The guesthouse was right next a beautiful private beach. The staff were very welcoming.

Super emplacement, très bon accueil, et Farid toujours prêt à aider, il s'occupe du petit déjeuner qui était royal, il était présent pour nous filmer et nous conseiller lors du snorkeling, pour notre arrivée et notre départ de l'île, bref d'une grande aide pendant notre séjour sur place

Nous n'en avons pas trouvé, et c'est tant mieux.

Our stay at Ithaa Seaview was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we woke up to the time we went to sleep, the team paid incredible attention to every single detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. We instantly felt right at home. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, offering the perfect refuge after a day in the sun. The beachfront location is unbeatable, leading directly to an absolutely incredible beach with crystal-clear waters. The food exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast every morning was delicious and gave us the perfect start to the day, while the dinners were equally amazing, featuring wonderful flavors and great care in preparation. We loved our time here so much that we completely changed our plans—we decided to give up visiting other islands just so we could extend our stay and remain here longer. If you are looking for pure relaxation, genuine warmth, and outstanding service in the Maldives, Ithaa Seaview is the place to be. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ithaa Seaview. The hotel has a peaceful beachfront location with direct access to a beautiful private beach. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. A very special mention goes to Farid, who took excellent care of us from beginning to end. The owner had to be away for some work during our stay, but Farid managed everything so smoothly and professionally that we never felt anything was missing. He was warm, attentive, and always ready to help. He also picked us up from the jetty when we arrived and dropped us off there when we departed, making everything easy and stress-free. Overall, Ithaa Seaview offers a lovely beachside setting, excellent hospitality, and great value. Thank you, Farid, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt! Farid hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer hilfsbereit und hat mir viele Tipps gegeben. Ich würde immer wieder hier herkommen.

Сразу после бронирования отеля сотрудники связались с нами, уточнили время нашего прилёта что бы забронировать лодку. Накануне прилёта скинули подробную инструкцию по проходу в аэропорту до стойки где заказывают лодку, даже с видео! До острова плыть 45 минут. Стоимость 25$ с человека. По прибытию нас встретили на пристани! С этого момента начался наш сказочный отпуск! Отель находится в лучшем месте острова! Прямо на бикине пляже! Бронировали по системе все включено. Очень рекомендую! Завтраки, обеды и ужины были очень вкусные и разнообразные! Сотрудники Отеля очень гостеприимные , позитивные люди! Халим и Фарид! Спасибо вам огромное!!! Каждый день мы отправлялись с ними в морские путеше ствия! Возили нас к акулам и скатам! Плавали с черепахой! Отвозили на весь день в резорт! Ребята! Вы сделали наш отпуск незабываемым! 入住之前会有工作人员联系，问什么时候到达，我是坐公共船来的工作人员在下船的那儿接我，然后带着熟悉了一下周围的商店和餐馆，我觉得餐馆的那个炒饭还挺好吃的，报了肤浅和沙滩的那个项目。向导也非常专业，因为我不太会游泳，有一个救生圈，让我拿着也特别安全，一开始还有点儿惊慌，但是一直在安慰我，员工也非常的热情，细心，我住了两天体验感特别好。

La struttura è un'oasi di pace, con camere pulite e una spiaggia privata a portata di mano. Il vero cuore di questa struttura è l’incredibile servizio e l'attenzione totale rivolta a noi. Lo staff è stato straordinario: dall'accoglienza calorosa al porto fino ai saluti finali, si sono presi cura di noi con una premura e una gentilezza rare, anticipando ogni nostro desiderio. Un plauso speciale va alla colazione maldiviana: semplicemente eccezionale. Ogni giornata è stata perfetta. La gita in barca é stata un’esperienza unica grazie a Farid. The accommodation was excellent, and the location was absolutely perfect. As soon as you step out of your room, you're right on the beach. The manager of the property was amazing. He also owns a boat and offers fantastic island tours at very reasonable prices, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention Farid. He is a wonderful person who truly loves his job. He was always available, kind, and eager to help with anything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was unforgettable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ich habe einen kostenlosen Late Check out erhalten; das war toll. Die Abholung vom Hafen und umgekehrt hat wunderbar geklappt, ebenso die Buchung des Speedboats. Das Frühstück bekommt man am zugehörigen Restaurant mit Blick aufs Wasser. Herrlich. Tägliches kostenloses Trinkwasser ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bett sehr bequem!

