Great location directly on the waterfront. My room (#2) was actually a one bedroom apartment: very spacious and comfortable living and dining area with a full kitchen; a large bedroom with a balcony overlooking the esplanade; and a separate bath with a clothes washer (no dryer, but racks available). The apartment had vaulted ceilings, plenty of light and was nicely decorated. The air conditioning (a must) in August worked perfectly. Marcello was an attentive and friendly host, and was kind enough to provide his own transportation to another location when I had difficulty finding a taxi. A plentiful cold breakfast was included consisting of a variety of pre-packaged items and beverages. I was shown a space higher up in the building that would serve as a future breakfast and lounge area where hot meals would be served. No downsides, but guests should be aware of the location and how festive it can sometimes be in the evenings. The esplanade is lined with outdoor restaurants (including one in front of the hotel and another in the rear), so bring ear plugs if you go to bed early. Lastly, it's a family-run, beautiful older building which means adjusting expectations about certain things, for example: reception is not staffed for a good part of the day and not at all in the evening, if you need assistance you have a number to call; a very compact stall for showering can make bathing a challenge for those with larger physiques; and while everything works, anticipate the occasional glitch involving electricity, water temp, etc., (all of which were handled promptly by the staff).

So kind and helpful picking us up and taking us to the train station. Wonderful father and son so friendly. Beautiful property. Hope we will be able to revisit.

The seafront view location was super. The room had all we expected and more with a mini kitchen area. Rooms were spacious and location after 11pm was quite area. We were able to leave our bags early to be minded safely and again after checkout our bags were stored safely for us until later in the day

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Right by the inside port so wonderful views over the water. The property has everything you need for a wonderful stay, would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone who is staying in Brindisi. Just on a side note the communications from the owner were clear and accurate making locating the property and accessing the room so easy.

L'appartamento era molto bello ed elegante; fornito di tutto e dotato di una vista mare eccezionale. E' stato un vero peccato rimanere solo una notte, ma dovevamo rientrare a Roma..Il check in era facile, anche in mancanza di receptionist, grazie a istruzioni molto chiare e puntuali pervenute via e mail.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficolta' a trovare un parceggio, essendo arrivati alle 22 e trovandosi la struttura in zona ztl

Świetna lokalizacja.

Na pierwszy rzut oka ok, ale po chwili okazało sie, że większość urządzeń ma swoje lata🙈. Łazienka w zasadzie nie funkcjonowała bo bojler przeciekał i nie było cieplej wody. Obsługa nie zaproponowała żadnego rozwiązania w tej kwestii. Zawias od drzwi do szafki z koszem na śmieci nie przykręcony. Spłuczka w toalecie nie "odbijała" i trzeba było pilnować, żeby woda stałe nie ciekła. Ja byłam tylko jedną noc, więc jakoś doczekałam do rana - na dłuższy pobyt się nie nadaje. Aaaa....i bardzo mało gniazdek, a jak są to w mało użytecznych miejscach. Oświetlenie słabe a zasłony i rolety bardzo zaciemniajace. Generalnie - jedziesz na własną odpowiedzialność 😉.

Pobyt w hotelu był rewelacyjny. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który był pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na pytania. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bez żadnych problemów. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu i już planuję powrót w przyszłym roku. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Verso Oriente est très bien situé pour visiter la ville, on peut tout faire à pied. De plus la gare pour découvrir d'autres lieux comme Ostuni, Lecce ou Alberobello est à 5 minutes de marche. Sinon, l'hôtel est super bien aménagé, vraiment il n'y a rien à redire. Allez y les yeux fermés, de plus le monsieur de la réception est très aimable.

The noise from the restaurants below, well beyond midnight. Impossible to find a car park after 7pm (at least during our stay early September). The property assured us before our arrival that parking is not an issue, however we struggled finding parking in the evening.

Huur deze locatie niet als je met meer dan 2 personen bent. Een grote woonkamer met slaapbank (die je zelf moet opzetten en dan kussen zoeken) maar in deze kamer zit geen verduistering en de capaciteot van de airco kan de ruimte niet koelen. Dus niet boeken

Location was excellent, for restaurants and sightseeing. Had a great sea view too. There is a lift which was helpful. Communication with staff was great although did not see anyone. Staff arranged really helpful taxi driver for airport pick up who have us a great recommend for restaurant.

