The distance to the next metro station (Sam Yot) is a bit far, you need to walk about 20 minutes if you want to avoid taking a taxi/motorcycle.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Le personnel est très sympa, c’est une famille. Très bon emplacement car seven eleven a 1 minute de l’hôtel ,et a environ 10 minutes à pieds de la célèbre Khaosan Road. Pour le reste des visites nous avons pris des Bolt ou Grab très facilement - nous avions un petit frigo qui est très appréciable pour mettre l’eau au frais. La literie est bonne.
Peut être un petit déjeuner un peu moins limité mais ils essaient de proposer différentes choses chaque jour tout de même . Pour être au calme demander côté rivière .

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026很喜歡這家飯店，物超所值，check in 民宿老闆很親切。房間很大，床很大，還有電梯，該有的設施都有，也很乾淨，飯店是在內側的一棟，離馬路有距離所以晚上睡覺很安靜。旁邊就有7-11，附近也有一些餐廳，走路十分鐘就到很有名的鬼門炒河粉，意外發現旁邊還有隱藏版古宅酒吧Heng Bar 。早餐簡單但必備品項都有，蛋肉吐司水果優格咖啡茶。缺點是離大眾運輸有點距離，走路可以到考山路，再過去可以到唐人街，不過打車很方便。還有一點其他飯店沒有的優點就是大廳有水咖啡都可以24小時自助取用，泰國那麼熱會喝很多水，通常飯店房間給的水根本一下就喝完了，這邊可以自助裝水真的是一大福利！下次來曼谷還會再來💕

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Schone kamer en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Tijdens ons verblijf leek het alsof wij de enigste gasten waren en dat bleek later ook waar te zijn. Onbegrijpelijk! Het hotel wordt gerund door een gastvrije familie en lief personeel. We waren er met Pasen en warempel .. gekookte eitjes bij een redelijk klaargezet dagelijks ontbijt. In de omgeving zijn vele leuke restaurantjes en vlakbij natuurlijk 7-eleven.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026We stayed at Baan Wanchart for a few nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the location is excellent – close to Khao San Road and many main attractions within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming and relaxed. Breakfast was simple but good, and it was nice to sit in the small courtyard in the morning. Overall, this hotel is a great value for money in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers who want a quiet place in a central location.

Beds were a little hard for my taste but slept well as it was so peaceful. Lack of English channels on t.v but didn't watch much t.v so not an issue.

Un detalle muy pequeño, las almohadas son muy poca cosa, unas mas duras estaria mejor.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026I highly recommend this place. The location is great — you stay in the center of Bangkok, yet it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff are very helpful, and everything is very clean. The breakfasts are delicious. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for an additional fee (the washing machine costs 50 baht). If I return to Bangkok, I will definitely choose this place again.

They provided lots of free bottled water throughout our stay. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room had a balcony with a great view of the river!

The breakfast largely comprised fried or sugary items. I would have appreciated some healthier options and some proper coffee. The cheap flimsy shower curtain was insufficient and allowed water to spread all over the bathroom floor.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Отзывчивый персонал, готовый искренне помочь. Мы приехали вечером, поменять деньги было сложно. С нас не попросили депозит, просто сказали, что оплатите завтра. У нас был номер с балконом с видом на реку. Тихо, спокойно. Санузел не большой, всё исправно работало. В номере чисто, относительно всё новое. Обязательно вернёмся, идеальное место для 2-3 дней пребывания.
Недостатков не нашли.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026There was plenty of space in my...capsule? Bed space? It was big and the area for putting my luggage fit my full sized suitcase and carry on. There was only one other person staying in the dorm while I was so it was pretty quiet, which was nice. The bathroom itself was large but it only had two showers and two toilets. Toilet paper and towels were restocked when needed. There was a kitchen area and a back patio that looked very nice. There was also a washing machine, though it was a bit hard to find.
You couldn't change the temperature of the showers (yes I know how and no it didn't work) and there was no soap in the bathroom, but there was provided body wash so I used that. The toilet started to smell for a few days but then I'm guessing was cleaned or got a new air freshener. I could hear people talking outside my room but no one was ever that loud for long.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026The location was perfect. 15 mins walk to the tourist boat on the river, 10 mins walk to local canal taxi, 10 mins to Thai boxing stadium. Local restaurant very close, excellent and cheap. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, always fruit, yogurt, some kind of egg, other stuff, toast, cereal. Bottled water always available. We paid for upgrade for canal view which was good to watch Thai life going on. WiFi strong. Staff polite and helpful tho quiet.
The shower water was not warm enough. The bed and pillows were hard but we got used to that.

Toujours aussi calme , déjeuner très correct pour la Thailande et ce type d' hébergement, personnel sympathique. Bref vous n'êtes pas loin de pleins d' endroits sympas , temple , restaurant, agence de voyage, kao san road à 10 minutes à pied . Voilà si vous voulez le calme en étant pas loin de tout rapidement : cet hôtel est fait pour vous.
Un peu d' odeur de tuyauterie cette fois-ci dans la salle de bain , ce qui n'était pas le cas dans l autre chambre précédemment louée.

L'hôtel est au calme malgré sa proximité avec la veille ville ce qui est très appréciable. Notre chambre avait vue sur les klong ce qui était très appréciable. Propreté et literie ok pour le prix, simple mais fait le job. Eau en bouteille à disposition à volonté à l'hôtel très appréciable.

Прекрасный вид на канал, огромная удобны кровать с очень большим одеялом. Чистый просторный номер, разнообразный, вкусный завтрак. Приятный персонал. Райское место , без преувеличения.