Ich hatte eigentlich das Sea View Hotel gebucht, wurde aber direkt vom Manager angerufen, dass dieses ausgebucht war. Ich wurde dann im Beach Hotel untergebracht; 3 Minuten entfernt. Es war ein bisschen weiter vom Bikini Beach entfernt; dafür aber näher am Dorf. Der Manager hat alles wieder mit Early Check In und und dem Late Check Out sowie seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit gut gemacht. Dicken Dankeschön!

Está a pie de playa, con una bikini Beach privada. El desayuno era muy completo, uno de los días tuve que hacer el check out pronto y me lo prepararon para llevar. Estaba bastante limpio y era muy cómodo. Hice una excursión con el hotel, y Faaradah fue un guía increíble. Me echaron fotos chulísimas.

Por ponerle alguna pega, porque todo era increíble, la ducha funcionaba regular.

El personal muy atento de que tuviese todo lo que necesitara, el desayuno es fantástico frente a la playa ya abundante. La ubicación es inmejorable!

This is one of the best places we have stayed as a family. We traveled with our 5-year-old son and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The beach is beautiful, shallow, and perfect for families with young children. Our son loved spending time there, and we always felt safe and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable throughout our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the hospitality. Hamdani and Faridh, the hosts, were outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm welcome and genuine care made us feel right at home. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service exceeded our expectations. Amees war ein hervorragender, sehr freundlicher, sehr fleißiger Mann für alles (Kellner, Koch, Rezeption, Zimmerreinigung). Er ist das Herzstück dieser Unterkunft. Ausgezeichneter Service! Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Möglichkeit, kostenfrei Kanu auszuleihen.

Tengo mil cosas buenas que decir pero lo resumiré con lo increíble que fue el trato de Aniss,. Siempre estuvo dispuesto ayudarnos con una sonrisa y una atención única!! Muchas gracias Aniss! Volveremos seguro! Aparte de lo lindo del lugar, una playa para nosotros solos y muy tranquilo! Disfrutamos y dormimos como hacía mucho no lo hacíamos!! Mil gracias.....

Просто замечательное место, отличное расположение - можно в купальнике дойти за минуту до бикини бич, но есть и свой приватный пляж, где тоже удобно и обустроено. Нас встретили со свежими соками, организовали очень красивый ужин по приезду. Помогли добраться до отеля и помогли добраться потом до аэропорта, очень заботливые люди. Отель маленький, тихо и комфортно, как дома. В отеле работают замечательные люди Анис и Фарид. Фарид показывал нам остров, организовал очень классную экскурсию-снорклинг, помогал абсолютно со всем. В первый день я обгорела и Фарид сходил для меня в больницу, принёс лекарства и мазь. Делал все для нашего комфорта и радости. Анис готовил очень вкусную еду, большие порции. Было очень вкусно. Анис очень хороший человек, тоже нам помогал, показал, где лучше делать покупки, проводил на лодку, когда мы уезжали. Угощал нас фруктами. В общем, представить место для отдыха лучше, чем это - сложно. Не терпится вернуться, это было превосходно.

The location was amazing, and the person who was assisting our group (his name is Anees) was extremely helpful and kind to us. He was assisting us throughout our trip and was handling things in all areas, whether it’s providing us meals or making arrangements for activities or helping with our accommodations. Para empezar nos gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que estaba en frente de una bikini beach privada. Justo al lado, se encontraba la bikini beach de la isla y simplemente era espectacular. Las instalaciones generalmente buenas. Y quiero hacer especial mención al personal, destacando a Anis, que era el chico que se encargaba de las habitaciones, comidas, etc. El chico ha sido encantador en todo momento, siempre atento y detallista, sin perder la sonrisa en ningún momento. Nos preparó cenas románticas, grandes desayunos y buenas conversaciones. Gracias Anis por todo. También había un gatito muy simpático que nos acompañó durante la estancia. Pd: Por favor, darle de comer y de beber al gato 🙏

Расположение отеля, пожалуй, лучшее на острове, рядом с бикини-бич, но при этом в самом отеле спокойно и уютно. Атмосфера очень располагающая: есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, ничего лишнего, но и ни в чём нет недостатка. Обедали и ужинали чаще всего прямо в отеле, не хотелось никуда уходить. Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать сотрудникам. Анис запоминал наши предпочтения и предугадывал желания, но при этом не нарушал личного пространства. Фарид рассказал про все активности и экскурсии, помог выбрать именно то, что подходило нам по интересам и ритму. Хотели бы вернуться сюда снова.

