Struttura semplice e essenziale

The room is clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is conveniently located to delicious food and within walking distance to Gwangalii beach. Best of all, the owner is super kind and very friendly. She shared about her art and gave me an umbrella to keep during my stay. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again for my next visit.

the cleanliness is lacking with spots on curtains and blanket, as well as hair on the floor or hair in the bathroom. The owner is very sweet and friendly, but she unlocked and entered my room two times without prior notice in the evening to hand in new towels

le calme, l’hôtel et suffisamment prêt de tout mais en même temps dans un endroit trés calme donc pas de probleme de nuisance sonore le soir. la simplicité, l'essentiel est là pour une bonne experience a Busan. l’échange trés cordial et de qualité que nous avons eu avec la personne qui tient l'hotel. Un vrai plaisir de discuter avec elle.

Peut-être un petit meuble de rangement pour les vêtements aurait été le bienvenue. En même temps, pour 3 jours, pas besoin de beaucoup de vêtements donc ce n’était pas très pénalisant de garder tout dans les sacs.

This hotel is overpriced and not worth the money. The most serious issue was that the owner “the nice lady according to the comments” entered my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. She knocked, assumed nobody was inside, and walked into my room without permission. She immediately left after seeing me because she was clearly surprised that someone was there. This is a serious violation of privacy and completely unacceptable. I had read reviews describing this lady as very kind, but my experience was the opposite. She comes across as fake nice. She apologized afterward, but even during the apology she claimed she “didn’t know,” despite the Do Not Disturb sign being clearly visible on the door. The hotel also advertises check-in at 5:00 p.m., which is already unreasonably late. In reality, the rooms are ready about two hours earlier. To make things worse, I was told to turn off the air conditioning every time I left the room. For a hotel charging around €70 per night, this is simply ridiculous. Overall, this hotel is overpriced for what it offers. You can stay in Haeundae for half the price, enjoy better accommodations, and have easier access to most tours, which depart from there. I moved here because it is marketed as a better area, but the reality is that it is more touristy, more expensive, and offers no real advantage. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Best hotel we stayed at in South Korea! Room was comfortable, clean, and roomy. The host was so very kind and sweet. We chatted for several minutes and she even offered to help with my laundry after a long travel day. Highly reccomend!

부산갈때 자주 가는곳 살짝 낡았지만 편하고 깨끗하고 잡냄새없고 좋음 숙소근처에 약간 걸어나가면 맛집들도 많고 카페도 많고 바닷가도 5~7분걸림

옆건물주차장쪽은 창문을 닫아도 주차들락거릴때 소리가 좀 들려요 피곤해서 잘잤지만 창문열어두면 많이 거슬릴것같네요

Walking distance from the beach and with a convenient store just in front of it. Very close to the main road while being a bit on the side, you can still hear the cars driving by but the noise is manageable. The staff was every kind and friendly.

I arrived a bit earlier than the check in time and the manager was super friendly and accommodating. I felt like I was visiting a friend because we sat and chatted for a while and it was such a warm welcome from a very interesting person. I found the bed very comfy and the location was perfect for my needs.

Die Dame war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt und bin sehr gerne zurück ins Hotel gekommen.

Hotel był bardzo blisko wszystkich atrakcji, plaży i przystanków, a na przeciwko jest convenient store co jest jeszcze lepsze gdy zabraknie wody lub przekąsek. W pokoju było czysto, przyjemnie i nie za głośno mimo, że było blisko głównej ulicy. Personel był tak miły, że czułeś się jakbyś był w domu!

When I first arrived, there was no staff on site and the key pickup was completely self-service. There was only a phone number left at the counter, no one there to welcome guests, and when I called, the owner simply told me to take the key myself. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have chosen this place. The pillow smelled like sweat, and I kept feeling sand-like particles on the floor, which made me seriously question whether the room had been cleaned properly at all. There wasn’t even a suitable chair for the vanity table, so I had to awkwardly stand while doing my makeup. Also, the room only gets electricity when the key card is inserted, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re staying for several consecutive days. As soon as you step out of the room, the hallway reeks of sewage from the bathroom drains. If you’re even slightly sensitive to smells or cleanliness, I absolutely do not recommend staying here. Spend a little more money and find somewhere better.

