Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Excellente organisation par le personnel (Joana) qui nous communique en amont les codes d'entrée dans les locaux et les codes du wifi pour se connecter dès notre arrivée. Les consignes vidéo sont très claires. Joana m'a aidée par whatsapp à plus de 22h car je n'arrivais pas à ouvrir la porte : il faut composer le code assez vite sinon il n'est pas reconnu (mieux vaut mémoriser le code puis le composer sans s'arrêter pour lire) Hôtel situé à 30 secondes de l'arrêt de métro Botica (ou 10 min à pied de l'aéroport)
La suite 4 donne sur la cour intérieure et si les volets roulants ne sont pas fermés on est ébloui en pleine nuit par les projecteurs de la cour lorsqu'un hôte arrive tardivement (dans mon cas 1h30 du matin pour la suite juste en face de la mienne, de l'autre côté de la cour) Très mauvaise insonorisation intérieure entre la suite 4 et celle en face, sur le même pallier. Mauvaise insonorisation avec l'extérieur (éventuellement corrigée par la fermeture des volets roulants ? je ne restais qu'une nuit, je n'ai donc pas pu essayer) Trop cher pour une si mauvaise isolation phonique, mais c'est la proximité avec l'aéroport qui justifie un tel prix

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Easy 15 minute walk from the property to the Porto Airport, even with luggage. In spite of being on a main road and close to the airport, I never heard the roar of airplanes or cars—was able to get a good night’s sleep before an early flight. This property is essentially a five bedroom house, each with an en-suite bath and keypad lock on each door. Three of the rooms are on the first floor and two are on the second; mine was on the second floor. You share the kitchen/living area. The refrigerator was stocked with juices, and there were rolls and a coffee maker and teapot on the counter, so you can make a simple breakfast in the morning. The proprietor provided excellent directions, including a video, to both find the property and how to enter the main door. The bedroom I was in was just big enough for a king sized bed. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. Everything was neat and tidy when I arrived. The bed was firm (as most European beds are) which I prefer. The room had air conditioning which worked well. As far as I could tell, there was just one other bedroom in use—I heard them coming and going out the main door, but never saw them nor heard any noise from them at night. There is a restaurant just a few doors down that serves typical Portuguese dishes; the food was fine. I went early (about 1930, or 7:30 pm) but by the time I left at 2100 it was packed inside and out. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance, including a large hotel. The property is located on a well-lit main road and close to the metro stop (at the airport) and a bus line. I took a walk after dinner, when it was fully dark, and felt perfectly safe. I noticed several single women walking as well.
If you are expecting a boutique hotel with a staffed reception desk, this is not that. After I booked my reservation, the proprietor informed me no one would be on site when I arrived. However, they did provide detailed, clear instructions. I did not need any assistance. Be aware that the entrance to the property is up a flight of stairs, which may be an issue if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Also, there is no landing in front of the door—the steps continue straight to the door. So my luggage was on one step and I was on another while trying to enter the door code. The stairway to the second floor (where my bedroom was) was a bit narrow and had a turn, so if you have bulky luggage you may want to request a room on the first floor. Minor nit: there were an intimidating number of switches for all the lights when you enter the bedroom! And there were two switches outside the bathroom, one of which seemed to do nothing. I finally realized that it was for the bathroom mirror which had a built-in light. But to turn it on, you must both turn on the switch outside the bathroom and then touch a small circle at the bottom of the mirror. It would help if the switches were labeled as to function.

A bit tricky to get to our room, door at top of external stairs was very close to stairs so tricky to hold onto luggage and do the key code. Perhaps an external light over that door would be useful.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026I stayed here because of the location to the airport. I was able to quickly and safely walk there early in the morning. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for the proximity to the airport.
The property is like an apartment that you’ll be sharing with other guests. Not that I didn’t like that but just wanted to point that out.