Mein Aufenthalt im Ithaa Seaview war super. Anis, die gute Seele dieses kleinen Hotels, sorgte bestens für alle Gäste. Mein Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet: AC, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Föhn, etc. Sehr sauber. Der Strand ganz nah und wunderschön. Die kleine Ortschaft voller Blumen und freundlicher Menschen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic location - right on the beach. Great staff - Anees really looked after us at the guesthouse and Farid took us on two great snorkelling trips.

Not great value for money- maybe better deals available than ones we found. Small rooms - not deluxe. Some maintenance and upgrades needed to keep track with newer guesthouses/hotels on Guraidhoo.

Naprosto výjimečný pobyt, který předčil všechna naše očekávání. Poloha je naprosto dokonalá – přímo u soukromé pláže, jen pár kroků od tyrkysového moře. Bez přehánění jde o nejkrásnější pláž na celém ostrově, opravdový ráj na zemi. Personál byl naprosto fantastický a postaral se o nás s neuvěřitelnou péčí. Anees vše skvěle organizuje a je nesmírně milý, laskavý a ochotný – díky němu jsme se cítili jako doma. Každý den nám připravoval úžasné, bohaté a dokonale chutné snídaně, obědy i večeře. Farid byl stejně skvělý – věnoval nám svůj čas, skvělé výlety. Pokoje byly perfektně čisté a velmi pohodlné. Pokud hledáte místo s prvotřídní pohostinností, rodinnou atmosférou a tím nejlepším výhledem na Guraidhoo, tohle je jasná volba. Nemohli jsme si přát lepší místo k pobytu!

Läget var toppen. Anees var väldigt hjälpsam, han fixade frukost, middag, städade och hjälpte till med allt vi behövde. Vi fick allt vatten vi behövde. Det var också enkelt och prisvärt att åka båt till ön.

Boendet behöver underhåll som nu är eftersatt. Lampor var sönder vilket medförde att det blev mörkt på kvällarna. Inget solskydd fanns på stranden. Det var hål i kanoten och bara en paddel var hel. En del bord och stolar var trasiga. Det hade varit bra med lite dynor till stolarna och solstolarna. Lite mer variation på frukosten hade varit bra. Lite investering behövs för att detta hotell skall få toppbetyg.

I have nothing to complain about

Nice property right on the beach. The furniture was basic, but clean. The food was good, we were served fresh juices and fresh fruits everyday. The people working there are great, Aneesh is taking care of everything with his kindness and big smile. Farid took us on great trips in the ocean for snorkeling, we swam along hundreds of fish of all colours and stingrays. We had breakfast and dinner right on the shore a couple of times. It was a great vacantion!

Del alojamiento nos gustó todo. La ubicación, la habitación y el personal. Estuvimos 3 días aquí y la verdad me hubiese quedado el resto de la semana. La habitación que elegí tenía salida a la playa y era lo mejor de todo. La habitación dispone de aire acondicionado y nevera, algo que para mi es bastante útil. Pedí una plancha y me la facilitaron sin problema. Nos recogieron y nos llevaron al puerto a la hora que necesitábamos. Tenía playa bikini privada con tumbonas y sombrillas. Lo más destacable de la estancia es la atención por parte de Anís. Estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros, casi las 24h. Nos cogió unos cocos y nos los preparó. Nos acompañó hasta el puerto a enseñarnos tiburones y todos los días nos preguntaba cómo había ido el día cuando volvíamos al hotel. Si vuelvo a Maldivas ya se donde repetir.

Do wyboru sniadanie tylko kontynentalne i lokalne. lokalne jest smaczne. Kontynentalne nie dobre. Omlet czesto zimny. Po kilku dniach sniadanie staje sie nudne. Nie ma wyboru. Plaza jest bardzo blisko. W okolicy powstaja duze hotele, co spowoduje tlok na plazy.

