The view of the acropolis from the rooftop was incredible. Nick was really lovely and helpful. Highly highly recommend.

Chris was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, with excellent communication before and during our visit. His directions, local tips, and recommendations were very useful, and we especially appreciated his assistance in organizing our transportation. We booked two apartments, and both were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the action and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see and do. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location was very good and close to all the city sights. The room and bathroom was clean, tidy and comfortable. Nick was very helpful and supported with all information upon arrival. We will surely come here again.
A suggestion would be to have some cooking oil, salt and pepper to cook. Some tea bags perhaps, as there is a kettle.

My only negative remark would be lack of elevator but we only had to walk up 2 flights of stairs so it was manageable.

Svoltato l'angolo ti immergi in una delle vie pedonali più animate e vivaci della città, con decine di locali e ristoranti che costeggiano i resti dell'Antica Agorà e offre una fantastica vista sull'Acropoli.

La terraza es increíble, con unas vistas espectaculares que hacen que disfrutar del alojamiento sea todavía más especial. El servicio ha sido excelente, con un personal súper atento y amable en todo momento. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: está a solo 2 minutos caminando de la estación de tren de Monastiraki, que conecta directamente con la parada de metro del aeropuerto, algo que resulta comodísimo. El apartamento está en pleno centro, por lo que tienes todo lo necesario a pocos minutos andando. Sin duda, una ubicación inmejorable y un alojamiento al que volveríamos sin pensarlo. ¡100% recomendable!

Our host was always available via WhatsApp, and he gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and bars.
There is no reception or elevator.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Die Lage des Zimmers ist wirklich sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt an der Agora und gleich neben dem Monastiraki Platz. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr einfach und unkompliziert, genauso wie der Check-In. Nick war sehr freundlich und hat sich öfters nach uns erkundigt, ob alles passe. Das Zimmer konnte man auf Anfrage putzen lassen, haben wir auch so gemacht und hat alles super geklappt. Die Terrasse eignet sich für einen Aperitif zusammen. Laut war es nachts nicht, man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgerüstet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, wir fanden alles, was wir brauchten. Ein sehr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026We had the pleasure of staying at Ipel Boutique Apartments for three nights, and we can honestly say it was a wonderful experience! The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive from the moment we booked. Even before our arrival, communication was excellent, and throughout our stay, no question was too much to ask. They regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel very well taken care of. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a great shower, efficient air conditioning, and a lovely little kitchen. The location is also excellent right in the city and within walking distance of the metro station, making it easy to explore Athens. After staying here, we can confidently say that all the great reviews are absolutely deserved. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely book here again the next time we’re in Athens. Highly recommended

Contrairement à son nom ce n’est pas un hôtel et il n’y a pas de boutique non plus, c’est seulement un appartement. Il fait trop chaud sur le rooftop pour pouvoir en profiter.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 5 notti. Struttura top, staff sempre cordiale e disponibile. Zona super comoda e centrale, con ottima insonorizzazione considerando che si trova su una delle vie principali. Terrazza comune agli altri appartamenti con vista sull'acropoli.
Le tende delle finestre non oscurano bene la stanza e entrata troppa luce sia artificiale alla sera che naturale di prima mattina.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026La petite vue sur le parthénon en terrasse. La chambre était idéale et bien située. La transmission des infos pour rentrer dans la chambre est très bien et personne très sympas qui prend des nouvelles durant votre séjour pour vous demander si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.
C’est beaucoup animé le soir du week-end, mais sa nous a pas dérangé.

Расположение очень удобное,3 минуты и вокзал.Комната очень понравилась,светлая,большая.Обставлена со вкусом,продумано до мелочей.В душе есть все,что нужно.На кухне тоже полный комплект.Есть кофемашина,были капсулы.Холодильник.А в нем предусмотрительно поставили 2 бутылочки воды,за что огромное спасибо.Кровать большая,постель чистая.На кровати лежали одноразовые тапочки.Телевизор.Около окна барный стол и два высоких стула.Все чисто,аккуратно.Огромное спасибо за постоянную обратную связь.Сразу после приземления было сообщение,послан адрес и код.В общем впечатления самые приятные,только положительные,жаль что посещение было коротким.Обязательно вернусь сюда

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026La ubicación es muy buena, bien céntrica y a pasos de zonas turísticas de interés. Las instalaciones son tal cual las fotos y descripción, cuenta con jabón, shampoo, toallas, secador de pelo, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, refrigerador, todo en muy buenas condiciones.
Hay un edificio inmediatamente al lado, que se ve todo por las ventanas si uno sube las cortinas. Pero es algo que a mi parecer no afecta porque uno está casi todo el tiempo fuera, y en la noche las cortinas se mantienen abajo.

Reviewed May 21, 2026It was so easy to have a door code - so much easier than a key ! The host was so friendly and welcoming which makes such a difference. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean, rooms refreshed on request, and the location is superb. Shower was excellent with good water pressure. Everything in the apartment looked new . Soundproofing on windows is very good, and it was great to have mosquito screens at the window. Fabulous roof terrace with great views of Acropolis.
If I have to say something, I would say it would have been nice to have a few shelves or hooks to put things on.

Pas de petit déjeuner mais un équipement suffisant pour le préparer et le prendre sur place ainsi qu'un repas simple. Terrasse au deuxième étage avec vue sur l'Acropole. La déco est moderne et soignée. Ce n'est pas grand mais suffisamment bien agencé pour ne pas en pâtir.

Du fait de l’emplacement très central, la chambre était assez bruyante jusque tard dans la nuit. Aussi, les rideaux n’étaient pas occultants et il y a beaucoup de lumières que l’on ne peut pas éteindre (panneau électrique, issue de secours etc.)

Dairenin olanakları ise 4 günlük konaklama için çok tatmin ediciydi. Tesise yerleşmemiz çok kolay oldu, Chris teşekkür ederiz.. kaldığımız süre boyunca ilgiliydi. Ayrıca otelden ayrıldığımız halde saat 14:30 a kadar bagajlarımızı tuttular.
Misafirler için küçük bir not: oda hizmetini konukların talep etmesi bekleniyor, bir not kartında yazılıydı. Biz görmediğimiz için çöpleri çıkarttık. Tesisten değil, bizden kaynaklı bir durum

Wspaniały właściciel, bardzo pomocny, polecił nam gdzie dobrze zjeść, był zawsze dostępny na whatsapp. Bardzo ładna i czysta łazienka. Wychodząc z budynku od razu znajdujemy się na ulicy z sklepikiem obok sklepiku. Pomimo tego w pokoju było bardzo cicho, nie słychać było również gości w sąsiednim pokoju, tylko jak przechodzili korytarzem to było cokolwiek słychać. Bardzo blisko do dobrych restauracji oraz do wszystkich najważniejszych punktów historycznych. Wspaniały pomysł właściciela, w piwnicy mają skrytki na kluczyk na przechowywanie bagaży. Wymeldowanie mieliśmy o 11 a lot o 23, pozwolono nam tam zostawić plecaki więc mieliśmy prawie cały dzień na rozkoszowanie się Atenami bez zbędnych w tym czasie bagaży. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. 💙
Nie ma nic do czego moglibyśmy się przyczepić, bardzo polecamy.