Que faudrait-il améliorer ? Des panneaux sur la porte de chaque chambre et de la cuisine pour avertir les clients que d'autres personnes peuvent encore dormir lorsqu'ils partent. L'idée serait de les inciter à faire moins de bruit.

Very helpful in arranging slightly earlier check in the excellent communications. 10 min walk right in to terminal and would stay here again no hesitation. Aircon superb, bathroom very modern all comfortable and high level of cleanliness. Easy entry/ exit even in early hours for flights.Metro stop opposite for trains each way so couldn't be better placed.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Allt kändes väldigt ombonat och modernt. Endast 10 minuters promenad till flygplatsen och väldigt nära biluthyrningsområdet. Större matbutiker i närområdet. Uppskattade att rummet hade smart-TV. Vi uppskattade även det allmänna köksutymmet som var välutrustat.
Städningen kunde varit bättre, hår lite överallt i rummet. Något trångt om man har med sig större resväskor.

Les suites sont grandes avec salle de bains privative, il y a une cuisine commune toute équipée (micro-ondes, four, assiettes et couverts, casseroles, un lave-vaisselle), chaque suite dispose d'un compartiment dans le frigo pour usage personnel, congélateur également disponible pour usage partagé. Il y a également des consommables à disposition partagée pour tous les clients séjournant dans les suites (eau, sauces, condiments, huile et vinaigre, sucre, miel, ...) Pour le petit-déjeuner, tout est pourvu et on se sent presque comme à l'hôtel (même si c'est un AL-alojamento local, géré par un particulier): un petit pain, tranche de fromage, capsule de café/thé, un verre de jus au choix pour chaque client. Et le gros plus est la localisation de cette villa avec ses 5 suites: à 5minutes à pied du terminal de l'aéroport, donc idéal si vous avez un vol à prendre tôt le matin ou arrivez tard le soir (avec envie de retrouver vite une douche et un lit^^).
RAS, je laisse juste une remarque à titre "utile" pour les PMR ou ayant un autre handicap: les suites sont toutes au 1er et 2ème étage, accessibles uniquement par escaliers.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Nous avons réservé cette petite chambre afin d'être au plus proche de l'aéroport de Porto, car notre vol était tôt le matin. Cet établissement correspond parfaitement pour ce genre de cas. La chambre est propre, décorée avec goût.
La télé est un peu haute lorsqu'on est couché. Il peut y avoir des bruits dans le couloir pendant la nuit, car les arrivées peuvent être faits jusqu'à 22h, mais à part cela tout était bien.

Las paredes eran literal de papel. A las 00h llegó alguien que por lo menos metió mal la contraseña de la habitación 10 veces o se equivocó de habitación. Se escuchaba el sonido de la puerta al introducir el código mal como si estuviese al lado. A las 3h, la habitación de al lado se levantó para marcharse, se escuchó absolutamente todo. Teniendo en cuenta que nuestro vuelo era a las 6h, prácticamente no dormimos nada ni descansamos bien. No lo recomiendo si necesitáis descansar antes de un vuelo temprano porque se escucha todo. Si no os importa, el alojamiento está super cerca, está reformado y es cuqui.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026My friends and I were stranded at the airport once United canceled our flights and we needed a last min place to stay until we could get a new flight. I was able to book this place immediately and check in immediately with the staff there waiting to show us around and an instant message on WhatsApp to give us the codes and all necessary info. The apt was spotless and very modern and updated with all the comforts of home. They had daily breakfast and tea and coffee and a storage closet with a door code for our luggage. We only stayed one night but it was a great deal. We had a balcony a bed and a fold out couch for the 4 of us and it was the perfect fit for our last min stay. Thank you!
No complaints. Everything was great. Plenty of towels. Great air conditioning. TV with satellite programming and English channels was a nice plus. Id definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone. It's in walking distance to the airport as well with a cute little café right next to it if you don't want to stay far from the airport it's a great place to stay.