Love the fact I can get in and out of the room outside and I don't have to go inside the hall way so if I quick need something then is easy and the room is so lovely. It just very beautiful.

Přízemní dům, dovolená strávená venku v přírodě. Blízkost moře, krásná pláž. Zájem majitele.

Il personale è eccellente. Attenti a tutto. I ragazzi ci hanno fatto conoscere tantissimo della isola e le escursioni sono stati fantastici. Ci hanno organizzato due cene bellissime sulla spiaggia. Le colazioni con vista al mare non hanno prezzo.

La habitación con vistas y salida directa a la playa. La atención de Anís, el chico que está allí es de 10!!! Nos hizo una cena deliciosa y nos la preparó en la playa, todo muy romántico, así como el desayuno en la sand bank. Además también nos abrió unos cocos y nos lo decoró todo muy bonito. La ubicación es perfecta, y única en la isla. Para descansar en ese entorno es perfecto. Playa limpia, te dejan unos kayak gratis. Instalación con tumbonas, hamacas y sombrillas. Realmente como en el paraíso. Además te van a buscar y llevar al puerto con el equipaje. La habitación tiene nevera, smart tv y aire acondicionado.

Lokalizacja obiektu idealna. Guesthouse jest na plaży. 3 pokoje mają wyjście bezpośrednio na plaże, 2 kolejne przez hol. Same pokoje nie są duże (trochę ciasno z rozłożeniem dwóch dużych walizek), jest jedna szafka ubraniowa (mogły by być półki, bo jest tylko 1), lodówka, stolik, stoliki nocne, łóżko podwójne średnich rozmiarów. Pokój skromnie wyposażony ale czysty i zadbany. Łazienka też skromna, ale czysta. A jako, że nie jedzie się na Malediwy siedzieć w pokoju, to cała reszta "robi robotę". Przed pokojami "patio" z huśtawkami, hamakami, stolikami, miło i zacisznie. Kilka kroków do oceanu i prywatnej plaży. Leżaki, parasole, hamak, pochylona palma do zdjęć, wszystko jest na miejscu. Można w stroju wychodzić prosto z pokoju (co nie jest takie oczywiste na Malediwach). Plaża hotelowa sąsiaduje z plażą bikini beach, gdzie również bezpłatne leżaki, huśtawki, wypożyczalnia sprzętu. W hotelu dostępne są bezpłatnie płetwy. Nie ma restauracji, ale w pokojach jest menu i na "życzenie" kucharz przygotowuje koktajle (oczywiście bezalkoholowe) oraz posiłki. Jadłam steka z tuńczyka i polecam z całego serca. Pyszny. Całe danie, spora porcja to 13$. Nie potrzeba lokalnej waluty, wszędzie można płacić w dolarach. Obsługa hotelu fantastyczna. Właściciel kontaktuje się przez whatsup jeszcze przed przyjazdem, warto skorzystać i zarezerwować za jego pośrednictwem speedboat z lotniska na wyspę. Płaci się wtedy w hotelu. Miałam problem znaleźć łódź, ale kontakt telefoniczny bardzo pomógł. Na miejscu w porcie obsługa już na nas czekała żeby nas zawieźć do obiektu. Na przywitanie smoothie owocowe. Wszystkie prośby, życzenia spełniane natychmiast. Właściciel przyjeżdża okazjonalnie, ale zawsze gdy potrzeba. Na miejscu są 2 osoby, które bardzo dbają o komfort gości oferując wszelką pomoc i atrakcje (jak np. wskazanie miejsca i wspólne snoorkowanie na rafie). Jeśli czegoś potrzeba wszyscy się starają żeby było tak jak chcemy, a nawet lepiej.

Jedyne czego brakowało to dodać coś do śniadania, bo były trochę za skromne. Porcje są duże, można się spokojnie najeść, zawsze jest omlet (niestety podawany na zimno) lub jajka, do tego kiełbaski (dla nas znających polską kiełbasę są takie sobie), tosty, naleśniki (trochę inne niż nasze, przypuszczam że na wodzie a nie mleku, bardziej jak tortille). W wersji Malediwskiej jest sałatka z tuńczyka, ryżu i kokosa. Była pyszna ale jak jest się dłużej niż 3 dni, to zaczyna być monotonnie. Gdyby pojawił się ser i dżem byłoby super. Tak więc z minusów tylko lekko poprawić śniadania, kolacje rewelacyjne. Pokoje małe ale taka specyfika małej wyspy więc na to nie można narzekać.