Die Lage war super, wir hatten einen Blick auf das Meer. Großes Appartement mit getrenntem Schlafzimmer und Schlafsofa im Hauptraum. Sehr schönes altes Gebäude, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit Charme, aber eher nicht modern eingerichtet. Online-Check-In mitten in der Nacht mit Hilfe von Schlüsselbox war problemlos. Wir sind mit dem Bus vom Flughafen gekommen (Bus Richtung "Centro"), wir haben den Busfahrer gebeten, uns Bescheid zu geben, wenn wir aussteigen müssen.

Frühstück stand schon bei Anreise im Zimmer (z.B. eingepackter Zwieback und Marmelade), wegen Umbauarbeiten gab es (noch) keinen Frühstücksraum. Glutenfreie Frühstücksoption, die wir angefragt hatten, gab es nicht. Man wollte etwas suchen, wir bekamen aber keine Rückmeldung, ein Familienmitglied hatte dann leider kein Frühstück. Wir haben unser Gepäck im Hotel einschließen lassen und gesagt, wann wir zurückkommen werden. Leider war niemand dort und das Hotel abgeschlossen, das war etwas irritierend. Wir haben dann telefonisch jemanden erreicht und uns wurde gesagt, wo wir den Schlüssel zum Gepäckraum finden. Das hätte man auch schon früher sagen können. Es war sehr schwierig, ein Taxi in Brindisi zu bekommen. Der Hotelier hat sich auch bemüht, aber ein Taxi muss man scheinbar vorbestellen oder fast 2 h warten.

Aucun échange (verbal comme écrit) n’a été possible avec le responsable de l’établissement durant notre séjour! Nous avons subi des nuisances sonores (que nous avons signalées) qui, dès 6h45 chaque matin, nous réveillaient. Des travaux étaient réalisés au-dessus de notre chambre. Aucun message au préalable nous en avait avertis, si ce n’est qu’un papier laissé sur la table du logement à notre arrivée. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est relativement « très bas de gamme »: brique de jus d’abricot (aucune possibilité d’avoir un jus d’orange), croissants enveloppés dans un plastique, pain qui est en réalité des biscottes également sous plastique. Seules les dosettes pour le café étaient perfect! Nous ne reviendrons évidemment pas dans cet établissement.

The apartment was very spacious and sea view was special. The apartment was very central.

The shower was far too small. It was a sizeable apartment and the bathroom was spacious but the shower just isn’t big enough. The breakfast was poor; the type of breakfast should be explained upfront instead of guests being disappointed oncd they are there. It is fair enough to provide breakfast in the apartment but with fresh milk & proper bread with a toaster to make proper toast. Parking your car is a real problem - we almost entered a ZTL zone despite being careful. We wasted a lot of time trying to avoid these zones and then finding a parking spot.

We stayed in the triple room which is adjacent to the main building. The 3rd bed was on a mezzanine floor with very low ceilings. My teen is 6'4 which was difficult and it was really hot up there

Very nice "unstaffed" b&b in a prime location in Brindisi, right on the waterfront. Very clean and well-equipped. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. Elevator, which was a plus for our old dog.

The air conditioning worked well, but was not placed in the bedroom, so it took some time to cool down the apartment.

Struttura eccellente e sottolinerei anche la cortesia e disponibilita' di tutto lo Staff , a partire dall'Host sino alle ragazze che si occupano del riordino degli appartamenti, veramente tutti molto gentili. Siamo state benissimo. Grazie ancora . Tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio per un soggiorno a Brindisi.

Tolle Zimmer und wunderschöne Aussicht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Stanza con terrazzino favolosa con tavolino e sedie molto comode. Bagno ben attrezzato con lavatrice e detersivo. Cucina bellissima e con tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno: microonde, lavastoviglie, piatti, bicchieri, tazzine, macchinetta del caffè, bollitore. Colazione confezionata lasciata sul tavolo già pronta, c'erano molte cose tutte buone. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przy samej promenadzie,przestronny apartament z widokiem na ogród, ten jest bez balkonu. Śniadanie w formie słodkich przekąsek, które znajdujemy w pokoju w koszyku po zameldowaniu. Klimatyzacja działa super. W około pełno restauracji, niedaleko sklep i przystanek, z którego autobusem AP dojedziemy na lotnisko. Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze.

Das drei Bettzimmer war eine absolute Frechheit…die Treppe nach oben ein Bett unter Schrägen. Das Restaurant unter uns hat an dem Abend eine Feier gehabt bis um 4.00Uhr morgens mit Live Musik und anschließend Feuerwerk. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.und der Geruch von der Küche unter uns war in dem ganzen Zimmer

Great location. We only stayed one night. If we were heading to Brindisi again we would definitely try to book it and use it as a base to travel around the area. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was fine.