Just what I needed. A nice clean convenient place to stay. Comfortable and great location. The staff was super friendly. I even got to talk to the owner about my kilt. ^^

엘리베이터에서 그리고 로비라고 볼수 있는 공간이 냄새가 나요.

시설은 깨끗한 편이고, 화장실이 넓습니다.

겨울철 화장실이 조금 춥습니다.

위치가 좋아요.

겨울에는 너무 추워요. 난방이 안 되는 것 같고 침대에 전기장판 작은 거 하나 있어서 침대를 쓰지 않는 이상은 너무 추웠어요. 특히 화장실 너무 추움... 다행히 에어컨은 있어서 여름에는 좋을 것 같네요.

광안리 해변가는 가까움

객실이 많이 좁고 출입키도 열쇠키라 소지하기 불편하였고 전반적시설이 일반 모텔수준보다 못함 주말이라도 가격이 많이 비싼편이라 또 이용할것 같지 않음

화장실이 넓고 방도 쾌적합니다, 지하철역과 가깝고 바로 옆에 편의점도 있어서 위치도 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

입실할때 냄새가 나서 환기를 했더니 좀 나았습니다.

Fantastic welcome, wonderful place, very comfortable, very clean. Easy to get around and close to all the beaches. I'll definitely be back someday. Highly recommended. Also, don't bother the lady because she's very dedicated to her job. Being with her is like being with your own mother. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer this morning due to personal issues, but I would have liked to spend some time talking to her.

Nos encantó el Hotel, porque la dueña fue muy amable en todo momento, lo que más valoramos fue que llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dejó hacer uso de la habitación para poder dejar nuestras cosas y salir a disfrutar de la Ciudad. El lugar está muy cerca de paradas de metro y de camión, tiene una tienen da conveniencia enfrente y a 3 cuadras (8 minutos) llegas a la playa.

The lady is very very kind, she helped me a lot with everything to dry my clothes hahaha. You're really nice like no one else. She gave me the best room with a nice view. A very warm room with natural light

The host was very welcoming and even upgraded the room for me after I arrived! She was friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable and at home in her hotel. The room was spacious, had two chairs and a coffee table to sit at and a kettle with two coffee sachets to enjoy. There was a small table and fridge to store items and the bathroom was a decent size with a seperate shower. The style of the room was very artistic and had a very homely feel. Would highly recommend!

The owner is very kind. I chatted with her about my home country (England) during my stay, she is so friendly! I stayed here during Chuseok and she woke up early to make me Bibimbap for breakfast since most restaurants would be closed for the day and it would be hard to find food. I have never experienced such kindness and hospitality from a hotel before. Thank you!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I would definitely stay again. Previously I stayed alone (solo female) but this time I stayed with my partner. We were wanting to get away and recuperate, and we were able to sleep well at the hotel and enjoy the beach nearby. Great things about this hotel: - Good value - Quiet rooms but only 5-10 mins walk from Gwangalli beach - Air-con works well - Friendly, hospitable and thoughtful owner -Clean, basic rooms with plenty of clean towels - Bottled water provided -Good water pressure in the shower -Wifi works well

The hotel was easy to find and close to Gwangan beach. Check-in was effortless.

The hot water wasn't working at night and we ran out of body wash. We booked the room for 3 people but there was only 1 coffee provided.

The landlady!!!!! So sweet

A nice hotel very close to the beach and there are a lot of places to grab food nearby! The transportation is also very accessible. The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful even with the language barrier.

When we got there the bathroom in our room was not cleaned throughly as the floor was still wet :/

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk away from the Geumnyeonsan metro station. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and the room is beautiful, clean and quiet. The Gwangalli beach is also reachable just in 10 minutes.

You can't find nicer people in Busan. The owner is so very nice and warm-hearted. The hotel is fantastic, with car park and very close ( 5 minutes walk) to the nicest beach in Busan, Gwangalli Beach. That's the best beach in Busan, we tried them all. Everything else can be reach on foot: excellent restaurants, shops... Quiet place but very busy beach at night. Any advice for a good restaurant or anything else : don't hesitate to ask the owner.