Farid was really the best and welcoming person we’ve ever met during our travels. We got a little bit sick from the climate change and aircon and he really took good care of us with ginger tea and asked us every day how we were. The location is great. You just walk out the door and you’re at a nice bikini beach. The food was also brilliant! We ate great fish red snapper and tuna steak was delicious! We’re looking forward coming back next year:) Thank you Farid! for everything!

Amazing place with a perfect service

The best part of the stay at ithaa was the homeliness and welcoming nature of the staff and of the lodging facilities. A continuity from our room to the beach. The morning breakfast in the beach with the Seaviews. Clean and confortable.

- Farid is the guy that makes a difference - welcoming, incredibly friendly taking care of everything. He makes you feel home. - they have a baby bed that is rare to find on local islands - own bikini beach with sunbeds and umbrellas - own restaurant

- it depends on the guests I think, but our room was so noisy as the door does not close to full extent. Guest running around made it hard to get sleep - actually we wanted to stay longer, but the communication with the boss of this accommodation was not the easiest. First we waited ages to get any answer, then we did not find an agreement for a fair price. We did not feel appreciated so we moved to another hotel where stayed a whole week. Farid though is a great guy, so we can still recommend this place.

The location was fantastic. It has it's OWN bikini beach. Great one! Small place, but the rooms were ample. The staff (Farid) was great. Very helpful and a great cook! This is the best value I've ever seen on the Maldives (having spent more than 2 months in total). Beachfront room for SO little compared to any other place. I'd absolutely suggest eating at least some of your meals there. Very good. Also... I suggest the local breakfast (Mashuni). The little cat was LOVELY as well. Not a sanctioned cat, but she came around a bit. Was super sweet!

My stay at Itha Seaview on Guraidhoo Island, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly with cool towels and refreshing juice, setting the tone for a perfect stay. Mr. Hamdan, the hotel owner, is an incredibly generous and caring person. Even before we arrived at Guraidhoo, while we were still in Maafushi, he reached out to ensure we were doing well and offered his assistance if needed. On the morning of our check-in, he personally called to check if everything was okay and to confirm our probable arrival time and also if we need any boat to reach there — a gesture that truly touched us. The location of the resort is unbeatable if you are looking for a tranquil, calming, off-beat, and close-to-nature vibe — it’s literally right on the beach! A special mention to Abul Khayer, a very friendly and helpful person who made our stay even more memorable. He was always there whenever we needed anything, cooked absolutely delicious local dishes for us, and even shared his personal experiences, making us feel right at home. On a rainy morning, he thoughtfully provided us with umbrellas too. The highlight was the beautiful breakfast setup on the beach, right beside the sea — a dreamy experience we’ll cherish forever. Thanks to Mr. Hamdan’s caring nature and Abul Khayer’s hospitality, this resort deserves more than just 5 stars — it truly deserves 11 stars! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and heartwarming Maldivian experience. They will do their level best to make you feel the best vibe.

It’s close to the bikini beach and very serene. I love the fact that I was pampered the moment that I landed to the Male airport and reach Guraidhoo port. A buggy was already waiting to take me to the property. Major bonus is Fareed who takes care of the property and his boss are very accommodating. They would never left any questions unanswered. It’s truly a value for money.

Everything was great. The room with seeview,, the privat beach with chair, umbrella, hamac.. the room was clean, the fridge and aircon worked really good. The breakfast and the food and the fruit juice were excellent. But the best was the boss (can’t spell his mame), it was so helpful, he contact us by whats app really quickly, organised the boat from and to Male airport… And a spécial thank you to Fahrid he does everything in the guest house. He is so nice, give always the extra mile, we felt like princess, he is the best cook, always helpful and have good advice for the island. I hope to get back really soon.

Ithaa Seaview has a favorable location, next to the beautiful bikini beach and very close restaurants nearby. I although eat at the Ithaa Seaview a very nice breakfast and lunch and dinner, as the host Firah did the best meals and he is a very good chef, good cooking. I really enjoyed food and location and good service. I and my luggage was picked upon arrival at the port, and when leaving my luggage was transporte to the port. Very good service.

