us. The team was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had such a relaxed, cozy vibe. Just got back from a lovely stay at Tropico Villa, and I’m already missing it! The atmosphere was super laid-back and welcoming—exactly what I needed to unwind. Our stay at Tropico Villa was excellent! The property is very well maintained, the inner yard is very nice. The room was spotless, they cleaned the room every day, changed the towels every day. They provided beach towels. It is closed to bikini beach. For breakfast you can choose from multiple delicious options. Staff members was very responsive to our requests. They helped us in different situations. We recommend Tropico Villa guest house.

So many things.... - Transfers - they don't provide any transfers, they only tell you how to get in and out from the island - Breakfast - Not great and very poorly organised. - Very expensive trips and not well organised (hence why we only have done one) - Room - Cleaning was only done if you asked; towels were the same; even toilet paper.

Our stay at Tropico Villa was awesome! Surrounded by lush greenery plants, this hotel felt like a hidden paradise. The villa was beautifully designed, the room is spacious and clean. The equipments are new. Shimbe was warm, attentive, and talkative. We went on a trip, which was amazing. We enjoyed breakfast on the private yard.

It's my second time to stay at Tropico Villa. I visited in January because Shimbe told me that mangoes will be ready in January! Sure, there are a lot of mangoes on the tree. But hard to get!!! The reception team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. And that day when we arrived was hot. They turned on the air conditioner before we got into the room. Super thoughtful! The room102 is my favorite, well-equipped, two king beds. The mattress is comfortable. We left Ukulhas at 6:45 a. m, Hassan helped us to carry luggage to the harbor.

They have also an amazing outside space, where you can chill and cool corner with plenty of different games 🃏🎲Wonderfull breakfast is included with 7 different choices. Very kind owner and helpful staff who always trying their best to accommodate all your requests 😊 Very convenient option for it’s money 🥰

We recently stayed at Tropico Villa and it was an perfect experience. The rooms are new and beautifully designed, providing comfortable atmosphere. They serve a very good breakfast and they have also a couple of options for vegetarian. They also have a huge collection of must-have board games which are perfect for rainy days. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful, they really cared for their guests to make them a most comfortable stay as possible.

I had an unforgettable solo stay at Tropico Villa in Ukulhas. The location is perfect, just a short walk to a stunning beach ideal for snorkeling and relaxing. My room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a day of adventure. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay special. My stay at Trópico villa was absolutely amazing. Room was neat and cozy, all facilities were well maintained. Every morning I enjoyed sun and coffee at my small terrace 🥰 They offer nice variety of breakfast options. Villa is located in the heart of the island and you can walk everywhere, beach is just few minutes away. Special thanks to host Shimbe, who took a really good care to make my stay memorable and smooth.

Nice and helpful staff - Hassan, he did not have to but he took us to harbour looking for sharks, it was great opportunity to talk and learn new things. A lot of options for breakfast (in different places on Maledives we had only 2, here are around 5), best breakfast for us was french toast. Clean room, its all new and you can see that at first sight. There are board games, hair dryer, TV, mini fridge. Not long walk from beach, great café (Beach Blends) and Baraboa excursion (we visit her because we are all from Czech ;) ) Ukulhas is really tourist island, lots of cafes, restaurants, hotels and villas. Very big beach for tourists (in fact almost the whole beach you can use, but be respectful and where there are locals just not swim without t-shirt and longer shorts). Beach is also great for chilling and there is one great guy (grand dad) on beach selling coconuts.

The whole island is in progress, so lot of noises and garbage. But it will be so nice when its done. And there will be also a pathway 👌.

Very nice and well maintained hotel. The manager is doing a good job to make guests happy and comfortable. This is a new hotel, everything is fresh, nice and clean. I highly recommend it.

We felt very comfortable during our stay at Tropico Villa. The room and the bathroom were spacious and cleaned daily. Equipped with TV, A/C, kettle, small fridge, safe and hair dryer. For breakfast we had several options to choose from and all we tried were tasty. The host Shimbe was very accommodating and answered all our questions prior to our arrival (1st timers in Maldives). Everything around is placed conveniently and within walking distance (its' a small island anyway). Thanks again to Shimbe, Hassan and Zidhan for looking after us ! Overall great Holiday !
