Spacious Home

I'm not sure I realised when I booked this that it was a room in someone's house, but Caryn was very nice & welcoming! The bed was super comfortable, adjacent was a private toilet & (seperately) shower. Caryn was very thoughtful and left me to do my own thing with access to the kitchen, beautiful garden, and living room. I had a great time staying here, felt priviliged to meet the host who is a very special lady. Also - 5 minutes to the beach by car!

Well basically just the idea of being a guest in someone's house, but the reality of it wad great :)

Caryn is an exceptional person and host. We were made to feel very welcome, relaxed and comfortable in her accommodation. We would highly recommend staying here. Lovely clean, friendly and warm home🙂

Die Besitzerin Caryn hat mich abends extra beim Busbahnhof abgeholt und mir alles für den Weg / Check-Inn (Ausflug auf Kapiti Island) am nächsten Morgen an Paraparaumu Beach erklärt. Ihr Zuhause war mein Zuhause: schönes Haus mit tollem Garten in einem ruhigen Quartier. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und der Kaffee gut. Danke nochmals Caryn.

It was close to all facilities that we required. It was an absolutely beautiful home and our room and bathroom facilities were excellent.

Caryn is a wonderful lady so welcoming and accommodating. Her home is so beautiful and you have lots of private space. It’s handy to everything. I had my pets with me my dog and pigeon and she was great with that. I would highly recommend staying with Caryn. Thanks for a wonderful stay ❤️

The house and the room were truly spacious, and they were wonderfully decorated. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and the breakfast was great.

Caryn’s home is lovely with a huge kitchen and living room to enjoy, but the highlight of our stay was Caryn herself. A native of Paraparaumu, she knows everything about the area. We found her so engaging, we invited her to spend the evening with us. Highly recommend.

The house is a quality property, tastefully decorated. We were fortunate to be there just as the flowering cherry blossom tree was at its best.

Bed was super comfy. House was warm and host was very welcoming.

Lovely and quiet. Good price. Great for travellers on or off the Interislander ferry as an easy drive up the expressway, and then straight on to the motorway North.

There was not a thing I did not like

It was so clean and tidy. The owner was very lovely, greeting us in the beginning and then giving us space. She even offered us breakfast which was a lovely array of choices, however we got on the road early to get travelling. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the best bed we’ve encountered whilst on holiday. Thank you 😊

The bungalow was very spacious and homely. The bed was very comfortable in a lovely quiet room. Caryn was a lovely host very welcoming with good knowledge and generous to a fault. we wished we could have stayed longer and thoroughly enjoyed Caryn's company and bubbly personality. we hope to see her in the future and welcome her to the UK.

Our recent stay at Caryn's was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The accommodations themselves were impeccable. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could have possibly needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our mum left her reading glasses on the plane and Caryn shared a pair of her own with our mum.

Caryn was AMAZING she is so warm and welcoming. I basically had the place to myself. everything was catered for Breakfast was any and everything, there were eggs , cereals juices, just an incredible set up she has, felt so at home. HIGHLY recommend if you are staying in Paraparaumu. Location is 2 minutes from beach and shops so good. thank you Caryn
