Residencial Airside Palace

Easy to reach from the metro and close to the airport. The room has its own bathroom, which is tiny but fine for this price. Clean room, clean towels provided and even a complimentary small bottle of water.

The room is cramped, but it makes sense for this price.

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono

Prese di corrente inutilizzabili, nessuna presa usb

Limpeza e praticidade .

Nada negativo

Close to the airport.

It shouldn't be allowed to rent something like that.

Almost nothing.

The equipment in the room is extremely old. The room is much smaller than the declared 12m2, I would guess around 9, including the bathroom. The bed was not perfectly horizontal, so it felt like being on the sea. No wardrobe in the room. The view of the "so-called" garden is just a small area behind the house, used by the family. The bathroom is very small, almost impossible to take a shower there. Smell coming from the kitchen just next to my room. The room was really cold and had no heating. The air conditioning has no remote controller, so I was not even able to check whether there is a heating option. Thank God I only had to spend a few hours there before my flight. And the best - I keep asking for the invoice for one week without success. I asked the lady during my stay, and she promised to send it via email. Then I only received the message "OK, I will send you" many times on Booking.com. Very unprofessional accommodation. Really can't recommend.

Aeroporta yaxındır və mənimlə otelə giriş üçün dərhal əlaqə saxlandı.

Otaq çox kiçik idi, şəkillərə nisbətdə hədsiz kiçik idi bu dərəcədə gözləmirdim.

Localização

Mal cheiro do quarto

People talking near the window of the room in the morning.

The young girl who welcomed us at the door was pleasant. We had trouble communicating in English, but enough to get by.

I was not happy with the communication between the host and myself. I kept sending messages and submitting my passport documents with no response from them. The access code on booking.com was not successful numerous times for me to review the booking. The host did not respond in a timely manner to provide me with the door access code to the property which left me kind of anxious. The Uber driver had a very difficult time also locating the property to drop us off. Not very well marked. Sadly we entered a very dark and damp house that is being rented out by the room. It is very tight quarters. We were shown our room for two which was very small double bed a table and a chair. Once we put our suitcases in, there was little room to move about. The bathroom had no toilet paper and only one towel, one glass and one tea bag for two guests. The toilet had not been cleaned, leaving unine under the seat and numerous hairs. The curtain rod directly above the bed was hanging by one nail, had I touched the curtains, I was afraid to have it fall. The remote control itself was very dirty with hair on it. The pillows on the bed were also soiled. We sat down for awhile, one on a chair, the other on the bed, figuring we could stay for one night, but within 30 min, my breathing and allergies acted up in the damp main floor room. There was a lady out in the hall doing laundry whom I tried to communicate with but she did not speak English. She took to shouting up the stairwell in Portuguese to the young gal. It was very loud in the room, you can hear everything going on outside the room. I did send an email message to the host about our concerns, but after 2 hours, we had already left and ubered it to a hotel near the airport paying for that on top of the Airside Palace ( it not 2.5k from the airport, nor is it a palace. So very disappointing for my first booking.com experience. Booking.com has also not replied to my communications or request for a refund.

Chuveiro

Do sítio

Nothing really.

Very unloved place, I was só cold during the night! The shower was awful, no Hot water, no hairdryer! Awful time!.

Everything is just "basic" but ideal for overnight near the airport.

Cama

Não tinha utensílios de cozinha como descrito

Boa localização e limpeza.

The location was perfect for a night near the airport and has great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The room was efficient, clean and had everything you need for a night or 2. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate there was a kettle, tea bags, cups, and a bottled water.

Nothing, it was perfect for a quick stay by the airport.

Location to decent local eateries and the airport

Bathroom poorly laid out. Shower pan too shallow and didn’t drain. Shower head and sink soap dispenser were both broken. Water was squirting out the neck of the shower head. Inadequate towels; only one bath towel for two guests.

Great nearby restaurant ! Good food at reasonable price.

Muito bem

Não tenho do que reclamar

Parfait 👍

Proximity to the airport. Staff were nice.

The descriptions are misleading. Most facilities are shared. No real cooking facilities. My room had no wardrobe or place to hang things and no bath. The room was tiny. The shower/toilet was tiny. The bed was hard and the pillows were old and lumpy.

It was easy to find and the instructions were good, it was nice to have a private room

The walls were quite thin, and the room was damp. The bathroom was quite small.

Proximité de l'aéroport

Limpeza e localização

Everything was really nice in the room!

You can hear everything from the other rooms and outside.

Nice

Everything

Ubicación y que había restaurantes muy cerca

El mobiliario y el local muy viejo

Eigentlich nichts.

20 min caminhando do aeroporto.

That it was available. Needed a place to crash due to a canceled flight. But happier when I left.

The place advertised itself as a hotel. It is not. It is a room in a house. It is also not easy to find, and the taxi that took me there had a hard time finding it. I was given a security code to get in. Great. But the next day I needed a new code to get back in. At 4AM. Good luck getting one of those at that time. I nearly missed my flight due to the delay of regaining access to the room to get the rest of my luggage.

location is excellent to reach the airport, cleanness was very good, if there was no air conditioning it would have been really cold; should change the electric kettle with a model where the coil does not touch the water to avoid smell

"garden view" was a stretch to state as advantage; the sink was not working; wall are so thin, someone in the next room was snoring very loud

Poder fazer check in as 23.00

I experienced the incident of violence on the street and panicked at home and helped call the police. A very unpleasant experience.