The stairs were very steep. We were next door to the main building where there was a lift. The hob in the kitchen area was badly cracked, but as I said, we were only there for a night.

Good location. Room had fridge freezer and kitchen. Basic/dated interior.

A lot of stairs to the deluxe with sea view room (no elevator in annex) with heavy bags. Breakfast was packets of cornflakes and packaged croissant in room on arrival. Reception partially manned. No facilities beyond those in room.

The room was big and beautiful, our family of 4 perfectly fits in. There were a lot of facilities, an equipped kitchen, the washing machine and an easy breakfast included in the price. The location is perfect to visit the town and enjoy the evening on the port. The sea view from the bedroom window let our kid enjoy all the boats going around the port.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Einrichtung und Ausstattung, italienisches Frühstück in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, sehr sauber. Etwas holpriger Check in, da ein Zimmer schon vergeben war, aber es wurde umgehend nach einer Lösung gesucht. Aufgrund eines Stadtfestes war es wirklich sehr laut, aber wir waren vorbereitet und mit Ohrstöpsel ok. Wenn man diese Lage buchen möchte, muss man das in Kauf nehmen.

There was no breakfast as such only dried packaged toast and a small carton of orange juice. So they should not advertise it as a bed and breakfast stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très beau, propre, spacieux et offre une magnifique vue sur la mer. Nous avons même eu la chance d’admirer le lever du soleil depuis l’appartement, c’était tout simplement magnifique ! 🌅 L’appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre, tout en offrant un cadre agréable et une belle vue. Il est également parfaitement équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée : des encas, de l’eau ainsi que différentes boissons dans le réfrigérateur. Le personnel à l’accueil était très disponible et agréable. Ils ont également gentiment gardé nos bagages avant que nous puissions récupérer l’appartement, ce qui nous a beaucoup aidés. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Situé en plein centre ville, face à la mer, le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter. La chambre était propre, climatisée avec une très bonne literie.

Abbiamo prenotato due appartamenti. La struttura è ristrutturata di recente, gli appartamenti sono piuttosto ampi , con grandi armadi che permetterebbero anche un soggiorno lungo; la posizione eccellente. Alloggio assolutamente pulito. Colazione confezionata: cereali / brioche confezionate /fette biscottate . Ambiente silenzioso.

Letti e cuscini in memory foam molto spessi e rigidi , ho avuto qualche difficoltà a dormire. La cosa che mi ha un po’ lasciata perplessa sono le condizioni di una delle docce degli appartamenti, completamente da sostituire. Piuttosto fastidioso perché dava l’idea di essere sporca anche se non lo era Allego le foto. Anche l’asse del gabinetto era sbeccato

The bed was super comfy and it was a huge room. Lots of things for breakfast and in a really beautiful location.

The shower was quite small. I touched hot pipe it was so close. But not a huge problem. Also there was work getting done on roof early morning but also not a problem as we were allowed a late departure which was great 👍

il bagno è piuttosto bruttino rispetto alla stanza sarebbe da rifare e la colazione purtroppo con tutte le delizie pugliese fatta con i b non artigianali ma industriali penalizza tantissimo il bed and breakfast che a mio avviso è molto carino e ben gestito

A place in a very beautiful area.

Renovation work started at 7:30 a.m. every morning. The noise was very loud and made it impossible to sleep. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. One of the rooms had an ant infestation, and the ants even got into our luggage.

Absolutely stunning apartment and location. Very clean, fully furnished, espresso machine with 4 capsules and some drinks and snacks are provided in the room. Huge bathroom with a washing machine. Kitchen is fully furnished with equipment and dishwasher. Very helpful and polite young man at the reception.

I don't rate 10 because the curtains were see through so the room was very bright during the night and morning, otherwise everything was perfect

Era grande , la cama cómoda, el aire funcionó perfectamente. Ubicación si tienes coche no es buena. Más si quieres estar en el área del paseo marítimo está bien al rededor hay muchos restaurantes

Nos gustaría que tuviese persianas o black out. Le coloco agradable porque estaban en obras y arrancaban a las 7:30. El desayuno básico era una tostada o mini croissant empaquetados mantequilla, mermelada y miel en la nevera era grande nos dejaron unos zumos , agua y leche para la máquina del café. El plato de ducha pequeño y atascado

Great location, with rooms looking out over the sea front. Spacious rooms come with coffee machine, fridge, hob and microwave. Very comfortable.
