I booked a room through Booking.com but never received a confirmation call from the owner. The next day, just 4 hours before our scheduled check-in, I called to confirm our reservation, only to be told that no room was available. When I questioned how this was possible given that I had received official confirmation from Booking.com, his response was shocking. He casually admitted that he doesn't take Booking.com reservations seriously because "there are too many fake bookings" and he "loses revenue." I was stunned. What about genuine customers like us who book in good faith? He had no answer. This cavalier attitude left my family stranded with nowhere to stay. We were forced to scramble for last-minute accommodations, dealing with immense stress and anxiety while traveling with family. The financial impact was severe—we ended up paying significantly more than planned, completely blowing our budget. I strongly urge Booking.com to remove such unreliable hosts and their properties from your platform. Customers trust your confirmation system, and hosts who treat it as optional are undermining that trust and causing real harm to families like mine. This experience was extremely disappointing and has left us questioning whether we can rely on Booking.com in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity Casa. It felt like HOME. The apartment was clean with all the amenities. The Owner is very respectful and responsible person who went beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had a safe stay as were a group of ladies and a child. The home is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. The swimming pool was clean. I have no hesitation in suggesting this place to my friends and family. I will surely rent this place again whenever I visit Goa.

The beach is little further than we expected. Public transportation is not easily available; but if you drive a two-wheeler or four wheeler there are few rental places around.

It's a quiet and safe location. The apartment has 2 airconditioned bedrooms, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen with all necessary appliances. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. On our arrival we were offered a lift to get things we needed which we of course appreciated. Near the site there are a few spots to rent a motorbike which we would highly recommend to do to explore numerous nearby clean sandy beaches and have a quick access to food shops which are located at some distance. We recommend the site.

I recently stayed at this 2-bedroom apartment in Varca, Goa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The host, Mr. Desmond, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with any inquiries or needs we had made us feel right at home. Moreover, cleanliness is paramount to me when traveling, and this apartment was spotless. From the pristine bathrooms to the neatly arranged living spaces, every corner reflected the host's commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Varca. With its superb host, immaculate cleanliness, and charming ambiance, it's a true gem in the heart of Goa.

It was very nice room with all facilities when you are visiting to South goa best accommodation.Room is also nearby to famous beaches like butterfly etc.

I love the property very well maintained and well equipped with a very peaceful atmosphere i had a great time with my family.
