היה עובש על הקיר, היה מלא נמלים ברצפה, כל הארונות היו בריח של עובש, לא קיבלנו את החדר איך שהוא היה נראה בתמונה, קומת קרקע אי אפשר לפתוח חלונות בלי שכל הרחוב יראה אותנו מהפנים

Sijainti oli hyvä. Majoituspaikka oli kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta, mutta kuitenkin huomattavasti rauhallisempi mitä keskustan asunnot. Huoneisto oli tilava ja sänky oli mukava. Ilmastoinnista myös plussaa. Pyykinpesukone löytyi. Ruokakauppoja oli lähellä.

Suihkuvesi piti aina lämmittää etukäteen ja lämmintä ei aina riittänyt pitkään suihkuun. Tämä on kuitenkin yleistä Kreikassa. Aterimet olivat vähän likaisia kun saavuimme majoitukseen ja erilaisia ruoanlaittovälineitä oli niukasti.

Βολική τοποθεσία, πολύ ωραίο κρεβάτι

Το δωμάτιο έχει πολύ υγρασία, μυρίζει...υπάρχει αφυγραντηρας αλλά νομίζω πως δεν είναι αρκετός...Υπάρχει εσπρεσιερα αλλά ελάχιστες κάψουλες και καθόλου ζάχαρη...

Μας άρεσε το location γιατί ήταν κοντά στην Παλιά Πόλη το κατάλυμα, που σημαίνει πως περπατάς άνετα γύρω απο το κέντρο & ήταν επισης ασφαλης γειτονιά.

Δεν υπήρχε καν η στοιχειώδης καθαριότητα, μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο εντοπίσαμε τρίχες στο πάτωμα και στο πάπλωμα του κρεβατιού. Η υγρασία του δωματιου ηταν τεραστια και αδειασαμε τον αφυγραντήρα (τλχστν υπηρχε) 3 φορες μεσα σε 6 βραδια. Επίσης το μπάνιο είχε τόσα άλατα, που στη ντουζιέρα δεν ειχες την δυνατοτητα να ρυθμίσεις το ζεστό με το κρύο νερό, ειχαν κολλησει οι βάνες απο τα άλατα κυριολεκτικά. Δεν υπηρχε ηχομονωση, ακουγαμε τις πατημασιες απο τον πανω οροφο συνεχεια.

It's very quiet in the neighbourhood and it's in a walkable distance from the city centre. The bed was spacious and comfortable.

The shower door was broken and couldn't be closed properly. The bathroom floor was easily flooded after shower. The dinning table was broken and didn't stand properly. The four legs were wobbly and not balanced.

The property was nice and modern , well equipped

The apartment had a specific sewage smell that was unbearable. It was like it came from the wooden floor. The cleaning staff forgot to check the cabinets after the previous guests and there was leftover food in the kitchen They didn’t change the towels ( we stayed for 4 nights) and when I asked for new towels they wanted to charge me extra and they told me to use the washing machine instead which had only one capsule of detergent for 4 nights and I had to ask for more which they actually brought to us . Even though the apartment looks nice there is no attention to detail , and to the guests. I would not choose to stay here again.

El apartamento en general está bien, moderno y con una decoración agradable. Tiene aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece mucho en verano, y te dejan detalles como jabón de ducha y para lavar los platos. La ubicación también es buena, ideal para descansar y moverse por la zona.

Sin embargo, hubo varios aspectos mejorables. El WiFi funcionaba muy mal durante toda la estancia. Al llegar, encontramos algunos utensilios de cocina y toallas sucias. También había muebles o accesorios, como el toallero, en mal estado. La cocina está poco equipada, solo tiene vitrocerámica y faltan utensilios básicos, lo cual sorprende teniendo en cuenta que todo parece bastante nuevo.

Main problem was the bathroom. While showering water was going everywhere, because of that and poor ventilation everything was wet, and moist, even bed, and our fresh clothes in bag…

It's now updated and the photos of the front are posted. The accommodation itself was immaculate, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen, including an espresso machine and a thoughtful selection of coffee capsules, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The location, nestled within a charming local neighborhood, provided an authentic Greek experience. I was particularly grateful for the helpfulness of the hostess, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From providing a list of local recommendations to assisting with late checkout and even booking a taxi for my departure, she made my stay truly seamless. The cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, and the thoughtful amenities, such as the washer and dryer combo machine,first-aid kit and fire extinguisher, highlighted the commitment to guest safety and well-being. I highly recommend Solanos Homes to anyone seeking a traditional Greek experience combined with modern comforts. The kindness and hospitality of the hosts and the overall charm of the accommodation made my stay unforgettable.

Very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Located in a good area very close to old town, walking distance and bus access. Highly recommend this place, the host was a great help as well and very kind.
