Very clean, looks new, and comfortable. Ma’am Loida is also very accommodating.

There were 2 leaks on the living room ceiling, but they can surely get it fixed easily. The telephone shower line is also leaking, so it was hard to contain the water in the bathtub, but Ma’am Loida already ordered the replacement for it.

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and filled with natural light thanks to the large glass windows. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which offered a lovely view of the mountains. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably throughout our stay. We also appreciated having a functional washing machine, which made doing laundry convenient. The bathtub was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The owner and Ma'am Loida were both very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this place to others.

Access to the property can be a bit challenging when using a private vehicle, as one of the routes has narrow and more difficult roads. However, there is an easier route available, so it's best to check Google Maps beforehand and choose the more convenient path. We also would have appreciated some basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste. Although there were nearby stores where we bought from. In addition, while extra bedding was available in the cabinets, it would have been even more comfortable if a comforter had already been prepared on the bed, along with larger pillows. That said, these were only minor inconveniences. Overall, the property offers excellent value for money, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Spray the bugs,steps are too high for me steps are too high and always wet front the rain because it’s open space and I got beaten by lots of ants and there’s a lot of cockroaches 🪳 pooh etc

It was isolated enough to feel safe and an escape but still close to civilization that we can buy any ingredients or food items we need for our stay. Internet connection was great as I was able to work from home with no issues.

Some of the appliances we had to guess to figure out how they work. Some of them had switches or wires or plugs that were hidden away. Vidette was very strong to be used safely most of the time.

The whole apartment is nice and clean ,

It has only one bathroom inside the room . so if you have a visitor they have to go inside your bedroom to use the toilet.

We liked the spacious place and the included amenities. Very secure as there was a needed card to open the door. Internet is very fast. Nanay Loida was very helpful, she even gave us a house tour upon arrival. She was really kind. We particularly enjoyed the bath tub although it did take some time to heat up the water. Had a great stay overall, definitely recommend this place if you need a short break from the busy city.

During our stay, there was an ongoing construction within the house which made it a little difficult for us to sleep as there was a loud banging noise that was audible directly from our walls that took some hours, but we were still able to fall asleep as we have arrived directly from work and were very tired. We told nanay Loida and she was apologetic and informed us it was due to the availability of the construction workers during the day so we understood.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The place the ameneties everything os perfect. May pa free bigas pa hehehe. We highly recommended this place. Thankyou po maam! Sa uulitin po 👌🥰

What a remarkable place! Such a lovely host, very welcoming and the place, wow! 5 Stars all the way! Beautiful, elegant, class, everything is there, fantastic! The only problem, we only stayed for 1 night!

The area is congested going in and out even we were using motor scooter.

Large beautiful, fully equipped and modern apartment. Fast internet, silent AC, big terrace. Everything was perfect - I can honestly recommend. If I am around in the future, I will stay there again.

Trafic jams in the town - a bit of challenge to get to the property for a driver who is not local. But on the other hand no problem with parking the car at the property.

IN GOOGLE MAPS, ADDRESS IN WRONG LOCATION... 2. IN KITCHEN, NO ELECTRICAL SOCKET ON KITCHEN COUNTER (had to move toaster, coffee maker to nearest socket)... 3. We loved the host who greeted us. The neighbors were friendly and the location was perfect with grocery store very nearby (Less tan 2 min walk)

Maybe not enough electrical outlets where we needed them. But they did provide an extension cord. And actually that was not really a big deal and than that would not prevent us from staying there again,

Everything is exceptional. We had a very comfortable stay. The place was superb, clean, the ambience is magnificent. Ang aliwalas. The place was really designed well. My daughter loved the sofa bed. The place is really high tech. All the things that we needed for the stay was there. There was even a laundry room. And a bath tub. Very spacious and we got our money's worth. Mam Loida is very helpful and we can be reached anytime. Please book. The place you will have a very good rest. Very good for a staycation.

What I really liked was the laundry room as well and the accessibility to the stores nearby. I also like the oven and the sink and all the chairs.

What I liked about this condo was the TV and watching YouTube most days. And also I like the big shower and the view outside towards the mountain was really nice, especially the white cross you would see at night time lit up On the mountain. It was a very nice of you and I miss it

The aircon in the bedroom is fantastic, the fans in the living area and kitchen are good but struggling to provide comfort in the main areas. Adding aircon in the living area would make the place perfect.?

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described in the listing also decor was stylish and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal and has easy access with the public transportation. Lastly, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The place is so clean, and comfy. The local host is accommodating, and let us borrowed their umbrella. They also helped us when we can't open the door. We also appreciate the complimentary snacks, and coffee. The place is accessible to Grab.

The door lock as we had a hard time to open it. Still, the local host is really helpful.

Excellent bed, hard enough. The air conditioning in the bedroom is good. Good washing machine, good equipment in the kitchen. Generally, the apartment is in great condition.

Few things may need owner's attention soon. Just normal wear and tear, nothing that bothered us too much during our 5 day stay.

A fantastic modern apartment with a host to match. Nanay loida always wears a smile, happy to help and exceptionally attentive. Mountain View is spacious, newly fitted and has everything you need. Amazing value for money. Despite a monsoon, we still had a great stay!

Really friendly and helpful hosts :D Nice location, shops and tricycles just few meters away! I felt very safe in this area, neighbours were friendly and always willing to talk to me.

Cleanliness of the room , close to the market and Mrs Loida and husband was very nice.

Very hot in the living room and Kitchen, it’s summer but would be nice if there’s also an AC in the outside area also. The bathroom is too high to climb for my husband, we used the step provided so it works out.

The place was a haven..we wanted a quiet retreat and we found this gem. Nanay Loida was really sweet and saw to it that our stay would be as nice as it could be. We're already looking forward to our next stay here.

we love that we were able to enjoy all the fireworks, especially my daughter, she loved every sulok ng place, nagustuhan nya ung pagtambay sa veranda overlooking the view.. she loved the sofabed, she said ang sarap ng tulog nya 😀 my daughter also enjoyed relaxing sa bathtub 😊 complete ung gamit, may mga pa-freebies pa.. super relaxing ung ambiance ng place.. malinis, organized, sobrang saya and gaan ng stay namen.. tapos ang bait pa ni ate loida, napaka-accomodating nya 😊 this is a must try 👍👌 super worth it ❤️

The road going to the transient was really narrow especially that there were a lot of tricycles.
