Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Alberto gibt sich sehr viel Mühe und spricht mit einem, gibt Empfehlungen und Einschätzungen ab. Das Frühstück ist auch super, hat alles was man braucht. Außerdem einen Wassertank, an dem man seine Flaschen auffüllen kann.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The person who welcomed us was extremely friendly and attentive. They gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and shared several useful tips that made our stay better. Good option to be a few hours waiting for connection, due to closeness to airport, uber ride was acceptable in the evening and super cheap in the morning.
I’m sorry to say that this is not really a hotel, but rather a hostel or a house with rented rooms. The area did not feel particularly safe, and I was uncomfortable going out at night. The room doors are standard residential-style doors without any additional security locks. I would recommend carefully reviewing the property details to ensure this type of accommodation meets your expectations.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Péssima! Tudo horrível! Pior experiência da vida! Alugamos um quarto por ser pertinho do aeroporto porque só tínhamos 5 horinhas para dormir entre um voo e outro. Avisamos com antecedência a hora que íamos chegar. Chegamos e precisamos ficar muito tempo do lado de fora tocando a campainha até que alguém abrisse pra gente. Quando abriram, ficaram mais um bom tempo falando por telefone e tentando encontrar um lugar pra gente porque estavam sem quarto disponível. Nisso, perdemos mais uma hora e queriam nos levar para um lugar - que não foi o que eu reservei - há 3 quadras. Decidimos voltar pro aeroporto e eles falaram que nos iam reembolsar via PayPal. Quando pedi meu reembolso, me informaram que não iam me reembolsar. Ou seja: péssimas instalações, péssimo atendimento ao cliente, péssima experiência. Não recomendo, me senti enganada e no final do dia ficaram com meu dinheiro e tive que dormir no aeroporto.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Nada absolutamente nada me fui de ahi porque el lugar parese nido de ratas deberían verificar bien los alojamientos que ofrece ademas cancele y no queren regresarme mi dinero, no es un lugar seguro ni iba arriesgar ami hijo al quedarme ahi ya que íbamos por una situación triste y nos queríamos regresar al ver el lugar, la zona insegura , e dije al taxista que me sacara de es lugar peligroso ,ojalá y me reembolsen algo porque nunca me quede ahi. Lo cancele y todavia me ponen quw iban a revisar , cusndo lo wue deberían revisar realmente son las instalaciones que atentan con la seguridad del cliente. Por favor regresen mi dinero al final tuve que quedarme adormir junto a mi hijo en las bancas del aeropuerto y no se vale gracias a Dios estoy de regreso en mi hogar y no paso a mas no le deseo a nadie por lo que pase en ese momento por favor verifiquen las instalacio es que ofrecen ponen en riesgo la vida del cliente.
Nada me gustó las calles son inseguras, el lugar habia gente de aspecto dudoso tomando, no se porque esra aplicacion adrede lugares de alojamiento sin revisarlas al poner en riesgo la vida de las personas iba con mi hijo por cuestiones personales y gracias a Dios estoy de regreso en mi hogar. Al final termine a dormir en las bancas del aeropuerto esperando a que saliera mi vuelo. Espero me devuelvan mi dinero ya que nunca me alije ahi.

Reviewed May 31, 2026La amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y confort de la habitación. Cuenta con todos los servicios indicados en booking y gestionan el transporta a donde uno lo requiera y en el horario que uno lo requiera.
El dispensador de agua no tenía agua, como para tomar o preparar un té. Sí había café, pero yo no tomo café porque me irrita el estómago. Y para el desayuno entre las opciones había leche y yogurth pero no había opción deslactosada, por lo cual comer cereal no fue posible y tampoco ponerle un poco de leche al café. Con lo que las opciones de desayuno quedaron para mí muy reducidas.

Bed was not great, also on the street on a holiday, so there was a lot of noise (firecracker, conversation) until late, so I had a hard time sleeping. I have stayed at much nicer hotels for same price. Web site did a last minute switch on me and I did not notice. Neighborhood so-so for a 70 year old lady.

Il faut comprendre que ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles , c'est un hostal donc il faut pas attendre des luxes. Si vous voulez des luxes vas y payez les grands hôtels 5 étoiles. Le gens de l'hostal sont super sympas et attentifs.

Le déjeuner est également MÉDIOCRE et la propreté des assiettes , ustensiles et nourriture est DÉGUEULASSE. je ne recommande à personne cet établissement, qui est assis sur la rue, avec le bruit et les odeurs des motos et autos en plus des aboiements continus une BONNE PARTIE DE LA NUIT.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Good breakfast (eggs, turkey, bread, teas, fruit, granola, yogurt, all that I needed), excellent cleanliness of the room and washroom, and friendly staff. All for 780 MXN. I would definitely stay there again! TV also had free netflix and other streaming services.
There was some strong gasoline smell in my room late at night, but I assume it's because of the location (very close to the airport), which was also very convenient for a night only.

They made arrangements for me to go to a basic pension. I didn’t lose any money, but I had made the reservation over a month in advance. The pension was clean but very basic.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Don Alberto the owner and his family are lovely and welcoming and I arrived 1am and they let me store dog crates and offered me all night breakfast. He let me take food to the room. It's a cozy beautiful well situated backpacker style guesthouse about 8 minutes walk to Door #10 of Terminal 1 where there are bank machines. Nice area, friendly neighbours. Felt safe. Don Alberto, his Dad and sister helped me get to the bus station. Lovely people. I loved the inside door lock and felt very safe arriving 1am