Too short stay (-; I only stayed 3 nights (4 days) but I could have stayed for many other days but had to go back to Denmark.

Great location! Walked out of my bedroom to the view of a private beach, next door is bikini beach and you are surrounded by other expensive resorts across the water. Farid was excellent - attentive, professional and his food was delicious. Always available if I had any questions. I left early for the public ferry and Farid even packed me breakfast to go without me asking. I arrived slightly under the weather, I left feeling refreshed and well. The owner Hamdhaan was responsive and was available to message on WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this place if you want to relax.

The location of the facility is very good juste in front of the Bikini beach and the room view is very nice. Farid was very caring and supported me very well throughout my stay there !

Itha Seawiev is in the best place on the island .Rooms are very comfortable and you can go out direct on the beach.The staff is very friendly,Farid is take care about everything.I recommend for everyone and I will come definitely.

Absolutely superb hotel. Perfect location with a private garden leading onto a private bikini/tourist beach. House reef for snorkeling just a short walk away. Food was amazing and plenty of alternatives a quick stroll away, great views. It's a very boutique feel with only 5 I think rooms. Farid made us feel so welcomed, he went to every effort to make us feel at home and had lots of great tips for enjoying Guraidhoo to the fullest. The breakfasts he whipped up were our favourite of our holiday island hopping and did an amazing fresh grilled fish dinner for us. Would 100% stay here again

Hotel with best location on the island, exit from room to private beach, place to relax in open, hospitality of staff, local breakfast was good, watermelon juice was awesome detail.

They will charge you more than the price on booking if you pay with card. The bathroom was all rusted, water pressure was bad, the fridge was really dirty and smelled bad, the towels and blankets had a lot of stains, they didn't do daily cleaning of room if you don't ask. There is only one stuff employee and he washes your toilet and after makes your food which is definitely not acceptable for a hotel, and it is kind of disgusting since the the facilities are not that clean.

Everything was perfect, super clean, excellent location beachfront, and thanks to Mr.Kalan , I had the best experience ever as he made EVERYTHING easy for me starting from the moment I arrived at the jetty until the moment I left. Mr. Kalan providing an excellent customer service level and it’s coming from his heart. If you’re a solo traveller, couple or a familily, do not hesitate to book here and you wont regret it.

Internet was very good when it worked.

First: We paid for a very small poorly equipped room more than 190 US dollars per night while others paid for the same room next door less than 95 US Dollars. Second: The electricity supply was not stable in it broke down several times. Third: The whole place is poorly managed and substandard. Pictures will show. Fourth: We were told to pay for a ferry ride a second time even though We had paid already the ferry company. Five: As we paid by credit card we were asked to pay another 3% as the owner prefers cash for whatever reason. Of course I refused. Six: I ask myself why I let this rip off happen. Could I have gotten help from booking.com Seven: This property is never a property that justifies more than 5 points. Only if the price is less than 70 US it might be reasonable. Eight: I am a very good customer of booking and have never written such a review. It is meant as a warning for future customers. I almost forgot to mention that the hot water could not be regulated. All in all: What a nightmare! All this should be brought to the attention of the authorities.

The best location in Guraidhoo island — only one hotel which has its own beach, so you just do couple steps and have your piece of the beach. Public bikini beach is also very close, as well as a sandbank for your pictures. The owner Hamdaan helps with all questions and always in touch via what’s up Hotel has 5 rooms ;) and if you like cats you will be happy to know that Guraidhoo is the island of cats (never seen so many cats in Maldivian local islands)

The location is best it can get on a local Island of Maldives! It has its own cozy beach attached to public bikini beach. My one year old had her first swim in the ocean, thanks to Hamdhaan! He has kept sand toys and the floats free of cost, which each hotel will charge you extravagantly. Says something about the guys. The cleanliness was impeccable. It’s all white! The food was delicious as fairly reasonable price, the passion fruit juice was irresistible! Its a must try! Last but not the least, the guys! Ranga the new guy when we came was hard working and always on time. The owner Hamdhaan will be part of your family, he makes sure you are at home. He makes sure that you have everything be it in Island or even on Male! Though we didn't went for excursions as we were too tired to try them, they were fairly reasonable and other guests enjoyed it. The cherry on top was candle light dinner arranged on the beach, the memory of which will always remain in our memory.

