Bakoko Garden

Posizione ottima, pulizia ottima, staff super gentile

Nice location and perfect staff.

Lovely room, very modern and clean. Smart TV was a lovely surprise. Good WiFi, quiet location but next to the nice street with good food options etc. friendly staff and great value for money.

Nothing

Clean cool room in a quiet setting. There was an issue with the water supply at one point but the proprietors found a solution relatively fast

We had a lovely stay at Bakoko Garden, even though it was only for one night as we were joining a boat expedition the following day. The location was ideal for us, slightly outside El Nido and close to our meeting point, and we were actually very glad to be away from the busy town centre. The room felt more like a small cabin and was very comfortable, with an excellent bathroom that was spotlessly clean. The team on site were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful, especially when they managed to clean our laundry very quickly as we needed most of it for the boat trip. The owners were also very attentive and checked in with us by email to make sure everything was going well and that we did not need anything. The whole place felt calm, well cared for, and thoughtfully run.

There was nothing we disliked during our stay. The only downside was that we could not stay longer due to our travel plans.

The location is very good, close to nice restaurants especially Terry’s Burgers! The place is cozy!

The breakfast could have been better cooked! I would increase the price a bit and offer a better breakfast.

Our best stay so far! Very nice location just behind the beach. The rooms are very big, as well as the bed. The bathroom is European style, meaning with a wall between the shower and the sink/toilet area. The staff is super nice and easily reachable via WhatsApp. The breakfast is great and you can chose when you want it. If you want to get to El Nido city you can take a tuktuk for 100peso. But there are several restaurants in the neighbourhood at walking distance. We personally loved Bella Vita.

Nothing of note Just be aware there are 2 “house cats”. They sometimes sit in front of your door or might even try to get inside. But they did not bother us.

It felt like being in a court yard of a philippino’s home. The place was quite and near the beach, the staff friendly.

The wifi didn’t work during all the stay.

Such a cozy and peaceful place! Clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The location was great, but the highlight was the incredibly kind and helpful host. We felt really welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the beach Very friendly staff Clean Comfortable bed Easy scooter rent

Garden area could get more attention and be more maintained Interior looks a little used

Very nice room close to the beach. Breakfast was good.

It was the most comfortable night sleep we had in the Philippines. Nice bed with duvet- good aircon and very modern. They could do with a sign as it was hard to find but they said they’re working on it

I guess the shower could have been a bit more powerful but not a massive deal

A lovely designed room with great attention to detail, plus a charming little front porch with a cozy seating area. Perfectly located near the beach and the Pops district. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming :)
