Reviewed Jan 26, 2026We stayed for two nights from 1st January and had a wonderful experience. The apartment felt like home—clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We were in Kottawa for our daughter’s chess tournament, and this place was perfect for our family. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Dec 29, 2023Ground Floor Apartment had no ventalation or any form of sunlight coming in, as this the entire apartment was selaed. Felt like your stucked in side a safe House. Experienced a very unpleasent stay. The Staff overchrged me at the check-in and didnt want to call Booking.com and fix their issue. Later asked to book directly instated of Booking.com and later started increasing the price ! Good Location! But beaware of the extra charges they charge!!

Reviewed Oct 7, 2023The place looks very nice and it is very clean. We liked the host very much, and he was really pleasant to deal with. He would bring us breakfast every morning from the restaurant. The view from my studio apartment was also great. It was great to be able to have a washing machine. AC worked well for me.
We had the issue of cockroaches but we easily dealt with it by plugging the shower drain. The host was really nice about helping us and hopefully they will find a more permanent solution to get rid of them or put a tight metal grid to stop them from coming into the room.