Most probably one of the best places to stay in Guraidhoo, the location is excellent. The hotel has its own cozy private territory and bikini beach with the best sand, long sandbank and views on the island, you just go out from the room, 30 sec and you are already near your own sun lounger with an umbrella (also it's just 5 mins walk to the public bikini beach if needed). Also, you can enjoy the views more closely to the room in the shadow of palms and trees during the hot hours in the middle of the day. They have a shared outdoor shower to wash off the salt after swimming in the ocean. Very good swimming experience, we saw baby reef sharks, stingrays, etc. Very warm welcoming with fresh passion fruit juice and hotel guide from the hotel owner and staff. The room itself is good, clean and comfortable. Good conditioning is presented, as well as hot and cold water in the bathroom. Room cleaning is also good. Bed linen and towels are fresh, beach towels are also presented. Good and tasty breakfast, and they have also options for dinner and lunch if needed for a very reasonable price. Wi-Fi is good, also right now they have installed the outdoor connection point, so you can do basic stuff even from the beach. The staff is very friendly and responsive, any request will be fulfilled. They also take into account your personal preferences regarding the food (allergens, spicy/not spicy, etc.). Also, they have excursions and can help you to arrange a speedboat from the island to Male and vice versa. Overall experience is wonderful, hope to come back again!

Nothing to mention. Just points to improve: - Plant more palms and trees. - Refresh beach umbrellas. - If it's possible try to start growing and planting the corals because no home reef with easy access. - Wardrobe can be better.

The location was perfect and the room was quiet,cool and had many amenities in the room like hot coffee and tea. The staff was attentive and help me with boat logistics. The room price was fair as well

The hotel is just wonderful) friendly staff, very clean and fresh rooms, beautiful view ... with direct access to the beach ... many beautiful photo zones ... very kind and helpful manager at the hotel.. he even helped with the transfer of money for me ... at any request, he is always happy to help and go to a meeting. I am very happy with both the hotel and the staff, thank you very much for a wonderful stay)

We've spent 4 nights in this beautiful Guesthouse. Everything was perfect, from the greeting at the ferry by Shiva, an introduction to the place by the owner to the location and facilities that couldn't be better. The private beach is fabulous, the bikini beach is very close and the service from Shiva couldn't be any better. Don't think twice, this is the place you want to stay.

This place is great, the room is simple but has all what you need. The garden and the private beach will make you feel like you are in paradise! Shiva was the best host possible and made our stay very confortable. He took good care of us in any topic we have asked and was always there with a big smile and good humor. - Thanks Shiva!! Hamdhaan will make your arrival very easy by taking care of arranging the speed boat and keeping contact with you at any time. We had a great time!!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The staff and the owner, Hamdhaan, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The service was excellent, and the tours with Farid were an absolute highlight, engaging and well-organized. The private beach, just steps away from the accommodation, provided a serene and beautiful setting. The rooms were very clean, and the food and drinks were nothing short of exceptional. It felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return.

The hospitality of the staff was 10 out of 10. Shiva cooked delicious meals tailored to our needs and always served with a smile. The boss made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. A few minutes walk away from the bikini beach. There’s sandbanks right opposite where you can have breakfast. We were served fresh juice with every meal.

It’s a fantastic beachfront property with stunning views. The location is unbeatable, step out of your room onto the beach. Shiva is polite and unassuming and looked after the day to day running and was a great chef. Farid is exceptionally friendly and goes above and beyond arranging activities ensuring a memorable stay. Hamdhaam is the owner, friendly, welcoming and available whenever required. They went out of their way to arrange romantic breakfast and evening meals on the beach together with night lights. They offer a full board option making meal choices convenient and stress free. We loved it so much we have extended our stay. We thank them for the extra effort to welcome us to their property. Book with confidence. We’ve run a guest house in Australia for the past 20 plus years. It’s great value for money at Ithaa Seaview. A tip: we were wary as it only had a few reviews but everything is explained when you turn up and find out it’s newly opened. We are also 50m from the well sheltered Bikini beach.
