Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Estúdio bem localizado no Bairro Palermo. Muito comércio, supermercados, metrô. Fácil deslocamento para qualquer lugar. Estúdio ideal para uma ou duas pessoas. O anfitrião é muito simpático e atencioso.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Julio un anfitrion muy atento, nos recibio de 10 y nos espero con una bandeja con infusiones, chocolates y agua fresca. El departamento bastante comodo, para dos personas va de 10. Dispone de articulos de higiene, secador de pelo, toallas y sabanas. La ubicación del departamento es tremenda si tenes pensado manejarte por la zona. Tenes lineas de colectivos y subtes muy cercas. Un supermercado abajo, kioscos para salir del paso tambien. Un shopping outlet a unas cuadras, varios bares y restaurantes cerca. Yo quede encantada, volveria sin pensarlo.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Un ambiente súper cálido, la cama es realmente muy comoda y el jumbo al lado del edificio es una gran ventaja. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
El aire acondicionado es solo frío. (O tira poco calor) Aunque con la estufita eléctrica es MAS que suficiente ya que tiene buenas aberturas y buenas cortinas, lo que evita que se filtre el frío y el calor... pueden también usarse tipo blackout.

Julio is a wonderful owner of the apartments, he was very kind, responsive and polite, he was always in touch with us and promptly resolved all the questions we had! Here was everything we needed for a comfortable life. Julio also provided us with an excellent transfer from the airport to the hotel for an additional not high fee.
